3. The softening agent of claim 1, wherein the dispersion stabilizer is a fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether compound with a high EO number.

The softening agent of claim 3, wherein the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether compound with a high EO number is one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether O-25, dispersant IW of a condensate of fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide, and dispersant W of a condensate of fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide.

The softening agent with high stability and low color change and phenol yellow resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the low-yellowing block silicone oil is prepared by ring-opening polymerization of epoxy-terminated silicone oil and polyetheramine according to a molar ratio of 1:2-2:1, wherein the molecular weight of the epoxy-terminated silicone oil is 8000-20000, and the molecular weight of the polyetheramine is 200-2003.

The softening agent with high stability and low color change and phenol yellowing resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the phenol yellowing resistance agent is one or a mixture of anionic sulfonate type phenol yellowing resistance agent and anionic carboxylate type phenol yellowing resistance agent.

A process for preparing a high stability low color change anti-yellowing softener according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of: adding the alkali-resistant soft sheet and the dispersion stabilizer into deionized water according to the formula ratio, heating to 70-80 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 60-90 minutes to obtain a uniform emulsion, then cooling to 30-40 ℃, adding the low-yellowing block silicone oil and the phenol yellowing resistant agent, stirring uniformly for 20-30 minutes, and filtering to obtain the softening agent.

Background

The softening agent is a conventional auxiliary agent frequently used in finishing procedures after the printing and dyeing processing industry, and is a textile chemical product capable of endowing clothes and fabrics with smooth hand feeling and soft feeling. At present, the softener is large in using amount and various in varieties in China, and gradually evolves from the traditional fatty acid amide compound to an organic silicon polymer, but in actual processing and use, a single variety is difficult to meet the requirements of customers. The non-silicon softening agent has fluffy hand feeling and low price, but has insufficient smoothness, and is poor in high temperature resistance and alkali resistance: the organic silicon softening agent has excellent hand feeling, but is easy to generate silicon oil spots, and the cloth surface color generally becomes larger along with the increase of the ammonia value and the excessive use of the organic solvent, and the storage phenol yellow in the packaging and transportation process becomes larger, which seriously troubles printing and dyeing processing factories.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a softening agent with high stability, low color change and phenol yellowing resistance and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the high-stability low-color-change phenol-yellow-resistant softening agent adopted by the invention comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of an alkali-resistant soft sheet, 5-10 parts of a dispersion stabilizer, 10-20 parts of low-yellowing block silicone oil, 5-10 parts of a phenol-yellow-resistant softening agent and 40-70 parts of deionized water.

As an improvement, the alkali-resistant soft sheet adopts a cationic compound formed by continuous quaternization after amidation reaction of long-chain unsaturated fatty acid oleic acid and the like or fatty acid ester stearate and polyamine compound diethylenetriamine and the like.

As an improvement, the dispersion stabilizer adopts a fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether compound with a high EO number.

Compared with the prior art, the softening agent disclosed by the invention overcomes the difficulty that a cationic softening agent and an anionic phenol yellow resistant agent are easy to generate ionic reaction through reasonable material selection and compounding, is good in stability, excellent in high temperature resistance and shear resistance, soft and comfortable in hand feeling, small in color change yellowing, and suitable for finishing white or light-colored fabrics, and meanwhile, the phenol yellow resistant effect can reach four levels in transportation and storage of cotton and blended fabrics, and the export requirement is met.
