the first driving device 5 rotates the first rotating shaft 7 through the transmission part 6, the eccentric wheel 9 rotates along with the first rotating shaft, the pulling part 10 correspondingly rotates and pulls the mixing box 1 to swing left and right, raw materials in the mixing box 1 move along with the first rotating shaft, and the stirring efficiency and the stirring effect are further improved.
