Detailed Description

The two half cards 1 are bent by flat steel 16X 3-A3 to be hot galvanized. The whole body is in an arch shape, and the inner circular arc of the arch back is inosculated with the wire binding groove of the porcelain bottle 5. The back root of the bow at the two ends of the back is provided with a round hole for the connecting bolt 2 to pass through. The two ends of the bow back are bent outwards to form a ring, and the bent opening is spot-welded for the steel rope clamp 3 to pass through. The distance between the outer sides of the two ends of the bow back of the two half cards 1 is equal to the diameter of the wire 4.

The bolt 2 adopts an M8 proper-length small hexagon bolt and a matched nut.

The steel rope clamp 3 adopts the standard GB/T5976-2006, and the nominal diameter is the diameter of the clamped wire.

The porcelain bottle 5 adopts the existing power line overhead line porcelain bottle.
