That is, when the eyebrow adjusting eccentric bolt 63 is rotated, since the eyebrow eccentric adjusting shaft 631 is eccentrically disposed, the upper eyebrow piece 11 and the lower eyebrow piece 12 can be driven to move, and the eyebrow adjusting scale 911 improves the adjusting accuracy; when the linkage adjustment eccentric bolt 73 is rotated, the linkage eccentric adjustment shaft portion 731 is eccentrically disposed, so that the upper linkage piece 21 and the lower linkage piece 22 are driven to move, and at the same time, the linkage adjustment scale 912 improves the adjustment accuracy.
