The posterior ring fracture easily causes serious vascular and neurological complications, causes high disability rate and lethality rate, and the research on the timely fixing bracket of the posterior structure has very important significance.

At present, no external fixing bracket capable of fixing the front ring and the rear ring of the pelvis simultaneously exists at home and abroad, and effective pressurization and fixation can be carried out in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, namely, strong effective early fixation is obtained in a minimally invasive mode, and the occurrence of secondary injury and complications is reduced.
