Background

The patent with the publication number of CN207125672U discloses an anti-scalding bowl holding clamp, wherein a chuck is fixed at the front end of the bowl clamp, so that a user can take a bowl easily and labor-saving during use. However, in the structure, the clamping head and the bowl clamp are fixed to limit that the bowl can only be taken out from the pot with lower height, and the application range is small.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a bowl taking device aiming at the defects of the prior art.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a bowl taking device comprises a bowl clamp and a chuck connected to the front end of the bowl clamp, wherein the bowl clamp comprises two support rods hinged in the middle, and the support rods are divided into a support arm positioned in the front part and a handle positioned in the rear part by hinged parts. The chuck is arc-shaped and sheet-shaped, and the width of the chuck is gradually reduced from top to bottom; the middle of the chuck is concave outwards; the two chucks are symmetrically arranged at the front ends of the supporting arms; a groove is formed in the middle of the inner side of the chuck, a first connecting hole and a plurality of second connecting holes are formed in the groove, the first connecting hole is located at the lower portion of the front side of the groove, and the second connecting holes are located at the upper portion or the rear side of the front side of the groove; the plurality of second connecting holes are distributed in a fan shape around the first connecting hole, and the distance from each second connecting hole to the first connecting hole is equal; a support arm through hole correspondingly matched with the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole is formed in the front side of the support arm; the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole are respectively connected with the support arm through hole and provided with a detachable screw nut assembly; when the clamping head is used, the screw and nut assembly sequentially penetrates through the first connecting hole or the second connecting hole and the support arm through hole, and the support arm is fixedly connected with the clamping head. When the bowl taking device is used, the support arm through hole at the front end of the bowl clamp is connected with the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole of the chuck through the screw nut component according to the depth selection of a pot and the like, so that the matched bowl taking device is formed. The bowl clamp is of a structure similar to scissors, and is simple and convenient to operate. The bowl clamp and the chuck are connected by adopting a detachable structure, and the angle between the bowl clamp and the chuck can be selected according to requirements, so that the application range of the bowl taking device is effectively expanded; when the clamping head is used, the screw nut component is firstly adopted to be connected (non-fastened connection) through the first connecting hole and the support arm through hole positioned at the front end of the support arm, then the support arm is rotated according to the depth of a pot for placing dishes, the other support arm through hole is adjusted to correspond to the outer side of the proper second connecting hole, and then the screw nut component is locked to fasten and fix the clamping head and the support arm. Meanwhile, the comfort level of the wrist part of the operator can be improved, and the operator can conveniently hold the operation force. And the chuck and the support arm are in a detachable connection mode, so that the bowl taking device is convenient to disassemble and wash daily and saves the storage space.

The supporting rod can be in a bent shape, so that the opening and closing range of the supporting arm and the handle can be effectively shortened to a proper range.

Furthermore, an elastic connecting piece is connected to the part, close to the hinged part, of the two arms; the elastic connecting piece can be a tension spring. The elastic connecting piece can control the opening degree of the two support arms within a certain range, so that the phenomenon that a user opens the support arms too much to overturn bowls and dishes to be taken and separated when the dish rack is used is avoided, and the phenomenon that the support arms are closed excessively when the dish rack is stored, so that the two chucks are tightly attached and pressed to cause damage is also avoided. The invention also comprises an anti-scald cover; the scald-proof cover comprises a fixed part, an elastic part and a cover part; the fixing part consists of two parts which are respectively connected with the two sides of the elastic part; two sides of the fixing part are provided with trepanning correspondingly matched with the two support arms; the normal length of the elastic part is not more than the minimum distance between the two support arms, and the difference between the maximum stretching length of the elastic part and the normal length is not less than the difference between the maximum stretching length of the elastic connecting piece and the normal length; the cover part is connected to the edges of the fixed part and the elastic part, and the opening of the cover part faces downwards; one side of the cover part corresponding to the trepanning is provided with a slit, the outer wall of the cover part is provided with an extension pasting part, and the extension pasting part covers the outside of the slit; one side of the extension pasting part is fixedly connected with the cover part, and the other side of the extension pasting part can be detachably pasted on the cover part; the elasticity of the cover part positioned in the middle is larger than that of the cover parts positioned on the two sides.

The anti-scalding cover is simple in structure and can further improve the anti-scalding performance of the bowl taking device, and particularly when the clamping head is located at the lower end of the bowl clamp (namely the bowl clamp is connected with the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole located above the first connecting hole), when an operator needs to take the bowl downwards approximately vertically, the hot air in the pot can be prevented from being blown upwards to scald the operator.

The anti-scalding cover can be made of transparent materials, and the visual line of a bowl taking operation of an operator is prevented from being influenced.

Furthermore, a horizontal calibrator is embedded in the middle and outer side of the upper end of the chuck. When an operator uses the invention to take bowls, the horizontal calibrator can assist the operator to keep the balance of the clamped dishes, prevent dishes in the dishes from dumping and wasting or scalding the operator and the like, and particularly prevent the situation that the dishes containing soup dishes and the like are not beneficial to the operator to observe whether the dishes are unbalanced or not. A heat insulation cushion layer is arranged between the horizontal calibrator and the chuck, so that the horizontal calibrator is prevented from being damaged by heating. The horizontal calibrator can be a bubble balance calibrator which contains a bubble and liquid, and the liquid is green; the outside of horizontal calibrator, roof are made for transparent material, and the inside wall of horizontal calibrator is light colours such as white or silver, makes things convenient for the operator from the equilibrium state of surveing the chuck.

When dishes are clamped from deep cooking utensils such as pots and food steamers, the dishes are prone to tilting and toppling due to the fact that the front sides of the clamping heads and the supporting arms are located in the cooking utensils, and the balance condition of the dishes which are difficult to confirm can be visualized by the aid of the horizontal calibrator and even be higher than the highest plane of dishes in the dishes, so that the balance condition can be observed conveniently.

Furthermore, a cushion block is arranged between the support arm and the chuck, and the inner side of the cushion block is arc-shaped. The cushion block can ensure that the bowl clamp and the chuck are connected more firmly, and the looseness of the bowl clamp in the bowl taking operation process is reduced.

Furthermore, the inner wall of the chuck is provided with an anti-slip layer to prevent bowls and dishes from slipping off in the bowl taking process.

Furthermore, the thickness of the inner side of the screw nut component is not larger than the depth of the groove, so that the protruding interference of the screw nut component on the inner wall of the chuck is reduced, and the inner wall of the chuck tends to be smooth.

Furthermore, the anti-skid structure is a semi-annular sleeve part, and the sleeve part is connected to the outer side of the grip.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the bowl clamp and the chuck are connected by adopting a detachable structure, and the angle between the bowl clamp and the chuck can be selected according to requirements, so that the application range of the bowl taking device is effectively expanded.

2. The chuck and the support arm have various connection angles, so that the comfort level of the wrist of an operator can be improved, and the operator can conveniently hold the operating force.

3. The anti-scalding cover is additionally arranged, so that the anti-scalding performance of the bowl taking device can be further improved, and particularly, when the clamping head is positioned at the lower end of the bowl clamp and an operator needs to take the bowl downwards approximately vertically, the hot air in the pot can be prevented from overflowing and scalding the operator.

4. When an operator uses the bowl taking device to take bowls, the horizontal calibrator is convenient for the operator to observe and keep the balance of the clamped bowls and dishes, so that dishes in the bowls and dishes are kept horizontal, and the dishes are prevented from being dumped and wasted.

5. The bending arrangement of the front end of the supporting arm can ensure that the rear end of the supporting arm and the handle are bent outwards when the front end of the supporting arm is in an approximately vertical state, thereby reducing the uncomfortable feeling of the wrist of an operator when the supporting arm of the bowl clamp needs to be extended into a pot approximately vertically to take a bowl.
