In order to recover the waste mask and avoid the waste mask from being recycled, the mask vending machine comprises a waste mask introduction structure 6, a waste mask detector 11, a mask crushing device 7 and a waste mask basket 8, wherein the waste mask introduction structure 6, the mask crushing device 7 and the waste mask basket 8 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the waste mask detector 11 is arranged corresponding to the waste mask introduction structure 6; when the waste mask detector 11 detects that a waste mask enters, the controller 5 controls the mask crushing device 7 to work. The waste mask detector 11 and the mask crushing device 7 can be set by referring to the existing paper shredder, and the waste masks are crushed by the rotation of the two crushing rollers. However, the waste mask is not required to be crushed into small pieces, and the waste mask can be cut into strips.

The waste mask basket 8 is sleeved with a garbage bag, people throw the waste masks into the inlet cover leading-in structure 6, and the waste masks are crushed by the inlet cover crushing device 7 and then enter the garbage bag. The housing 1 should be provided with an outlet for the used outlet basket 8 in order to take out the used outlet basket 8, thus taking out the filled waste bag and putting in a new waste bag. A waste mask outlet cover 15 should be provided to cover the outlet of the waste mask basket 8. The waste mask outlet cover 15 is preferably transparent to allow for viewing of the amount of waste mask fragments in the bag.

In order to encourage people to put the waste mask into the invention instead of throwing the waste mask into the trash at any time, the controller 5 controls the payment system 10 to reduce part of the cost when the payment system 10 is started and the waste mask detector 11 detects that the waste mask enters. Namely, if the waste mask is put into the invention, part of the cost can be saved when a new mask is purchased. Therefore, the good mask recovery habit of people can be developed.

To avoid the germ on the waste mask polluting the new mask. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention can be divided into two areas, the upper area selling a new mask, and the lower area recovering a used mask. The upper and lower regions can be isolated by the bottom surfaces of the storage case 2 and the output case 3. An ultraviolet germicidal lamp 9 can be arranged to sterilize the waste mask recovery area.

The waste canopy basket 8 may be a conventional square basket or a round basket. After the waste and old mouth cover basket 8 is taken out, the working personnel seal the garbage bag. To enhance the safety and convenience of use, the present invention preferably employs a waste or used mask basket 8 as shown in fig. 6 and 7. The waste and old gauze mask basket 8 comprises a basket body 8-1, a basket body moving-out guide rail 8-2 and a sealing device; the basket body 8-1 is matched with the basket body moving-out guide rail 8-2; the sealing device comprises a first sealing plate 8-3, a second sealing plate 8-4, an elastic heat-resistant strip 8-7, a heating strip 8-6, two hinge plates 8-5 and two sealing telescopic rods 8-8; the first sealing plate 8-3, the second sealing plate 8-4 and the two hinge plates 8-5 are hinged to form a rectangular frame structure located right above the basket body 8-1, the first sealing plate 8-3 is opposite to the second sealing plate 8-4, the two hinge plates 8-5 are opposite, and the first sealing plate 8-3 and the second sealing plate 8-4 are placed on the basket body 8-1; the sealing telescopic rods 8-8 are connected with the basket body 8-1 through the sealing telescopic rod supports 8-9, one sealing telescopic rod 8-8 is located on the outer side of the first sealing plate 8-3, the sealing telescopic rod 8-8 is perpendicular to and connected with the first sealing plate 8-3, the other sealing telescopic rod 8-8 is located on the outer side of the second sealing plate 8-4, and the sealing telescopic rod 8-8 is perpendicular to and connected with the second sealing plate 8-4; the heating strip 8-6 is connected with the first sealing plate 8-3, and the elastic heat-resistant strip 8-7 is connected with the second sealing plate 8-4; the sealing telescopic rod 8-8 can drive the first sealing plate 8-3 and the second sealing plate 8-4 to move inwards to enable the heating strip 8-6 to be attached to the elastic heat-resistant strip 8-7, and at the moment, the hinge plate 8-5 is recessed inwards; the controller 5 controls the sealing telescopic rods 8-8 and the heating strips 8-6 to work. The sealing telescopic rods 8-8 can adopt the existing electric telescopic rods or pneumatic telescopic rods. The hinge plate 8-5 is a plate which is similar to a hinge in structure and can be opened and closed.

The garbage bag is only sleeved on the sealing device and is not sleeved on the basket body 8-1. When the garbage bag is observed to be full, the sealing device can be manually started, the sealing telescopic rod 8-8 is extended, and the sealing device is contracted to be in the state shown in fig. 8. The first sealing plate 8-3, the second sealing plate 8-4 and the hinge plate 8-5 enable the upper part of the garbage bag to gather, and the garbage bag is sealed under the heating action of the heating strip 8-6 and the extrusion action of the heating strip 8-6 and the elastic heat-resistant strip 8-7. The principle of sealing the garbage bag is the same as that of the existing plastic bag sealing machine due to the heating action of the heating strips 8-6 and the extrusion action of the heating strips 8-6 and the elastic heat-resistant strips 8-7. The heating strips 8-6 can refer to the design of the existing plastic bag sealing machine, and the elastic heat-resistant strips 8-7 can be high-temperature-resistant silicon rubber strips. The thicknesses of all parts of the garbage bag are different after gathering, and the extrusion effect can be improved by adopting the elastic heat-resistant strips 8-7 for extrusion.

The sealing device keeps the original state after working, then a worker opens the waste mask outlet cover 15, pulls the frame body 1 outwards, moves the frame body 1 out of the guide rail 8-2 along the basket body and slides out, then the worker operates to enable the garbage bag not to be sleeved on the sealing device, then controls the sealing telescopic rod 8-8 to reset, and then the garbage bag can be taken out. The garbage bag filled with the mask fragments is sealed when being taken out, so that the effect of pathogen emission can be achieved, the health of workers and the public can be guaranteed, and the workers do not need to manually seal the garbage bag.

As the sealing telescopic rods 8-8 are pulled out along with the frame body 1, the lines connecting the sealing telescopic rods 8-8 are long enough or adopt spiral lines. The basket removing guide 8-2 may employ a multi-stage guide so that the basket 8-1 can be completely pulled out. The basket body 8-1 can be connected with a pull-out handle 8-10 to facilitate pulling out.

In order to automatically seal the garbage bag and avoid the waste mask from being thrown in during and after the garbage bag is sealed, the mask vending machine comprises a mask fragment detection probe 12 and a sealing prompting device, and the mask fragment detection probe 12 can detect the amount of mask fragments in the waste mask basket 8; the controller 5 controls the sealing telescopic rods 8-8 and the sealing prompting device to work according to signals of the mask fragment detection probe 12, and closes the waste mask leading-in structure 6. The mask fragment detection probe 12 is an existing probe, and the amount of the masks in the garbage bag can be known by detecting the heights of the mask fragments. The sealing prompting device can also be a small display screen which displays characters to prompt that the garbage bag is full. The specific mode of closing waste mask introduction structure 6 is that waste mask inlet cover 14 is covered on mask introduction structure 6, makes waste mask inlet cover 14 can not open and can realize that waste mask introduction structure 6 closes.

The invention is mainly suitable for selling, recycling and crushing disposable masks. Can be placed in places such as hospitals where the mask is frequently used.
