a bed body and a first connecting rod component;

Background

With the progress of the times, the life of human beings is greatly prolonged, and in addition, the growth peak of the century is relatively centralized, so that the aging times come. Many old people can live alone or get into the asylum for the aged, however, the old people mostly all have physical exhaustion, the strength of four limbs is weaker, the action of climbing when getting up is difficult to realize, if suffer from diseases, then it is more difficult to get up independently.

The existing old-people-assisting functional bed has the following problems: the first plate (namely the plate part which is attached to the back of the old when lying down) is designed into an integral plate-shaped structure, so that the first plate cannot be well attached to the spine of a human body when the old sits up, comfortableness is affected, and experience is poor; the back and the legs can not be linked, namely when the old-person back is pushed up, the third plate placed on the legs is still in a horizontal state, so that the motion rule of the human body is not met, and the legs are easily pulled when the back is pushed up; the whole process of changing the lying posture into the sitting posture and then standing up for the old people cannot be helped.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides an old people assisting bed to solve the above-mentioned problem that the old people lying down are difficult to independently perform the actions of getting up and climbing.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an old people assisting functional bed, comprising:

a bed body and a first connecting rod component;

the bed body comprises a back plate assembly, a seat plate assembly and a foot plate assembly, wherein two ends of the seat plate assembly are respectively rotatably connected with the back plate assembly and the foot plate assembly; the backboard component comprises a first board and a driving support piece, wherein the upper end of the driving support piece is in driving connection with the lower end of the first board; the seat plate assembly comprises a second plate and a bracket, and the second plate is arranged at the upper end of the bracket;

the first connecting rod assembly comprises a driving rod, a rotating rod and a pulling and lifting rod, the rotating rod is rotatably connected with two ends of the seat board assembly, two ends of the rotating rod are respectively rotatably connected with the driving rod and the pulling and lifting rod, the connecting end of the driving rod and the rotating rod is positioned on one side of the second board, and the connecting end of the pulling and lifting rod and the rotating rod is positioned on the other side of the second board; the end of the driving rod far away from the rotating rod is connected with the back plate assembly, and the end of the lifting rod far away from the rotating rod is connected with the foot plate assembly.

The invention provides a bed with an old-age assisting function, which has the following beneficial effects: the first plate integrally ascends and rotates due to the fact that stress of the first connecting rod assembly ascends, the head, the neck and the back of the old person are greatly lifted, the rotating rod rotates due to stress and drives the lifting rod to rotate, then the lifting rod pulls the foot plate assembly to rotate and move downwards, bending landing of the lower legs and the feet of the old person is facilitated, and in the rotating process of the rotating rod, the two hands of the old person can stand up by virtue of force, so that the old person can sit up after lying down to stand up; due to the hinged arrangement of the plurality of first single plates in the first plate and the arrangement of the second connecting rod assembly, the first plate is slightly deformed so as to better fit the head, the neck and the back of the old, and the rising comfort is enhanced; under the motor drive in drive assembly, make the second plate rise and rotate, further lift old person's buttock and thigh, it is more convenient to get up.

The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the old-helping functional bed comprises a bed body 1 and a first connecting rod component 2;

the bed body 1 comprises a back plate assembly 11, a seat plate assembly 12 and a foot plate assembly 13, wherein the back plate assembly 11, the seat plate assembly 12 and the foot plate assembly 13 are sequentially arranged in parallel from left to right to form a plane for the old to lie down; the backboard assembly 11 comprises a first board 111 and a driving support 112, wherein the upper end of the driving support 112 is in driving connection with the lower end of the first board 111; the left end and the right end of the seat plate component 12 are respectively rotatably connected with the right end of the back plate component 11 and the left end of the foot plate component 13; the seat plate assembly 12 includes a second plate 121 and a bracket 122, and the second plate 121 is mounted to the upper end of the bracket 122 (the second plate 121 is detachable from the bracket 122).

Preferably, the driving assembly 5 further includes a bearing assembly 123e and an end cap 1237, the bearing assembly 123e includes a plurality of tapered roller bearings e1 and a thrust ball bearing e2, the plurality of tapered roller bearings e1 are respectively installed in their corresponding holders d2, as an embodiment, an outer ring of the tapered roller bearing e1 is fixedly connected with an inner portion of the holder d2, and an inner ring of the tapered roller bearing e1 is fixedly connected with both ends of the worm 1234, so as to realize the rotation movement of the worm 1234 in the holder d 2; the thrust ball bearings e2 are sleeved on the upper end and the lower end of the worm wheel 1235, the end cap 1237 includes an upper end cap and a lower end cap, the upper end cap and the lower end cap are respectively covered and installed on the upper end and the lower end of the d2, and under the action of the d2 and the end cap 1237, the worm wheel 1235 is enabled to rotate in the worm wheel seat d 3.

For better explaining the foot plate assembly 13, please refer to fig. 14, the foot plate assembly 13 includes a third single plate 131 and a lifting member 132, the third single plate 131 is uniformly provided with a plurality of through holes 1311 to reduce the weight of the third single plate 131, the lifting member 132 is fixedly installed at the left side of the lower end of the third single plate 131, the right end of the lifting member 132 is provided with a third rotating hole 1321 adapted to the third push rod 26, the third push rod 26 is rotatably installed at the third rotating hole 1321, and the lifting rod 23 is movably installed at the third rotating hole 1321.

Preferably, the bed with the function of helping the old people is further provided with a controller, the model of the controller is STM32 preferably, the controller is electrically connected with the steering engine 114, the electric push rod 1121 and the motor 1232 respectively so as to control the starting and the closing of the steering engine 114, the starting and the closing of the electric push rod 1121 and the starting and the closing of the motor 1232 respectively, and the operation of the old people is facilitated.
