1. A device containing microbeads for adjusting the pH of a sample, comprising:

A channel filled with microbeads for adjusting the pH of the sample;

An inlet for injecting the sample into the channel; and

An outlet for discharging the sample having the adjusted pH in the channel,

Wherein the injected sample is adjusted to have the pH of the microbeads in the channel.

2. The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting pH of sample according to claim 1, wherein the surfaces of said microbeads are coated with salt so that the injected sample can be adjusted to have a desired pH in said channel.

3. The apparatus comprising microbeads for adjusting pH of sample according to claim 2, further comprising a main injection portion for receiving said sample and injecting said sample into said inlet, wherein

The channel is arranged in a plurality of channels,

The microbeads filled in each of the channels are coated to have different pH, and

Introducing the sample into each of the plurality of channels by branching from one of the main injection portions.

4. The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting pH of sample according to claim 3, further comprising a main channel part connecting said main injection part and each said inlet and having an equally divided structure,

Wherein the sample injected into the main injection part is distributed to each of the channels through the main passage part.

5. The apparatus comprising microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to claim 1, further comprising a glass frit between a region filled with said microbeads in said channel and said outlet,

Wherein the sample passed through the microbeads passes through the frit to be discharged to the outlet and the microbeads are prevented from exiting from the outlet.

6. The apparatus comprising microbeads for adjusting pH of sample according to claim 1, wherein said channels are provided in plurality, and each of said channels is provided with said inlet and said outlet, respectively.

Each plurality of pairs of said inlet, said channel and said outlet are radially disposed on a rotating disc.

10. The device containing microbeads for adjusting the pH of a sample according to claim 9, further comprising: a main passage portion connected to the main injection portion; and an aliquot passage portion extending radially from the main passage portion to each of the inlets,

Wherein the main injection part includes: an opening through which the sample is injected; and a sample cell for storing the sample prior to dispensing the injected sample to each of the aliquot access portions.

11. The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting pH of sample according to claim 10, wherein a shape in which said sample cell and said main pathway portion are coupled is a spiral shape.

12. The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to claim 11, wherein said main channel portion is curved such that one end of said main channel portion extends in a direction away from a rotation axis of said rotating disk.

13. The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting pH of sample according to claim 10, wherein a vent hole is connected to a flow path between said main channel portion and said channel.

Technical Field

This application claims the benefit of priority from korean patent application No. 10-2018-0102652 filed on 30/8/2018 and korean patent application No. 10-2018-0102653 filed on 30/8/2018, the entire disclosures of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The present invention relates to a device capable of adjusting the pH of a sample, and more particularly, to a device containing microbeads capable of adjusting a sample to have a desired pH, and to a device containing microbeads capable of adjusting to different pH in each of a plurality of channels to simultaneously adjust to a plurality of different phs by one injection.

Background

Generally, to adjust the pH, the addition of an acid or base solution to the sample is performed, the pH value of the sample is measured by a pH meter or a pH paper sensor, and optimization is performed to achieve the desired pH value.

In the conventional automatic pH control apparatus, the process of continuously adding an acid or a base and observing the pH of a sample in real time with an electrochemical device is automated using a valve device, which requires a lot of cost and time. Therefore, it is uneconomical.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

For conventional pH control, measuring the pH value obtained by adding an acid or alkali solution to a sample with a pH meter or a pH paper sensor and optimizing a series of processes until a desired pH value is obtained have the disadvantages of being labor-intensive, time-consuming, and expensive. Therefore, in order to solve the problems in a series of optimization processes of conventional pH control, the present invention provides an automated apparatus capable of adjusting a sample to have a plurality of phs more simply and quickly.

Means for solving the problems

The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting the pH of a sample according to one embodiment of the present invention may include:

A channel filled with microbeads for adjusting the pH of the sample;

An inlet for injecting a sample into the channel; and

An outlet for discharging the sample having the adjusted pH in the channel,

Wherein the injected sample is adjusted to have a pH of the microbeads in the channel.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, by including microbeads for pH adjustment in a channel, a sample can be adjusted to have a desired pH more simply and quickly. In addition, providing a plurality of channels each having microbeads capable of adjusting to each of a plurality of pH values has an advantage that it is possible to adjust to a plurality of desired pH values simultaneously by one injection.

In addition, the disk-type device of the present invention, which contains microbeads capable of adjusting the pH of a sample, is made in the shape of a rotating disk, and enables the sample to pass through channels filled with beads and having different pH by controlling the rotating force on the rotating disk. These features can be integrated into a sensing assay system through disk-based chemistry to improve detection sensitivity.

Detailed Description

The device containing microbeads for adjusting the pH of a sample according to the present invention may include: a channel filled with microbeads for adjusting the pH of the sample; an inlet for injecting a sample into the channel; and an outlet for discharging the sample having the adjusted pH in the channel, wherein the pH of the injected sample is adjusted to have the pH of the microbeads in the channel.

In the device including the microbeads for adjusting the pH of the sample according to the present invention, the surfaces of the microbeads may be coated with a salt so that the injected sample may be adjusted to have a desired pH in the channel.

The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention may further include a main injection part for receiving the sample and injecting the sample into the inlet, the channels may be provided in plurality, the microbeads filled in each channel may be coated to have different pH, and the sample may be introduced into each of the plurality of channels by branching from one main injection part.

The device containing microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention may further include a main passage part connecting the main injection part and the respective inlets and having an equally divided structure, and the sample injected into the main injection part may be distributed to each channel through the main passage part.

The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention may further include a frit (frat) between a region in the channel filled with the microbeads and the outlet, through which the sample passing through the microbeads may pass to be discharged to the outlet, and the microbeads may be prevented from exiting from the outlet.

In the device containing microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention, a plurality of channels may be provided, and each channel may be provided with an inlet and an outlet, respectively.

The device containing microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention may further include an injection member connected to the main injection part, the injection member may further include a piston, one end of the injection member may be connected to the main injection part, the other end of the injection member may be provided with the piston, and the sample may be injected into the injection member by pushing the piston, thereby moving the injected sample to each channel.

In the device comprising microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention, the sample to be injected into the inlet may be neutral.

The device containing microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention may further include a main injection part for receiving the sample and injecting the sample into the inlets, wherein the inlets, the channels, and the outlets may be respectively provided in plurality and paired with each other, and each plurality of pairs of the inlets, the channels, and the outlets may be radially provided on the rotating disk.

The apparatus containing microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention may further include: a main passage part connected with the main injection part; and an aliquot channel portion extending radially from the main channel portion to each inlet, wherein the main injection portion may include: an opening through which the sample is injected; and a sample reservoir for storing the sample prior to dispensing the injected sample to each aliquot access portion.

In the device including microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention, the shape in which the sample cell and the main passage part are coupled may be a spiral shape.

In the device including microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention, the main passage portion may be bent such that one end of the main passage portion extends in a direction away from the rotation axis of the rotating disk.

In the device comprising microbeads for adjusting pH of a sample according to the present invention, the vent hole may be connected to a flow path between the main channel part and the channel.
