Background

The problem of biogas slurry consumption is as follows: the anaerobic fermentation process of the livestock manure is not only a process for producing biogas energy, but also a process for producing a large amount of biogas residues and biogas slurry. According to measurement and calculation, by the end of 2015, various types of biogas projects reach 110975 established nationwide by central and local investment support, 7100 million tons of biogas manure can be produced every year, and a large amount of biogas slurry is not treated in time and becomes a new pollution source.

The benefits of biogas slurry are as follows: the biogas slurry retains nutrient elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like required by the growth of crops, also retains rich amino acids, B vitamins, various hydrolases, certain auxin and substances or factors having the effect of inhibiting plant diseases and insect pests, is a high-quality organic fertilizer, can be used for organic vegetable planting and field crop application, and reduces the application amount of chemical fertilizers. Therefore, the biogas slurry is not utilized and discharged, and resource waste is also caused.

The technical pain point of drip irrigation is as follows: the biogas slurry yield of large and medium-sized biogas projects in China is huge, so that the harmless treatment of the biogas slurry and the implementation of field drip irrigation are measures for simultaneously consuming the biogas slurry and realizing organic planting. However, the biogas slurry is generally viscous, easy to block and difficult to maintain, and is not beneficial to large-scale irrigation application, so that the key for perfecting a circulating agricultural mode based on feces recycling is to realize long-acting automatic filtration of the biogas slurry.

The traditional technology adopts a sedimentation tank, and the defects comprise that: the method has the advantages of high cost, long construction period, inconvenience in installation, land resource occupation, high maintenance difficulty and poor expandability.

Therefore, there is a need to develop an integrated and expandable biogas slurry drip irrigation filtering system, which can save cost, is easy to install and maintain, does not occupy land resources, and can be flexibly expanded according to the change of the later drip irrigation area.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides an integrated biogas slurry drip irrigation filtering system which is low in cost, easy to install and maintain, free of land resource occupation and high in expandability.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

an integrated extensible biogas slurry drip irrigation filtering system comprises a primary self-cleaning filter, a secondary self-cleaning filter and a tertiary self-cleaning filter which are sequentially connected in series, wherein the filtering precision of the primary self-cleaning filter, the secondary self-cleaning filter and the tertiary self-cleaning filter is gradually increased, each stage is formed by connecting a plurality of filters in parallel, one end, away from the secondary self-cleaning filter, of the tertiary self-cleaning filter is connected with a plurality of laminated filters, the laminated filters are respectively connected with a water outlet pipe and a backwashing water outlet pipe, and one end, away from the secondary self-cleaning filter, of the primary self-cleaning filter is connected with a water;

the first-stage self-cleaning filter, the second-stage self-cleaning filter, the third-stage self-cleaning filter and the lamination filter are all connected with a control terminal, and the control terminal controls the filters.

Furthermore, a first valve and a second backwashing water discharge pipe are arranged between the first-stage self-cleaning filter and the water inlet pipe, and a second valve is arranged between the third-stage self-cleaning filter and the laminated filter.

Furthermore, the primary self-cleaning filter, the secondary self-cleaning filter, the tertiary self-cleaning filter and the laminated filter are prefabricated in a factory.

Furthermore, the number of the first-stage self-cleaning filter, the second-stage self-cleaning filter, the third-stage self-cleaning filter and the lamination filter which are connected in parallel is not less than two.

Preferably, the first-stage self-cleaning filter, the second-stage self-cleaning filter and the third-stage self-cleaning filter all adopt full-automatic backwashing filters.

Preferably, the pipe diameters of the primary self-cleaning filter, the secondary self-cleaning filter and the tertiary self-cleaning filter are selected according to different dropper areas and flow rates, and DN50 is adopted in the invention.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the integration level is high, the factory prefabrication is adopted, the field direct butt joint is adopted, and the installation is simple and convenient;

2) the construction is not needed, the cost is low, the occupied area is small, and the land resource is greatly saved;

3) the self-cleaning filter is adopted, the filter is automatically back-flushed by using raw water, the maintenance frequency is low, and the operation is simple;

4) the expandability is strong, and the flexible expansion can be realized according to the change of the drip irrigation area in the later period: the flow is increased in parallel connection, and the filtering precision is increased in series connection.

The invention adopts DN50, and can be flexibly selected in practical use.

The invention is provided with three-stage self-cleaning filters, the filtering precision is increased from one stage to three stages, and the three stages are generally arranged to meet the requirement of use, but the invention is not limited to the three stages, and the series quantity can be increased so as to increase the precision. In fig. 1, two filters are connected in parallel in each stage, and the number of the parallel filters can be increased or decreased, the flow rate can be increased or decreased according to the flow rate requirement, so that the expansion is realized, and the flexibility is high.

The laminated filter 4 is composed of a group of discs with grooves on two sides, and the cross points formed by the edges of the grooves can intercept solid matters in water, so that the filtering effect is greatly improved due to the effects of surface interception and deep condensation. Meanwhile, the laminated filter 4 system has the characteristics of high-efficiency backwashing, full-automatic continuous operation, low water consumption, small occupied area and reliable operation, the backwashing processes of the filtering system are alternately performed, the working state and the backwashing state are automatically switched, continuous water outlet can be ensured, the pressure loss of the system is small, and therefore, the technical advantage of the laminated filtering system is very obvious.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1) the integration level is high, the factory prefabrication is adopted, the field direct butt joint is adopted, and the installation is simple and convenient;
