2. A method of making a multilayer functional batt according to claim 1 wherein: the preparation method of the multilayer functional cotton flocculus comprises the following steps:

s1, taking a certain amount of organic finished cotton, cleaning impurities in the cotton, switching on a switch of a carding machine, operating the carding machine to comb the cotton into nets, and finally combing the cotton into a plurality of cotton net layers with the thickness of 2-3 mm;

s2, taking a certain amount of chemical fibers, cleaning impurities in the chemical fibers, switching on a switch of a carding machine, operating the carding machine to comb the chemical fibers into a net, and finally carding the chemical fibers into a plurality of chemical fiber layers with the thickness of 2-3 mm;

Background

The cotton wadding is a quilt core made of plant cotton fibers, and is characterized by good heat retention, pure nature and suitability for various people, and the wadding sheet refers to a flake of flocculent precipitates and also refers to a sheet type cotton-like substance which is made of plant fibers, animal fibers or chemical fibers and used for heat retention, heat insulation or shock resistance. The wadding is in sheet shape, loose filling material, and lining (some lining bags are added) is needed to be added when the garment is made, and the garment is quilted by machine or hand. The main varieties include cotton, silk floss, wool, camel hair, down feather and the like, and are used for keeping warm and insulating heat.

However, when the common cotton wadding sheet is made into clothes, people generally feel astringent when wearing the clothes, the air permeability is poor, the people feel uncomfortable when wearing the clothes, and meanwhile, the common cotton wadding sheet is poor in air permeability and easily emits unpleasant smell after being wetted inside the clothes.

s6, switching on a switch of the cutting machine, placing the cotton wool to be cut on an operation table of the cutting machine, and operating the cutting machine to cut the cotton wool into cotton wool with the length of 120-150 cm and the width of 70-80 cm;

s7, needling the cut cotton wadding up and down along the periphery and the middle part of the cotton wadding by using a needle machine to firmly fix each layer of the cotton wadding;

and S8, taking down the processed finished cotton wadding, cleaning and airing the cotton wadding to finish the preparation of the whole multilayer functional cotton wadding.

In a preferred embodiment, in step S5, the thickness of the wear-resistant cloth is 2 to 3mm, and the wear-resistant cloth is made of a wear-resistant nylon material.

In a preferred embodiment, in the step S3, during the drying process of the perfume, a dryer may be used to heat and dry the perfume.

In a preferred embodiment, in the step S5, after the cotton wool chip is flattened, a deburring machine may be used to perform a deburring process on the surface of the cotton wool chip.
