The air fryer according to claim 1, wherein said housing includes a receiving hole, said housing includes a positioning portion assembled to said receiving hole to support said lid assembly to said main unit, said positioning portion extending rearwardly from a rear side of said housing to protrude beyond an edge of said housing.

An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein said lid assembly includes a first support extending obliquely upwardly and outwardly from an upper side of said housing and a second support disposed to one side of said housing in correspondence with said first support, said first and second supports being supportable to a countertop.

An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein said air fryer includes a support bracket operable to support said lid assembly, said support bracket including a pair of horizontally disposed support portions, two pairs of connecting portions respectively extending from opposite ends of said support portions in a bent manner, and a pair of positioning feet respectively connecting said pair of connecting portions.

An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein said lid assembly includes a first rim, said air fryer includes a support bracket assembled to said lid assembly, said support bracket and said lid assembly defining a receiving space for receiving an attachment of said air fryer, said support bracket including a resilient catch that catches said first rim, said resilient catch catching said first rim to retain said attachment to said lid assembly in a first position, said support bracket resting on a countertop in a second position, said resilient catch being in an open position to support said lid assembly.

10. The air fryer of claim 9, wherein said support shelf comprises embedded asbestos or quartz that prevents said lid assembly from burning said support shelf.

11. The air fryer of claim 1, wherein said lid assembly comprises a pair of support feet extending from said housing, said support feet being supportable to a countertop, said support feet being of an inverted U-shaped configuration.

12. The air fryer of claim 1, wherein said lid assembly comprises a first rim portion and a second rim portion extending from said first rim portion, said lid assembly being adaptable to hosts of different sizes.

13. An air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein said hot air assembly comprises a fan, said main unit comprising a pan assembled to said housing, said fan being disposed obliquely relative to said pan.

The air fryer of claim 13, wherein said lid assembly includes a shield assembled to said housing, said shield including a bottom wall and a side wall extending from said bottom wall, said bottom wall and said side wall enclosing a space, said hot air assembly being located within said space, said bottom wall being disposed obliquely relative to said pan body.

The application relates to the field of small household appliances, in particular to an air fryer.

Background

The air fryer is used by more and more consumers, is different from the original mode of frying by hot oil, and uses air as a heat transfer carrier, thereby effectively reducing the oil content of food materials and providing healthy diet for people. The prior air fryer is basically divided into a drawer type and a flip type. The related flip-type air fryer comprises an upper cover and a pot body, wherein the upper cover and the pot body are connected through a rotating shaft, and the upper cover can rotate around the rotating shaft within a certain cover opening angle range to realize the opening and closing of the air fryer. After the upper cover of the related air fryer is opened, the air fryer still works, and great potential safety hazard exists.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the air fryer of the present application includes a main body 1 and a lid assembly 2. The main body 1 includes a housing 10, and a pot 11 and a first coupler 12 assembled to the housing 10. Two receiving holes 101 are formed at the rear side edge of the housing 10. A first contact (not shown) for mating is provided in the first coupler 12. The pan body 11 includes a handle 102 for a user to carry the pan body 11 out of the housing 10.

The lid assembly 2 includes a housing 20, a second coupler 21 and a protective cover 24 assembled to a rear side of the housing 20, a hot air blowing assembly 22 connected to the second coupler 21, two positioning parts 25 inserted into two receiving holes 101 of the housing 10, a viewing window 26 positioned on the housing 20, and an illumination lamp 27. The housing 20 includes a first edge portion 291.

The positioning portion 25 extends rearward from the rear side of the housing 20 to protrude beyond the edge of the housing 20, which may be integrally formed with the housing 20 or assembled to the housing 20.

The shield 24 includes a bottom wall 240 and a side wall 241 extending from the bottom wall 240. The bottom wall 240 and the side wall 241 enclose a space (not shown). The hot air assembly 22 is located within the space. The bottom wall 240 includes a plurality of annular grills 242 through which hot air generated by the hot air assembly 22 passes. The protective cover 24 limits the flow direction of hot air generated by the hot air assembly 22, ensures that the hot air is completely guided into the pot body 11, further improves the thermal efficiency of the air fryer, and simultaneously prevents the hot air assembly 22 from touching food or the pot cover assembly 2 from taking down and scalding consumers or other objects. The second coupler 21 includes a second contact 210. The hot air assembly 22 is connected to the second contact member 210.

In the illustrated embodiment, the hot air assembly 22 includes a fan 220, a motor 221, a temperature controller (not shown), and a heat pipe (not shown). The heating tube generates heat, the motor 221 drives the fan 220 to work, and air heated by the heating tube is blown into the pot body 11 by the wind of the fan 220. The heating tube controls the heating tube to work according to the temperature read by the temperature controller.

After the lid assembly 2 is removed, the positioning portion 25 can be inserted into the receiving hole 101, so that the lid assembly 2 can be stably placed on the main body 1. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the housing 10 includes a pair of the receiving holes 101, and the lid assembly 2 includes a pair of the positioning portions 25, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the number of the receiving holes 101 and the number of the positioning portions 25 may be set according to actual requirements, and the present application does not limit the number of the receiving holes 101 and the number of the positioning portions 25.

When the lid assembly 2 is closed to the main body 1, the first contact member of the first coupler 12 is electrically connected to the second contact member 210 of the second coupler 21, and the hot air assembly 22 operates; when the lid assembly 2 is opened, the first contact member of the first coupler 12 is disconnected from the second contact member 210 of the second coupler 21, and the hot air assembly 22 stops working, so that the safety of the air fryer is improved.

In a state that the lid assembly 2 is closed, the viewing window 26 allows an operator to view the state of the cooking space of the main body 1, thereby facilitating the operator to know the cooking state of food. When the lighting lamp 27 is turned on, the pot body 11 can be lighted, and an operator can be helped to see the cooking condition in the cooking space of the main machine 1.

The fan 220 is disposed at the rear side of the lid assembly 2, so that the front side of the lid assembly 2 has a large area to dispose the viewing window 26, and the flow of hot wind blows downward from the rear side toward the food, then blows upward from the front side toward the hot wind assembly 22, further heats, and blows again toward the food. In addition, in order to make the heat flow blow directly to food in a larger amount, the fan 220 is obliquely arranged relative to the pot body 11, and the bottom wall 240 of the protective cover 24 is obliquely arranged relative to the pot body 11, so that the hot air of the fan 220 is obliquely blown to the position slightly behind the center of the pot body 11, the hot air flows to food more sufficiently at the position, the flowing of the hot air is facilitated, and the purpose of rapid and uniform heating is achieved.

Referring now more particularly to fig. 5, the air fryer of the present application further comprises a support bracket 7 assembled to the lid assembly 2. The support 7 comprises a base 70 and a resilient catch 71 extending from the base 70. The base 70 is made of plastic material, and asbestos or quartz is embedded in the middle. The asbestos or quartz has a heat insulation effect, and the pot cover component 2 is prevented from scalding the support frame 7. The buckle 71 has two working states, one is that during packaging and transportation, the elastic buckle 71 is buckled inwards and is buckled with the first edge portion 291 of the pot cover component 2 so as to fix the support frame 7 to the pot cover component 7, and a containing space is defined between the support frame 7 and the pot cover component 2 and can be used for containing relevant accessories of the air fryer, such as a power cord and the like; in another working state, the elastic buckle 71 is opened outwards, the support frame 7 can be placed on a table top to support the pot cover assembly 2, and the pot cover assembly 2 can be placed on the support frame 7 at any time.

Referring to fig. 6 with emphasis, in the second embodiment, the lid assembly 3 includes a switch 31 assembled to the housing 30. When the pot cover component 3 is covered on the main machine 1, the switch 31 is contacted with the pot body 11, and the air fryer is electrified; when the pot cover component 3 is opened, the switch 31 is disconnected with the pot body 11, and the air fryer is powered off and stops working. Therefore, when the pot body 11 is forgotten to be placed in the main machine 1, the pot cover component 2 is prevented from being heated mistakenly, and the main machine 1 or the pot cover component 2 is damaged.

Referring to fig. 7, in the third embodiment, the lid assembly 4 includes a first support part 41 extending obliquely upward and outward from the upper side of the housing 40, and a second support part 42 provided at one side of the housing 40 corresponding to the first support part 41. The first support portion 41 and the second support portion 42 can be supported to a table top, so that the pot cover assembly 2 can be placed on the table side. The support portion 41 may be integrally formed with the housing 40 or assembled to the housing 40.

Referring to fig. 8, in a fourth embodiment, the air fryer includes a bracket 6, and the lid assembly 5 may be placed on the bracket 6. The bracket 6 is formed by bending a metal wire, and includes a pair of horizontally disposed supporting portions 61, two pairs of connecting portions 62 respectively extending from opposite ends of the supporting portions 61 in a bending manner, and a pair of positioning legs 63 respectively connecting the pair of connecting portions. The pair of positioning legs 63 are generally U-shaped in a back-to-back arrangement. The lid assembly 2 includes two support legs 28 located on the left and right sides of the housing 20. The support feet 28 are generally inverted U-shaped and may be integrally formed with the housing 20 or assembled to the housing 20. When the pot cover component 2 is taken down from the main machine 1, the supporting legs 28 can be used for supporting a table board, so that the pot cover component 2 can be conveniently placed, the hot air component 22 on the pot cover is separated from the table board by a certain distance, and the table board is prevented from being scalded. When the lid assembly 2 is assembled to the main body 1, the supporting legs 28 are engaged with the outer side of the handle 102, so as to guide the lid assembly 2 to close.

Referring now more particularly to fig. 9, in the fifth embodiment, the lid assembly 2 further includes a second rim portion 292 extending from the first rim portion 291. The first edge portion 291 is used for being matched with a host with a smaller volume, and the second edge portion 292 is used for being matched with a larger host, so that the same pot cover assembly can be matched with hosts with different specifications, the number of air fryer accessories is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
