Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of detergents or printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a novel liquid fluorescent whitening agent.

Background

The high-grade fluorescent whitening agents which are generally commercially available for detergents and printing and dyeing are powdery or granular products which have the disadvantages of dust pollution during the manufacturing and using processes and are not easy to automatically meter and add, and are not beneficial to environmental protection and health of operators. The invention of the liquid fluorescent whitening agent not only overcomes the difficulties, but also has the characteristics of strong fluorescence, high whiteness, clear and transparent appearance, convenient use, easy automation control and the like. The solid fluorescent whitening agent CBS is a compound which has sulfonic acid groups and is easy to dissolve in water, but the solid fluorescent whitening agent CBS has low solubility in water, has high solubility only at high temperature (such as 80-100 ℃), and has lower solubility when the temperature is reduced, so that the solid fluorescent whitening agent CBS is not easy to prepare a simple aqueous solution, has high concentration and is stable and not easy to precipitate. In recent years, liquid fluorescent whitening agents CBS containing surfactants have been reported in many patents;

patent GB 2,294,708 reports a formulation of a liquid brightener in a solvent of polyethylene glycol and water with the addition of a small amount of PVOH, but they report a product with a stability time of only 5 days at 50 ℃; chinese patent CN1,179,466 reports a method for preparing a liquid brightener by using a mixture of polyoxyethylene ether and water as a solvent, but the patent does not describe the stability and the storage time, so that the liquid brightener lacks certain practical value; likewise, U.S. Pat. No. 8, 6,660,705 reports liquid formulations with fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ethers and glycerol as mixed solvents, but this patent also fails to show their stabilizing properties; patent CN1480519 also reports a process for the preparation of liquid brighteners using mixtures of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, glycerol and water as solvents, but nonylphenol compounds have become a banned variety in europe for the washing industry.

The liquid fluorescent whitening agent of the prior art with the patent number of CN200510012469.8 has poor stability and short stabilization time in the using process, only about half a year, and the fluorescent whitening agent can become turbid after being diluted by water.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a novel liquid fluorescent whitening agent, and aims to solve the problems that in the use process of a liquid fluorescent whitening agent with the prior art, the stability is poor, the stabilization time is short, the stability is only about half a year, and the fluorescent whitening agent can become turbid after being diluted by water.

The invention is realized in such a way that a novel liquid fluorescent whitening agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

Preferably, the molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol compound is between 200 and 5000, and preferably 200 and 600.

Preferably, the tween-80 is polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, which is called polysorbate-80 for short, and is used as an emulsifier.

Preferably, the structural formulas of the substituents at different positions of the sulfostyryl biphenyl (CBS) compound are shown in figures 2-4.

The novel liquid fluorescent whitening agents of the present invention are prepared by the following process:

adding water with required water quantity into a reaction kettle, adding fluorescent brightener dye into the reaction kettle, stirring uniformly, adding polyethylene glycol 300, diethylene glycol, tween 80, EDTA-2Na, propylene glycol and the rest water with required quantity into the reaction kettle, heating to above 90 ℃ to dissolve and clarify, keeping the temperature for 2 hours, slowly cooling to 40 ℃, adding urea with required quantity, continuously stirring to completely dissolve the urea, continuously cooling to room temperature, and standing until bubbles completely disappear.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the novel liquid fluorescent whitening agent effectively solves the problems that the original liquid fluorescent whitening agent has poor stability and short stabilization time in the use process, the stability is only about half a year, and the fluorescent whitening agent can become turbid after being diluted by water through different proportions.
