Technical Field

The invention relates to a sticking mark stuck on the surface of an object, in particular to an integrated sticking board for a label of an aircraft system.

Background

Aiming at the airplane system label, all the system labels on the airplane body need to be adhered to corresponding required positions to serve as indication marks for connection of an airplane upper ring control system, a fuel system, an electromechanical finished product and a cable, and the indication marks serve as auxiliary references in subsequent maintenance. Currently, the number of fuselage tags is about 1500, and each tag is managed and installed as a single part during shipping, storage, and distribution.

The existing bonding method is mainly to bond and assemble the single label parts to the machine body one by one. However, the number of labels is large, and the types of labels are various, so that the storage and the installation are difficult, and the installation workload is large.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an integrated type sticking board for the tags of the airplane system, which arranges a plurality of tags on a rubber plate in a matrix form, integrates the tags, stores the tags in a pipe by taking the rubber plate as a carrier, can stick the tags on the same plane to the corresponding parts of a machine body at one time by using the rubber plate, is convenient to store and manage, and improves the efficiency and the accuracy of tag sticking.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

Release paper as carrier;

the transfer film comprises a waterproof surface and an adhesive surface, and the adhesive surface is adhered to the release paper;

the part label layer comprises at least one part label, the part label is arranged between the release paper and the transfer film and arranged in a matrix manner, and an adhesive layer is arranged on one surface of the part label;

the adhesive layer and the airplane are provided with a first peeling strength, the part label and the rotary adhesive film are provided with a second peeling strength, and the first peeling strength is greater than the second peeling strength.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the specification of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example 1

An integrated adhesive plate for airplane system labels, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, comprises release paper 1, transfer film 2 and part label layer 3. The part label layer 3 is arranged between the release paper 1 and the transfer film 2.

The release paper 1 is a carrier of the whole adhesive board and consists of a three-layer structure, namely a first layer of bottom paper; a second layer of laminating film; the third layer is an anti-adhesive substance, typically silicone oil.

The transfer film 2 comprises a waterproof surface and a bonding surface, and the bonding surface is bonded with the release paper 1. The waterproof surface is mainly the main body of the transfer film 2 and has certain strength, waterproofness, moisture resistance and high temperature resistance. The bonding surface is a PE micro-adhesive film, and the peel strength between the bonding surface and the release paper 1 is fourth peel strength F2.

The part label layer 3 comprises at least one part label 4, the part label is arranged between the release paper 1 and the transfer film 2 and is arranged in a matrix mode according to a certain distance, and an adhesive layer 404 is arranged on one side of the part label 4.

Specifically, the part label 4 comprises a label front side 401 and a label back side 402, wherein the label back side 402 is adhered to the surface of the release paper 1, and the label front side 401 is adhered to the adhering surface of the transfer film 2. Adhesive layer 404 is disposed on label back 402; the part label 4 is adhered to the surface of the release paper 1 through an adhesive layer 404, and the adhesive layer 404 is mainly used for adhering to a machine body.

The surface of the part label 4 in contact with the adhesive layer 404 is a frosted surface 403. After the frosting process, the adhesive is applied to the frosted surface 403, and the natural adhesive layer 404 also has a frosted structure. The frosted structure can greatly improve the bonding force between the part tag 4 and the airplane.

The adhesive plate is mainly related to the peeling strength under the classification of the adhesive strength in the using process, and the peeling strength is the maximum load born by the unit width when an adhesive piece is separated and is the unit N/m.

The third peel strength F1 is provided between the label back 402 of the part label 4 and the release paper 1, the fourth peel strength F2 is provided between the adhesive surface of the transfer film 2 and the release paper 1, the second peel strength F3 is provided between the part label 4 and the transfer film 2, the first peel strength F4 is provided between the adhesive layer 404 and the airplane, and the fifth peel strength F5 is provided between the adhesive surface of the transfer film 2 and the airplane.

The integral bonding plate has two states, namely a storage management state and a pasting state;

(1) storing the management state: the label comprises release paper 1, label part layer and transfer film 2. The state is mainly used for convenient management of the part label 4, and the part label 4 is changed into a whole, so that the problem that the part label 4 is difficult to find in the labeling process is solved.

When the label layer and the transfer film 2 are peeled off from the release paper 1, in order to adhere the part label layer 3 and the transfer film 2 together without being stuck by the release paper 1, it is necessary to ensure that the second peel strength F3 > the third peel strength F1 > 0, which is independent of the fourth peel strength F2.

(2) The pasting state: namely, after the release paper 1 is removed, only the part label layer 3 and the transfer film 2 are in a two-layer state. This state is mainly used for attaching the part label 4 to the surface of the airplane. At the moment, the rotary adhesive film 2 is used as a carrier of the part label 4, the rotary adhesive film 2 is square in a general state, has the functions of positioning and measuring scale, can effectively avoid the part label 4 from being inclined in the labeling process, reduces the labeling rework rate, and improves the labeling effect and quality.

When the part label 4 and the transfer film 2 are bonded to the airplane as a bonded unit and the transfer film 2 is peeled off from the body, the first peel strength F4 > the second peel strength F3 is required to be ensured so that the part label 4 is not stuck to the body by the transfer film 2, which is independent of the fifth peel strength F5.

The theoretical basic principle of the integral bonding plate is that the first peel strength F4 is greater than the second peel strength F3 is greater than the third peel strength F1 is greater than 0.

Example 2

An integrated bonding plate for a sign of an aircraft system is disclosed, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, on the basis of embodiment 1, an easy-to-tear line 201 is additionally arranged on a transfer film 2, and the easy-to-tear line 201 is arranged in two modes.

One of the easy-to-tear lines 201 is disposed between two adjacent rows of the part tags 4, and a row of the transfer films 2 with the part tags 4 is integrally torn off to form a new whole as a row of the part tags 4 and the transfer films 2. The setting of the easy-to-tear line 201 is convenient for taking, placing and pasting in the labeling process, and is convenient for pasting at a narrow position of the machine body.

The other type of the easy-to-tear lines 201 is arranged along the length and width of the transfer film 2 in a perpendicular intersecting manner, and the easy-to-tear lines 201 are arranged between two adjacent part tags 4. The mutual pulling force of the vertical intersected easy-to-tear lines 201 at the intersection is larger, and when the transfer film 2 is separated from the release paper 1, two adjacent transfer films 2 with the part labels 4 are not easy to separate. The arrangement of the easy-to-tear line 201 has no influence on the storage and management of the part label 4, but can effectively solve the sticking problem of the part label 4 at a smaller sticking position of the machine body.

Example 3

A method of using an integrated, aircraft system sign bonding sheet, the method comprising the steps of:

(1) taking out the release paper 1 with the transfer film 2 and the part label 4, separating the transfer film 2 from the release paper 1, and forming a bonding whole body by the transfer film 2 and the part label 4;

(2) the bonding surface of the transfer film 2 is bonded to the surface of the airplane, and the adhesive layer 404 of the part label 4 is bonded to the surface of the airplane; the rotary film 2 is torn, the rotary film 2 is separated from the part label 4, and the integrated quick labeling of the airplane is achieved.

The specific using steps are as follows:

checking whether the label parts in the integral bonding plate meet the requirements or not, and whether the label parts have foaming or not and are debonded or not;

secondly, taking out the whole bonding plate, and flatly paving the bonding plate on a neat and flat operating platform according to the positions of the release paper 1 above and the transfer film 2 below;

fixing one end of the integral bonding plate, and rolling the integral bonding plate along one direction by hand to remove redundant bubbles, as shown in figure 4;

and fourthly, opening one corner of the release paper 1, slightly tearing off the release paper 1 along the 45-degree direction, if the individual label is adhered on the release paper 1, slightly pressing the label from the back of the integral adhesive plate, continuing to move along the tearing direction, and paying attention to control the tearing angle, as shown in fig. 5.

The tearing angles are generally L-shaped peeling and U-shaped peeling. The peeling angle of the L-shaped peeling is less than or equal to 90 degrees, as shown in figure 2, and the peeling angle of the U-shaped peeling is more than 90 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees, as shown in figure 3. Keeping the tearing direction parallel to the rubber plate as much as possible, namely turning the rubber plate 180 degrees;

the part label 4 is stuck to the machine body singly, in a row, in multiple rows, integrally and the like according to the labeling requirement, the rotary sticking film 2 is peeled off from the part label 4 after the pressing is flat and firm, and the process is kept constant and slow;

finally, checking whether the sticking position of the label meets the requirement or not, and correspondingly adjusting the position which does not meet the requirement.
