1. An anti-clogging electromagnetic pump, comprising:

the first spring (6) is arranged in the liquid outlet cavity and used for promoting the first check body (5) to reset, and the rear side opening of the liquid outlet hole is sealed by the first check body (5) and the sealing body (4) together;

and the front end of the second check body (7) and the pump core (2) form a valve which enables water flow to pass through from front to back in a single direction, and the rear end of the second check body is abutted against the front end surface of the protruding part (16) and used for pushing the first check body (5) to move backwards and expose the rear side opening of the liquid flow hole when the pump core (2) moves backwards.

Background

The electromagnetic pump is a liquid pump which directly combines power and a pump body into a whole, and mainly generates magnetic induction after an electromagnetic coil is electrified, so that a movable pump core generates electromagnetic oscillation to form vacuum in a piston cavity, a check valve in the piston cavity is opened, and a return spring drives the movable core to do reciprocating cyclic periodic vibration to pump water. The electromagnetic pump has the characteristics of simple structure, light volume and attractive appearance, and is widely applied to the matching of various small household appliance water supply devices such as electric irons, coffee machines, cleaning machines and the like.

In practical application, as the water used by the electromagnetic pump inevitably contains some impurities, the water outlet of the electromagnetic pump is easy to accumulate some impurities or scales, and particularly under the condition that the water outlet is small, the blockage fault occurs; meanwhile, the non-return body of the electromagnetic pump is easy to adhere to the pump core seat to a certain extent, and is difficult to push away only by water pressure, so that the electromagnetic pump breaks down.

Obviously, this patent can solve the above-mentioned problem, but the check structure is comparatively complicated among them, makes production and maintenance cost higher.

Disclosure of Invention

To the above problems existing in the prior art, an anti-blocking electromagnetic pump is provided to solve the adhesion problem between the check body assembly and the pump core seat and the problem that the sewage blocks the liquid flow hole, which is convenient and reliable, and is used for overcoming the technical defects.

the main body is internally provided with a working cavity, a liquid outlet cavity and a liquid flow hole for communicating the working cavity and the liquid outlet cavity which are arranged in front and back, a pump core and a pump core seat which are oppositely arranged are arranged in the working cavity, and the pump core seat is internally provided with the liquid flow hole;

the front end of the second check body and the pump core form a valve which enables water flow to pass through from front to back in a one-way mode, and the rear end of the second check body is abutted against the front end face of the protruding portion and used for pushing the first check body to move backwards and expose the rear opening of the liquid flow hole when the pump core moves backwards.

Preferably, the pump further comprises a second spring arranged in the inner hole of the pump core, at least part of the second check body extends into the inner hole of the pump core, the front end of the second spring is connected with the front end face of the pump core, and the rear end of the second spring is connected with a connecting part formed by the front end of the second check body.

Preferably, the protruding portion is a cylindrical structure as a whole.

Preferably, the front end of the first spring abuts against the rear end face of the first check body, and the rear end face of the first spring abuts against the rear bottom face of the liquid outlet cavity.

Preferably, the periphery of the part of the second check body extending into the inner hole of the pump core is also outwards protruded to form a guide structure.

Preferably, the guide structure is a plurality of convex ridges which are annularly and uniformly protruded and formed on the periphery of the second check body.

Preferably, a guide cavity with an opening at the front side is formed in the pump core seat, and the outer diameter of the rear part of the pump core is smaller than that of the middle part of the pump core, extends into the guide cavity and abuts against the front end of the second check body.

Preferably, the rear end side of the pump shell is opened to form a liquid outlet.

The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are that:

the anti-blocking electromagnetic pump comprises a main body, a sealing body, a first non-return body, a first spring and a second non-return body, the problem that the non-return body and a pump core seat cannot be solved only by water pressure can be conveniently and reliably solved, the problem that a liquid flow hole is blocked by dirt is solved, the overall structure is simple and reliable, and the production and maintenance cost is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, the creation features, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the following embodiments are specifically described with reference to the attached drawings. the front end of the second check body 7 and the pump core 2 form a valve which enables water flow to pass through from front to back in a one-way mode, and the rear end of the second check body abuts against the front end face of the protruding portion 16 so as to push the first check body 5 to move backwards and expose the rear opening of the liquid flow hole when the pump core 2 acts backwards.

In a specific application, the pump core 2 moves in a reciprocating manner in the working cavity, pushes the second check body 7 to move backwards when moving backwards, pushes the protruding part 16 and pushes the first check body 5 to move backwards by the second check body 7, meanwhile, the closed state of the rear side opening of the liquid flow hole is released, and the blocking object in the liquid flow hole is pushed to the working cavity by the action that the protruding part 16 penetrates through the liquid flow hole, so that the problems of adhesion between the first check body 5 and the pump core seat 3 and blocking of the liquid flow hole by dirt are solved; when the pump core 2 moves forward, the second check body 7 moves forward, the first spring 6 in a compressed state pushes the first check body 5 forward, the first check body 5 and the sealing body 4 together close the rear opening of the liquid flow hole, so that the working cavity is vacuumized, the next water pumping motion is prepared, the protrusion 16 pushes the second check body 7 to move forward, and the first check body 5, the second check body 7, the first spring 6 and the second spring 8 which is described below form a check body assembly in the embodiment.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3 in particular, the main body 1 includes a metal tube 9, a coil 10 sleeved on the periphery of the metal tube 9, a coil plastic-coated 18 wrapped on the periphery of the coil 10, a magnetic conductor 11 disposed outside the coil plastic-coated 18, a pump housing 14 disposed behind the magnetic conductor 11, a pump core holder 3 installed in the pump housing 14, and a water inlet magnetic tube 12 disposed in front of the magnetic conductor 11, and the metal tube 9 forms the working chamber, the pump housing 14 forms the liquid outlet chamber in the rear of the pump core holder 3, the liquid outlet hole is formed in the pump core holder 3 and communicates with the working chamber and the liquid outlet chamber, the front end of the water inlet magnetic tube 12 forms a liquid inlet communicating with the working chamber, and the rear end of the pump housing 14 forms a liquid outlet communicating with the liquid inlet to the chamber. Further, the rear end side of the pump housing 14 is opened to form the liquid outlet.

As a further preferred embodiment, the rear end of the water inlet magnetic pipe 12 extends into the working chamber and is arranged opposite to the front end of the pump core 2, and a third spring 19 is arranged between the rear end of the water inlet magnetic pipe 12 and the front end of the pump core 2 to assist the action of pushing the pump core 2 to move backwards. It is noted that the alternating current generated by the coil 10 electrically connected to an external power source causes the pump core 2 to reciprocate within the working chamber. Furthermore, the rear end face of the sealing body 4 is sunken to form a hemispherical groove, and the front end structure of the first check body is matched with the hemispherical groove in shape to play a role in guiding.

In addition, for the purpose of sealing the inside of the main body 1, sealing members are further embedded or sleeved at a plurality of positions between the pump core 2 and the pump core seat 3, on the periphery of the water inlet magnetic pipe 12, and the like, and the front end and the rear end of the coil 10 are further provided with coil frames 13, respectively, and the main body 1 is further provided with pins 15 electrically connected with the coil 10 for inputting power, which are conventional means in the art, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.

In a further preferred embodiment, a sealing sleeve is further disposed around the outer periphery of the pump core seat 3, and the sealing sleeve is embedded in the pump casing 14, and the sealing body 4 is a part of the sealing sleeve.
