4. The modular full aquatic dredging operation system according to claim 1, wherein the low disturbance sludge suction device is an air pump.

The modular full-water desilting operation system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a peripheral water filter assembly disposed at the periphery above the sludge suction port of the low-disturbance sludge suction device for performing adsorptive filtration on the surrounding water body above the sludge suction port.

The modular full-water dredging operation system according to claim 6, wherein the peripheral water filtering assembly comprises an annular filtering tank fixed on the periphery above the sludge suction port of the low-disturbance sludge suction device, and an annular water tank connected on the periphery of the annular filtering tank, suction pipes distributed radially and divergently are densely distributed on the periphery of the annular water tank and communicated with the inside of the annular water tank, and suction holes are densely distributed on the suction pipes; an adsorption pipeline is arranged between the annular water tank and the annular filter box, and a delivery pump used for delivering water in the annular water tank to the annular filter box is arranged on the adsorption pipeline.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of water area dredging, in particular to a modular full-water dredging operation system.

Background

With the implementation of the national water pollution control action plan (ten days), the treatment of the polluted bottom mud in lakes and reservoirs becomes an important means for removing endogenous pollution and keeping water ecology and water environment health. The traditional dredging equipment has high volume increase rate in the dredging process, secondary pollution is easily caused by large disturbance to a water body, the dredged slurry needs to be conveyed to a fixed slurry treatment station through pipeline conveying or a tank car for post-treatment, the slurry with low solid content rate not only increases the conveying cost, but also increases the post-treatment cost of the dredged residual water.

Therefore, how to implement high-concentration undisturbed ecological dredging and reduce the cost of conveying and dredging residual water treatment is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the existing dredging technology, develop a brand-new modular full-water dredging operation system, can integrate the functions of polluted bottom mud investigation, dredging, dehydration, residual water treatment and the like, realize the automation, continuity and flow operation of the dredging operation, achieve the purposes of dredging with low disturbance, preventing the sludge from falling to the ground and discharging the residual water up to the standard, and really realize the integration of ecological dredging and harmless reduction treatment of the sludge. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

a modular full-water dredging operation system comprises a sediment investigation module and a sediment treatment module, wherein the sediment investigation module is arranged on a dredging operation ship and used for acquiring sediment data of a water area to be dredged in advance, the sediment treatment module is used for integrally treating sediment, and the sediment investigation module comprises a probe for investigating underwater topography conditions, a sampler for sampling underwater sediment and a test analyzer for performing test analysis on the sampled sediment; the bottom sludge treatment module comprises a low-disturbance sludge suction device, a slurry conveying pipeline, a silt and impurity separation device, a sludge dehydration and solidification device and a residual water purification treatment device which are sequentially connected according to the sludge treatment process; the sediment investigation module is networked with the GPS through a computer, the sediment investigation module carries out data processing on acquired underwater topographic data and sediment data to be desilted to form a desilting plan, the desilting plan is sent to the sediment treatment module through the computer and the GPS, and the sediment treatment module carries out desilting operation according to the desilting plan during desilting operation.

The underwater topography data and the sediment data comprise sedimentation characteristic data, total sedimentation data and pollution characteristic data of underwater sludge.

Preferably, the modular full-water dredging operation system further comprises a mud conditioning module, and after impurities of the sludge are separated by the mud and sand separating device, a mud conditioning agent is added into the sludge through the mud conditioning module.

Preferably, the modular full-water dredging operation system further comprises an environment-friendly flocculation module, and after the sludge is treated by the sludge dewatering and solidifying device, the environment-friendly flocculation module is used for adding an environment-friendly flocculant into the water.

As one preferable scheme of the low-disturbance sludge suction device in the invention, the low-disturbance sludge suction device is a pneumatic pump.

As a second preferable mode of the low-disturbance sludge suction device in the present invention, the low-disturbance sludge suction device is a plunger type sludge suction pump.

As a further improvement, the modular full-water dredging operation system further comprises a peripheral water filter assembly which is arranged on the periphery above the mud suction port of the low-disturbance mud suction device and is used for carrying out adsorption filtration on the water body on the periphery above the mud suction port.

The peripheral water filtering component comprises an annular filter tank and an annular water tank, wherein the annular filter tank is fixed on the periphery above a sludge suction port of the low-disturbance sludge suction device, the annular water tank is connected to the periphery of the annular filter tank, water suction pipes which are radially distributed and communicated with the inside of the annular water tank are densely distributed on the periphery of the annular water tank, and water suction holes are densely distributed on the water suction pipes; an adsorption pipeline is arranged between the annular water tank and the annular filter box, and a delivery pump used for delivering water in the annular water tank to the annular filter box is arranged on the adsorption pipeline.

Preferably, a bypass pipe is arranged between the annular filter tank and the mud suction port pipeline, and a stop valve is arranged on the bypass pipe.

Preferably, the stop valve is an electric stop valve.

During the desilting operation, the peripheral water filtering component can be controlled to be linked with the low-disturbance sludge suction device through the control system. The bypass pipe is arranged for opening the electric stop valve at regular intervals so as to suck away the sludge accumulated in the annular filter tank by the low-disturbance sludge suction device at regular time and has a back washing effect on the quartz sand filter tank.

In the bottom sediment treatment module, the silt and sundries separation device comprises an internal water inlet micro-filter and a sludge concentration tank, the sludge dewatering and solidifying device is a belt filter press, and slurry is conveyed between the sludge concentration tank and the belt filter press through a sludge pump.

In the invention, the slurry conditioning module is a PAC and PAM combined dosing device, and the environment-friendly flocculation module is a PAM dosing device.

Wherein PAC is polyaluminium chloride, and PAM is polyacrylamide.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

firstly, the modular full-water dredging operation system is provided with a bottom mud investigation module and a bottom mud treatment module, wherein the bottom mud investigation module measures underwater topography by combining a depth finder and a GPS-RTK real-time dynamic measurement technology, and can accurately reflect the surface form and the elevation condition of the bottom mud of a reservoir; the sediment sampler samples and analyzes the sediment, so that the spatial distribution and pollution characteristics of the sediment can be mastered, the total sediment amount and the pollution condition of the sediment can be found out, and a dredging plan is formed; and the bottom mud treatment module carries out automatic, continuous and flow dredging operation according to the dredging plan.

Secondly, the modular full-water dredging operation system is characterized in that a bottom mud treatment module adopts a pneumatic pump dredging system to perform undisturbed dredging and rapid suction on sludge, slurry enters a garbage separation device through a closed pipeline, sand, garbage sundries are transported outside after separation, the slurry enters a sludge concentration tank, a conditioner is added to flocculate and precipitate the slurry, the precipitated slurry is lifted to a dewatering device by a pump, an environment-friendly flocculating agent is added again to perform secondary flocculation, and the slurry enters a sludge dewatering device and is transported outside after being pressed out of a sludge cake. The filter-pressing pond is carried to mud thickener supernatant and press the water, the sparge water that filters out, through flocculation, sediment, filtration purification treatment, discharge to reach standard, and whole desilting process all can go on water, need not to transport mud to special mud treatment station and carry out the post processing.

Thirdly, according to the modular full-water dredging operation system, a low-disturbance sludge suction device is adopted for dredging, a peripheral water filtering component is arranged on the low-disturbance sludge suction device, fine particles floating and diffusing due to disturbance during dredging operation are adsorbed to an inner cavity of an annular filter box for filtering treatment, and finally the fine particles are discharged downwards through a quartz sand filter layer, so that secondary pollution of dredging operation can be prevented to the maximum extent, and environment-friendly dredging is realized.

The underwater topography data and the sediment data comprise sedimentation characteristic data, total sedimentation data and pollution characteristic data of underwater sludge.

Preferably, the modular full-water dredging operation system of the embodiment further comprises a slurry conditioning module, and after impurities of the sludge are separated by the sand-impurity separating device, a slurry conditioner is added into the sludge through the slurry conditioning module.

Preferably, the modular full-water dredging operation system of the embodiment further comprises an environment-friendly flocculation module, and the environment-friendly flocculant is added into the water through the environment-friendly flocculation module after the sludge is processed by the sludge dewatering and solidifying device.

As one preferable scheme of the low-disturbance sludge suction device in the embodiment, the low-disturbance sludge suction device is a pneumatic pump.

As a second preferable mode of the low-disturbance sludge suction device in the present embodiment, the low-disturbance sludge suction device is a plunger type sludge suction pump.

As a further improvement, the modular full-water dredging operation system of the embodiment further comprises a peripheral water filter assembly which is arranged at the periphery above the mud suction port of the low-disturbance mud suction device and is used for carrying out adsorption filtration on the surrounding water body above the mud suction port.

The peripheral water filtering assembly 1 comprises an annular filter tank 3 fixed on the periphery above a sludge suction port 2 of the low-disturbance sludge suction device and an annular water tank 4 connected to the periphery of the annular filter tank 3, water suction pipes 5 which are radially distributed in a divergent manner and communicated with the inside of the annular water tank 4 are densely distributed on the periphery of the annular water tank 4, and water suction holes 6 are densely distributed on the water suction pipes 5; an adsorption pipeline 7 is arranged between the annular water tank 4 and the annular filter tank 3, and a delivery pump used for delivering water in the annular water tank 4 to the annular filter tank 3 is arranged on the adsorption pipeline 7.

During dredging operation, the peripheral water filter assembly 1 can be controlled to be linked with the low-disturbance sludge suction device through the control system. The bypass pipe 13 is arranged for intermittently opening the electric stop valve 14 at regular time so as to suck the sludge accumulated in the annular filter tank 3 away by the low-disturbance sludge suction device at regular time and play a role in back flushing the quartz sand 12 filter tank.

In this embodiment, in the bottom sediment treatment module, the silt and impurity separation device includes an internal water inlet micro-filter and a sludge concentration tank, the sludge dewatering and solidifying device is a belt filter press, and slurry is conveyed between the sludge concentration tank and the belt filter press through a sludge pump.
