FIG. 4-FIG. 6 are schematic diagrams showing the operation of the low temperature smoking set of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, when a cigarette is completely smoked (for example, the time after starting heating set by embedding a program in the PCB is taken as a reference), the PCB controls the driving motor to start, the rotating shaft 7 thereof drives the heating element fixing base 15 to rotate, the heating element 2 is arranged on the heating element fixing base 15, so the heating element 2 rotates along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 7 of the driving motor, and then the driving motor is controlled to rotate reversely by the PCB, the process opposite to the above rotation causes the heating element 2 to rotate reversely, and then the heating element 2 is recovered to the initial position, at this time, the loosening starts between the tobacco shreds around the heating element 2 and the heating element 2, as shown in FIG. 5, further, the push-pull rod 10 thereof controls the push-pull rod 10 to drive the base 16, the driving motor, the, that is, the heating element 2 is further separated from the tobacco shred of the cigarette 5 in the vertical direction, referring to fig. 5, the cigarette 5 can be conveniently and quickly taken out from the low-temperature smoking set, and the tobacco shred and the evaporation residue in the cigarette 5 are rarely remained on the heating element, thereby achieving the purpose of the invention.

As shown in fig. 6, when the cigarette 5 is pulled out from the low-temperature smoking set (or the fixed time t is set by using an embedding program in the PCB), the PCB controls the push-pull type linear electromagnet to work, and the push-pull rod 10 drives the base 16, the driving motor, the heating element fixing seat 15 and the heating element 2 to move upward, so that the heating element fixing seat 15 and the heating element 2 are restored to the initial positions.

In practical application, the smoke abatement mode can also be adopted: controlling a driving motor to work to drive a heating element 2 to rotate, so that the heating element 2 is separated from tobacco shreds on a cigarette 5, controlling a push-pull type linear electromagnet to drive a heating element fixing seat 15 and the heating element 2 to move downwards, further separating the heating element 2 from the tobacco shreds, and pulling out the cigarette 5 by a user at the moment so as to greatly reduce the residue of the tobacco shreds in the cigarette on the heating element; after the cigarette is pulled out, the driving motor and the push-pull type linear electromagnet are controlled to drive the heating body 2 to reset in sequence or simultaneously.

It should be noted that such a smoke abatement method may also be adopted: and simultaneously starting the driving motor and the push-pull linear electromagnet to drive the heating element 2 to rotate for a set angle or time relative to the cigarette, so that the heating element returns for a set distance from the cigarette, then pulling the cigarette 5 out of the accommodating cavity 1, and after the cigarette 5 is pulled out, controlling the driving motor and the push-pull linear electromagnet to move reversely in sequence or simultaneously so as to drive the heating element 2 to reset.

In the invention, the rotation angle and time of the rotating shaft 7 of the driving motor can be set by an embedded program in the PCB, for example, the rotating shaft 7 of the driving motor can be rotated by 10-360 degrees or a wider angle range by controlling the running time of the driving motor.

In the invention, the heating body 2 and the PCB can be connected by adopting a common electrified lead. Of course, the connection may also be in a power-on sheet contact manner, for example, the electrode position is set on the heating element fixing seat 15, and after the heating element 2 is fixed on the heating element fixing seat 15, the heating element 2 and the heating element fixing seat 15 can be conducted, and then the heating element fixing seat 15 and the PCB are connected in a power-on manner. The change of the connection scheme of the power-on mode belongs to the conventional technology and is not repeated here.

It can be known that, can also be fixed mounting in shell 6 and be the cigarette cover 17 of tube-shape, and the inner chamber of cigarette cover 17 constitutes and accepts chamber 1, and one end of cigarette cover 17 is the open end with inserting cigarette mouth 12 butt joint, and the other end is the blind end, is equipped with the through-hole that is suitable for heating element 2 to match to pass on the blind end. The low-temperature cigarette is inserted from the cigarette inserting port 12 and then enters the cigarette sleeve 17, then the heating body 2 enters the low-temperature cigarette, and finally the low-temperature cigarette props against the end part of the cigarette sleeve 17 to form the limit of the low-temperature cigarette.

As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the housing 6 is composed of a lower housing 601 with an open top and an upper cover 602 detachably covering the lower housing 601, the cigarette insertion opening 12 is disposed on the upper cover 602, the linear driving mechanism 4, the rotary driving mechanism 3, the control board 9 and the battery 8 are all accommodated in the lower housing 601, and the open end of the cigarette sleeve 17 is fixedly connected with the upper cover 602, so that the cigarette sleeve 17 can move together with the upper cover 602 to realize separation from the lower housing 601. When the heating element 2 needs to be further cleaned, the heating element 2 can be cleaned only by pulling out the upper cover 602 and withdrawing the heating element 2 from the cigarette sleeve 17, and meanwhile, the cigarette sleeve 17 is convenient to clean or replace, and the whole smoking set is very convenient to clean. Further, the housing 6 is composed of a lower case 601 and an upper cover 602, and also facilitates the mounting of the linear drive mechanism 4, the rotary drive mechanism 3, the control board 9, and the battery 8.

Figure 3 shows an arrangement of air flow channels according to the invention, external air flow entering from the air inlet channel between the upper cover 602 and the sleeve 17, passing through the outer wall of the sleeve 17, entering the sleeve 17 through the air inlet at the bottom of the sleeve 17 and then passing through the interior of the cigarette 5 from the filter tip section of the cigarette into the mouth of the user.

It should be noted that, in the process of withdrawing the heating element 2, the side wall of the through hole for inserting the heating element on the cigarette sleeve 17 can also scrape the residual tobacco shred on the heating element 2, and further clean the heating element 2, and the residues such as the tobacco shred or tobacco tar falling from the cigarette are all contained in the cigarette sleeve 17, so that other parts of the smoking set cannot be polluted, and only the cigarette sleeve 17 needs to be cleaned or replaced, and the whole smoking set does not need to be replaced.

In this embodiment, lower casing 601 and upper cover 602 can adopt modes such as buckle connection, screw fit or magnetic adsorption to connect, if when adopting the magnetic adsorption mode, through set up magnet respectively at upper cover 602 and lower casing 601 butt joint end, the upper cover 602 lid is closed when casing 601 is gone up down and is realized fixing through the interact between the magnet, and this kind of connected mode has separation and simple to operate's characteristics.

In practical design, in order to facilitate the installation of the cigarette holder 17, a guide support 18 suitable for the insertion of the cigarette holder 17 may be further fixedly installed in the lower housing 602, the cigarette holder 17 is guided by the guide support 18, the heating element fixing seat 15 is slidably installed in one end of the guide support 18 away from the insertion end of the cigarette holder 17 in a matching manner and can rotate relative to the guide support 18, and a return spring 19 is arranged between the guide support 18 and the heating element fixing seat 15, that is, a compression space of the return spring 19 is used as a stroke of the heating element fixing seat 15. When the cigarette sleeve 17 is inserted into the guide bracket 18, the heating body 2 is over against the through hole on the closed end of the cigarette sleeve. Specifically, the heating element fixing base 15 has a constricted portion in its circumferential direction, which extends out of the guide holder 18, and the constricted portion has a center hole that matches the rotary shaft 7 of the drive motor. When the heating element fixing seat is installed, the rotating shaft 7 of the driving motor is clamped in the central hole in an interference fit mode, and when the driving motor works, the rotating shaft 7 can drive the heating element fixing seat 15 and the heating element 2 to synchronously move.
