Referring to fig. 1, a cloth seam structure disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention includes a first seam portion 1, a second seam portion 2, an inner layer glue strip 3, and an outer layer glue strip 4.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first seam allowance part 1 and a second seam allowance part 2 are two joint ends of a fabric to be sewn, the first seam allowance part 1 and the second seam allowance part 2 are stacked together and connected into a whole by sewing, and an inner layer gluing strip 3 and an outer layer gluing strip 4 are respectively covered at two side seams of the first seam allowance part 1 and the second seam allowance part 2 and fixedly connected with the first seam allowance part 1 and the second seam allowance part 2. s101: cutting cloth and preparing a gluing strip;

and cutting the fabric according to the sizes of the fabrics required by different parts of the ready-made clothes.

S102: one of the hem portions of the cloth to be sewn is bent to form an extension section 11, a glue strip is clamped in the inner side of the extension section 11, the other hem portion is overlapped and attached to the extension section 11, and then sewing is carried out along the two hem portions.

S103: and placing a gluing strip on the inner side and the outer side of the joint of the two hemming parts along the sewing line direction, and applying pressure to the gluing strip by adopting a hot-pressing device to finish the hot gluing process.

S104: and waiting for the glued part to naturally cool. And after cooling, performing the next process on the ready-made clothes to ensure that the gluing strips at the seams are fully bonded with the cloth.

In step S102, when the seam portion is sewn, a double-thread sewing process is adopted, the two threads advance along the two ends of the extending section 11 in the width direction, and the two seam portions and the extending section 11 are tightly attached together, more importantly, the glue strip can be fully attached to the surface of the extending section 11 and the corresponding portion of the seam portion, and in the next hot melting process, the glue strip is fully bonded in the formed fabric body, so that the sealing performance of the seam portion is enhanced.

And step S103, adopting a special heat sealing machine in the hot pressing process, wherein the width of a hot pressing die of the heat sealing machine is obviously larger than that of the veneer strip, and controlling the pressing pressure, the pressing time and the pressing die temperature in the hot pressing process to ensure that the veneer strip and the cloth are fully bonded into a whole.

The invention also discloses medical protective clothing, the fabric seam structure is adopted at the seam of each part of the protective clothing, and the processing technology of the fabric seam structure is adopted in the production and manufacturing process of the medical protective clothing.
