the main body of the denture processing wax dripping auxiliary device is sleeved at the heating end of the heating device through the sleeve joint;

the false tooth processing wax dripping auxiliary device is fixed on the heating device through the fixing part.

In the process of manufacturing the cast denture, an indispensable procedure is needed to be carried out before porcelain is applied to the denture model to manufacture the wax model.

In the prior art, a wax dropping method or a wax casting method is adopted for manufacturing the wax mould, and a hand-held engraving knife or an electric wax knife, an electromagnetic induction heater and a wax melter or the like are required to be used simultaneously. The electric wax knife usually has a plurality of detachable knife heads, including conical, pointed and spoon-shaped, which need to be replaced according to different needs. For example, taking the three devices as an example, the electric wax knife is provided with a spoon-shaped knife head, the electric wax knife is connected with the electromagnetic induction heater, the wax melter heats the solid wax, the electric wax knife is used by a technician to take the liquid wax from the wax melter, the liquid state of the liquid wax can be kept because the electric wax knife is connected with the electromagnetic induction heater, and the technician can use the electric wax knife to manufacture a wax model on the basis of the denture model. Of course, on the basis of the film pattern having been completed by the wax dropping method or the wax casting method, the wax pattern may be engraved or repaired by using the former two or all of the electric wax knife, the electromagnetic induction heater, and the wax melter.

Obviously, in the prior art, a plurality of independent devices are required to be matched for use, so that the space of a workbench of a technician is occupied; and the operation is often tedious (for example, the wax needs to be taken by an electric wax knife for many times) and the processing efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

the fixing part is connected with the material placing part through the connecting part, and the fixing part is used for fixing the wax dripping auxiliary device and the heating device.

In a possible implementation manner, the main body comprises a socket joint part and a wax dropping part, and the wax injection port is arranged on the side surface of the socket joint part;

the first end of the sleeve joint part is provided with the sleeve joint port, the second end of the sleeve joint part is connected with the first end of the wax dropping part, and the second end of the wax dropping part is provided with the wax outlet.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. In a possible implementation mode, the sleeve joint part 5 is a hollow cylinder, the wax dropping part 6 is a pipe body with a large end and a small end, and the wax outlet 12 of the wax dropping part 6 is a small opening end of the pipe body; the diameter of the socket 5 is larger than the maximum diameter of the wax dropping section 6.

In a possible implementation manner, on the basis of fig. 2 and 4, the side surface of the socket part 5 is further provided with an air guide port 14 as shown in fig. 5, and the position of the air guide port 14 is not opposite to the wax injection port 13.

In a possible implementation, the air guide opening 14 may extend from the first end of the main body 1 to the wax dropping part 6, as shown in fig. 5, and does not exceed the wax injection opening 13; an opening may be formed in the side surface of the socket 5. With the shape shown in fig. 5, while guiding air, the socket 5 can have better accommodation, and it can be understood that when the heating end of the heating device is socket-connected, the socket 5 can be opened by a limited extent from the air guide opening 14 shown in fig. 5.

In the embodiment of the present application, the material placing part 2 may adopt various manners, for example, may be an integrated hollow structure; or the part can contain the melted wax liquid and the part is only used for supporting. Based on the weight reduction and the visual consideration of wax, a structure as shown in fig. 6 is provided, wherein the material placing part 2 comprises a first material part 7 and a second material part 8, the first material part 7 is a spiral pipe body, and the second material part 8 is a hollow circular truncated cone body; a feeding port 21 is formed at the first end of the first material part 7, the second end of the first material part 7 is connected with the first end of the second material part 8, and a connecting port 22 is formed at the second end of the second material part 8; wherein, the second end of the second material portion 8 is a small opening end of the hollow round table body. It should be noted that the shape of the wax material can be changed accordingly based on the different material placing parts 2. For example, the wax may be in the form of a strip as shown in fig. 6. Of course, if the material placing part 2 is a hollow structure, a strip-shaped or small block-shaped wax material may be used, and will not be described herein.

In a possible implementation, the fixing portion 3 is a fixing hoop; or, the fixing portion 3 includes a circular ring member, a magnetic adsorbing member is disposed on the circular ring member, and the circular ring member of the fixing portion 3 is adsorbed on the heating device by the magnetic adsorbing member, which is not described herein again.

In a possible implementation mode, the axes of the fixing part 3 and the sleeving part 5 are overlapped, so that the heating end of the heating device is conveniently sleeved, and the handheld heating device can also adapt to most false tooth processing flows.

In a possible implementation manner, the included angle a between the material placing part 2 and the main body 1 is 30-60 degrees. The arrangement of the included angle a between the material placing part 2 and the main body 1 can keep the stability of the wax materials and avoid the wax materials from separating from the material placing part 2; and particularly, after the denture processing wax dripping auxiliary device is arranged on the heating device, if the included angle a is too small, the operable part for holding the heating device can be influenced, and if the included angle a is too small, the extending wax material can occupy larger operation space and touch a workpiece or other tools.

With reference to the above drawings, a denture processing wax dripping auxiliary device is provided, as shown in fig. 7, which is different from fig. 1 in that: the side of the sleeve-joint part 5 of the main body 1 is provided with an air guide port 14, the first material part 7 of the material placing part 2 is a spiral tube body, and the fixing part 3 is a fixing hoop and is fastened through a screw 31.

In some possible examples, the heating device 100 is customized to cooperate with the denture processing wax-dripping aid 200 of the present application; and common welding electric soldering irons and other appliances capable of providing a heating function can be adopted, and further description is omitted.

The application also provides a denture processing wax dropping method, as shown in fig. 9, the denture processing wax dropping device shown in fig. 8 is adopted, and the method comprises the following steps:

901, installing the false tooth processing wax dripping auxiliary device on a heating device; the main body of the false tooth processing wax dripping auxiliary device is sleeved at the heating end of the heating device, and the fixing part fixes the wax dripping auxiliary device and the heating device.
