1. A process for producing absolute ethyl alcohol by membrane separation is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) preparing 5-10 pipelines and a cylindrical container for bearing the pipelines, and installing a molecular sieve membrane on the inner wall of each pipeline;

2) fixing the pipeline in the step 1) around the inner part of the cylindrical container, installing a valve at the bottom of the pipeline, and installing a water outlet pipeline at the bottom of the cylindrical container or on the side surface of the bottom of the cylindrical container;

3) the bottom of the cylindrical container is downwards arranged on the frame, and a rotating device is arranged at the top of the cylindrical container;

4) a main pipeline is arranged above the pipeline in the cylindrical container, and the pipeline in the cylindrical container is connected with the main pipeline;

Background

The industrial ethanol is generally colorless transparent liquid, is flammable and volatile, has slight aroma of wine, and the basic purification method of the industrial ethanol can reach the concentration of 95 percent and can not meet the requirement of producing DEC.

Therefore, a process for separating industrial ethanol into absolute ethanol by using a molecular sieve membrane is needed.
