2. A clean waste oil non-sulfuric acid clay refining agent as in claim 1, wherein the nitrogen fertilizer in the decolorizing agent is one or more of carbonamide, ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride.

3. The clean used oil non-sulfate clay refining agent as claimed in claim 2, wherein the nitride in the stabilizer is one or more of hydrazine hydrate, dimethylacetamide and diethylenetriamine; the thiosulfate is one or more of potassium thiosulfate, sodium thiosulfate and calcium thiosulfate.

4. The clean used oil non-sulfuric acid clay refining agent of claim 3, wherein the calcification in the slag treatment agent is one or more of calcium carbide, calcium oxide, and calcium carbonate.

5. The clean waste oil-free clay refining agent of claim 4, wherein the alkaline water in the waste gas treatment agent is one or more of lime water, soda water and caustic soda water.

6. A clean waste oil non-sulfuric acid clay refining agent according to claim 5, wherein the waste oil comprises gasoline, solvent oil, kerosene, diesel oil, reduced line oil or wax oil crude processed from used motor oil, used diesel oil, waste plastic, used tires or petroleum.

3. the invention uses 0.05-0.3% of micro-stabilizer amine salt complex to replace more than 8% of clay high-temperature adsorbent at normal temperature, because the clay oil absorption is 50% of the self weight, the high-temperature condition promotes the further oxidation of oil during the adsorption, which causes the quality of the refined oil to be poor, the loss to be large, the cost to be high, and meanwhile, the clay slag seriously pollutes the environment, but the invention does not use the clay, has no clay slag discharge, and belongs to a clean non-clay method;
