The technical scheme is as follows: the porcelain bottle is clamped by the clamp, and the clamp which clamps the porcelain bottle is fixedly connected with the conducting wire by the steel rope clamp.

A porcelain bottle for holding and clamping a wire (figure 1) consists of two half cards 1, two bolts 2, two steel rope cards 3 and a porcelain bottle 5. The two half clamps 1 hold the bottle body from two sides of the line binding groove of the porcelain bottle 5, and the two bolts 2 are connected into a whole holding clamp. The lead 4 is arranged in a lead groove on the top surface of the porcelain bottle 5, and the two steel cable clamps 3 clamp the upper lead 4, the clamping seat 6 of the middle steel cable clamp 3 and the end of the lower half clamp 1 into a whole from the two ends of the clamping. The fastening points can be protected by aluminum tape.

When the lead is erected, two half cards 1 are fixed on a porcelain bottle 5 by bolts 2 on the ground. Then, the pole is climbed, and the porcelain bottle 5 is arranged on the cross arm of the electric pole. The wire 4 is then placed in the wire channel and the wire sag is set. Then, the steel rope clamp 3 rides on the lead 4 and sequentially passes through the clamping seat 6 and the end ring of the half clamp 1. Finally, the nut of the steel rope clamp 3 is screwed to enable the bottle thread to be solidified.

Detailed Description

The two half cards 1 are bent by flat steel 16X 3-A3 to be hot galvanized. The whole body is in an arch shape, and the inner circular arc of the arch back is inosculated with the wire binding groove of the porcelain bottle 5. The back root of the bow at the two ends of the back is provided with a round hole for the connecting bolt 2 to pass through. The two ends of the bow back are bent outwards to form a ring, and the bent opening is spot-welded for the steel rope clamp 3 to pass through. The distance between the outer sides of the two ends of the bow back of the two half cards 1 is equal to the diameter of the wire 4.

The bolt 2 adopts an M8 proper-length small hexagon bolt and a matched nut.

The steel rope clamp 3 adopts the standard GB/T5976-2006, and the nominal diameter is the diameter of the clamped wire.

The porcelain bottle 5 adopts the existing power line overhead line porcelain bottle.
