抱卡固线瓷瓶

技术领域

抱卡固线瓷瓶涉及配电线路技术，具体涉及一种导线与瓷瓶采用抱卡固结的瓷瓶。

背景技术

配电线路的电压等级较低，导线的架设采用绑扎法，用绑线把导线绑在针式瓷瓶上。绑线用量大，绑扎耗时长，很不适合脚蹬脚扣、腰系安全带，探出双手往横担上的瓷瓶上绑线的难受姿态作业。绑扎质量全靠工人手艺，缺少规范构件保证。

发明内容

抱卡固线瓷瓶要解决的技术问题是：采用规范连接构件更替纯手工绑扎，保证固线可靠，提高工效，缩短登杆作业时间。

采用的技术方案是：用抱卡夹住瓷瓶，用钢绳卡将抱着瓷瓶的抱卡与导线固结。

抱卡固线瓷瓶(图1)，由俩半卡1、俩螺栓2、俩钢绳卡3和瓷瓶5组成。俩半卡1从瓷瓶5的绑线槽两侧抱住瓶体，并用俩螺栓2连接成抱卡整体。导线4置于瓷瓶5顶面的导线槽内，由俩钢绳卡3，从抱卡两端，将在上的导线4、居中的钢绳卡3的卡座6、在下的半卡1端环夹成一体。卡固点可护以铝包带。

架设导线时，先在地面，将俩半卡1用螺栓2固定在瓷瓶5上。然后登杆，将瓷瓶5装在电杆横担上。而后将导线4置于导线槽，调定导线弧垂。再后把钢绳卡3骑在导线4上，先后穿过卡座6，、半卡1的端环。最后旋装钢绳卡3的螺母，使瓶线固结。

抱卡固线瓷瓶的有益效果是：将导线与瓷瓶绑扎固结的全部现场登杆手工自由绑扎，改为规范化构件固接，连接可靠，工效高。

具体实施方式

俩半卡1用扁钢16×3-A3弯制热镀锌。整体呈弓形，弓背内圆弧与瓷瓶5的绑线槽吻合。弓背两端的弓背根儿有圆孔，供连接螺栓2穿过。弓背两端外弯成圈，弯合口点焊，供钢绳卡3通过。两半卡1弓背两端外侧边间距等于导线4直径。

螺栓2采用M8适长小六方头螺栓和配套螺母。

钢绳卡3采用GB/T5976-2006标准的，公称直径为所卡导线直径。

瓷瓶5采用现行电力线路架线瓷瓶。
