1. A connection device, comprising:

the first connector comprises a first insulating body, a plurality of first terminals and a first outer shell, the first terminals are arranged on the first insulating body, the first outer shell is sleeved outside the first insulating body, the first outer shell is provided with a first shell, the front end of the first shell is provided with a plurality of first buckling bodies, two sides of each first buckling body are respectively provided with a first groove, the rear side of each first buckling body is respectively provided with a second groove, and the rear ends of the two first grooves are communicated with the second grooves; and

the second connector comprises a second insulating body, a plurality of second terminals, an inner shell, a second outer shell, a locking piece and an elastic component, wherein the plurality of second terminals are arranged on the second insulating body, the inner shell is sleeved outside the second insulating body, the second outer shell is rotatably sleeved outside the inner shell, the locking piece is provided with a locking piece body and a plurality of second buckling bodies, the plurality of second buckling bodies are connected to the locking piece body, the locking piece body of the locking piece is fixed on the second outer shell, the elastic component is arranged between the inner shell and the second outer shell, and the elastic component can push the second outer shell to reset;

when the first connector and the second connector are mutually inserted, the plurality of first terminals and the plurality of second terminals are mutually contacted to achieve electric connection, the plurality of first buckling bodies can be mutually clamped with the plurality of second buckling bodies to achieve the locking effect, and the second buckling bodies are positioned in the second grooves at the rear sides of the first buckling bodies; when the first connector and the second connector are to be separated, the second outer shell can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, so that the second buckle body slides to the rear end of any first groove through the second groove, and the second buckle body can slide to the front end of the first groove, thereby achieving the unlocking effect.

2. The connecting device of claim 1 wherein the width of the first groove increases from back to front.

The connecting device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first shell portion has a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface on two sides thereof adjacent to the first groove, and a distance between a front end of the first inclined surface and a front end of the second inclined surface is greater than a distance between a rear end of the first inclined surface and a rear end of the second inclined surface.

The connecting device according to claim 1, wherein the inner housing has an inner housing body and a ring body, the ring body is fixed to the outer housing body, the second outer housing includes an inner barrel and an outer barrel, the outer barrel is fixed to the inner barrel, the elastic member is fixed to the outer housing body, the inner housing body and the ring body have a first stopping portion and a second stopping portion, the inner barrel of the second outer housing has a third stopping portion and a fourth stopping portion, two ends of the elastic member form a first end and a second end, the first end of the elastic member can abut against the first stopping portion and the third stopping portion, and the second end of the elastic member can abut against the second stopping portion and the fourth stopping portion.

5. The connecting device according to claim 4, wherein the inner cylinder of the second outer housing is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the plurality of through holes respectively correspond to the plurality of second locking bodies.

The connecting device according to claim 1, wherein the inner housing has a first stopping portion and a second stopping portion, the second outer housing has a third stopping portion and a fourth stopping portion, the two ends of the elastic member respectively form a first end and a second end, the first end of the elastic member can abut against the first stopping portion and the third stopping portion, and the second end of the elastic member can abut against the second stopping portion and the fourth stopping portion.

The connecting device according to claim 1, wherein a rear end of the first engaging member forms a first engaging surface, and a second engaging surface is formed on the second engaging member, and the first engaging surface and the second engaging surface are engaged with each other and positioned, and the first engaging surface is perpendicular to a direction of an axis of the first connector, and the second engaging surface is perpendicular to a direction of an axis of the second connector.

8. The connecting device of claim 1, wherein the first groove extends in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the first connector, and the second groove extends in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the first connector.

The connecting device according to claim 1, wherein a first guiding surface is formed at a front end of the first engaging member, a second guiding surface is formed at a front end of the second engaging member, and the first guiding surface and the second guiding surface are inclined surfaces or arc surfaces for guiding the first engaging member and the second engaging member to engage with each other.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a connector, and more particularly to an electrical connector for locking two connectors and facilitating unlocking.

Background

The conventional connection device includes a first connector and a second connector, which are respectively disposed at the board end and the cable end, and the first connector and the second connector can be plugged together to achieve electrical connection. In order to allow the first connector and the second connector to be firmly connected when they are plugged into each other, a locking structure is usually disposed between the first connector and the second connector.

In the prior art, triangular buckling points can be respectively arranged on the first connector and the second connector, when the first connector and the second connector are mutually inserted, the two triangular buckling points slide mutually to generate rotation to compress an internal spring, and then the elastic force of the spring is utilized to automatically rotate reversely to reset, so that the two triangular buckling points are mutually locked. However, when the first connector and the second connector are to be separated, the first connector and the second connector can only be rotated in one direction for unlocking, and if the rotation directions are not opposite, the unlocking cannot be performed, which causes inconvenience in use.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a connection device, which can be unlocked in both directions to facilitate the unlocking operation, aiming at the defects of the prior art.

In order to solve the above technical problem, one of the technical solutions adopted by the present invention is to provide a connecting device, including: the first connector comprises a first insulating body, a plurality of first terminals and a first outer shell, wherein the first terminals are arranged on the first insulating body, the first outer shell is sleeved outside the first insulating body, the first outer shell is provided with a first shell, the front end of the first shell is provided with a plurality of first buckling bodies, two sides of each first buckling body are respectively provided with a first groove, the rear side of each first buckling body is respectively provided with a second groove, and the rear ends of the two first grooves are communicated with the second grooves; the second connector comprises a second insulating body, a plurality of second terminals, an inner shell, a second outer shell, a locking piece and an elastic component, wherein the second terminals are arranged on the second insulating body, the inner shell is sleeved outside the second insulating body, the second outer shell is rotatably sleeved outside the inner shell, the locking piece is provided with a locking piece body and a plurality of second buckling bodies, the second buckling bodies are connected to the locking piece body, the locking piece body of the locking piece is fixed on the second outer shell, the elastic component is arranged between the inner shell and the second outer shell, and the elastic component can push the second outer shell to reset; when the first connector and the second connector are mutually inserted, the first terminals and the second terminals are mutually contacted to achieve electric connection, the first clamping bodies can be mutually clamped with the second clamping bodies to achieve the locking effect, and the second clamping bodies are positioned in the second grooves at the rear sides of the first clamping bodies; when the first connector and the second connector are to be separated, the second outer shell can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, so that the second buckle body slides to the rear end of any one first groove through the second groove, and the second buckle body can slide to the front end of the first groove, thereby achieving the unlocking effect.

Preferably, the width of the first groove increases from back to front.

Preferably, a first inclined plane and a second inclined plane are respectively arranged on the first shell portion and close to two sides of the first groove, and a distance between a front end of the first inclined plane and a front end of the second inclined plane is larger than a distance between a rear end of the first inclined plane and a rear end of the second inclined plane.

Preferably, the inner housing has an inner housing body and an annular body, the annular body is fixed outside the inner housing body in a sleeved manner, the second outer housing includes an inner barrel and an outer barrel, the outer barrel is sleeved outside the inner barrel, the elastic element is sleeved outside the inner housing body of the inner housing, the inner housing body and the annular body respectively have a first blocking portion and a second blocking portion, the inner barrel of the second outer housing has a third blocking portion and a fourth blocking portion, two ends of the elastic element respectively form a first end and a second end, the first end of the elastic element can abut against the first blocking portion and the third blocking portion, and the second end of the elastic element can abut against the second blocking portion and the fourth blocking portion.

Preferably, the inner cylinder of the second outer shell is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the through holes respectively correspond to the second fastening bodies.

Preferably, the inner housing has a first stopping portion and a second stopping portion, the second outer housing has a third stopping portion and a fourth stopping portion, two ends of the elastic component respectively form a first end and a second end, the first end of the elastic component can abut against the first stopping portion and the third stopping portion, and the second end of the elastic component can abut against the second stopping portion and the fourth stopping portion.

Preferably, a first fastening surface is formed at a rear end of the first fastening body, a second fastening surface is formed on the second fastening body, the first fastening surface and the second fastening surface are fastened and positioned with each other, the first fastening surface is perpendicular to an axis direction of the first connector, and the second fastening surface is perpendicular to an axis direction of the second connector.

Preferably, the extending direction of the first groove is parallel to the axial direction of the first connector, and the extending direction of the second groove is perpendicular to the axial direction of the first connector.

Preferably, a first guide surface is formed at the front end of the first buckle body, a second guide surface is formed at the front end of the second buckle body, and the first guide surface and the second guide surface are inclined surfaces or arc surfaces for guiding the first buckle body and the second buckle body to be mutually clamped.

The invention has the advantages that when the first connector and the second connector are separated, the first connector and the second connector can rotate along the clockwise direction or the anticlockwise direction, so that the second buckle body slides to the rear end of any first groove through the second groove, the second buckle body can slide to the front end of the first groove, the first buckle body and the second buckle body are separated, the unlocking effect is realized, the two-way unlocking can be realized, and the unlocking operation is convenient.
