Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a production data acquisition method based on a dot matrix paper pen aiming at the defects in the prior art, so as to solve the problem that forms in the prior art cannot feed back individualized production data.

The method can be applied to a terminal establishing a connection relation with a production system, and Zbform form acquisition software can be installed on the terminal. The terminal includes, but is not limited to, a computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a tablet computer (PAD), and a smart phone. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:

The service type, the service order number and the service order information belong to a first set of printing area of the form, and can be automatically printed on the form when the form is printed, so that the form can be conveniently displayed and visually identified.

The form is a data acquisition form which is specially used for recording data in a production link.

The project information is collected and can be associated and inquired according to the process information corresponding to the single number, so that the collected project information can be dynamically printed and output on a paper form.

The sequence of collecting project information must be strictly recorded, and a one-to-one correspondence relationship is automatically established with the serial number on the paper form, so that after the business form number is known, a business system can be informed of which collected project according to the serial number on the form.

In another example, the filling content may also be synchronized into a form, which is an electronic form, i.e., an electronic form corresponding to a paper form.

It can be understood that, the service system, the terminal and the data acquisition device related to the present application have established a connection relationship, for example, the ID of the data acquisition device has been previously bound with the terminal, and the ID of the terminal has been previously bound with the service system.

By applying the method for acquiring the production data based on the dot matrix paper pen provided by the embodiment of the invention, a standard data acquisition form can be manufactured aiming at the extraction of different business common models, different business information is overprinted on the standard acquisition form, a specific business order number is associated by pasting a dot matrix label with a unique identifier, and during data acquisition, the association feedback is carried out on the acquisition item information through the fixed row and column positions, so that the individualized production data can be acquired by different business and business order numbers through the standard uniform acquisition form.

Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
