3. According to the oil draining device for the fried food, the partition plate arranged in the oil draining cylinder can prevent oil stains accumulated in the oil draining cylinder from turning over to the filter screen in a moving state of the oil draining cylinder, so that the fried food is polluted, and the oil draining process of the fried food is ensured to be smoothly carried out.
