When oxygen, nitrogen gas or liquid product are produced by rectification, high-pressure or ultrahigh-pressure air products can be provided according to customer requirements, and an additional air compressor or the pressure discharge of an air supercharger is not required to be arranged, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, and the energy efficiency level is improved. Especially when a small amount of high/ultra high pressure air product needs to be produced, the stability of the device can be improved.)
