Background

Based on the assembly requirements, a plurality of ribs are generally required to be machined on the shaft. The rotary shaft rib pressing is a common process, some ribs or eight ribs need to be pressed on the surface of the rotary shaft, and the operation of pressing the four ribs at one time is easily realized by the conventional rib pressing device. However, for pressing eight ribs, four ribs are generally pressed on the rotating shaft, then the rotating shaft is manually rotated to a proper position, and then the other four ribs are pressed. The method for pressing eight ribs needs manual operation of operators, is low in labor efficiency and difficult to ensure the precision of rib pressing.

The invention provides a rotating shaft ribbing device which aims to solve the problems and has higher ribbing precision and labor efficiency.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a rotating shaft ribbing device comprises a base, wherein a front elastic rotating shaft support, a pressing die, a rear elastic rotating shaft support and a bearing seat are sequentially arranged on the base along the longitudinal direction; the bearing seat is elastically connected with the base; the bearing seat is provided with a bearing, the bearing is provided with a rotating shaft sleeve for the rotating shaft to pass through, and the rotating shaft sleeve passes through a shaft hole of the bearing and is connected to the bearing; the rotating shaft sleeve is provided with a first air cylinder, and the rotating shaft sleeve is provided with a radial through hole for a piston rod of the first air cylinder to penetrate through; and a second cylinder is arranged on the bearing seat, and a pressure arm extending to the lower part of the piston rod of the second cylinder is arranged on the rotating shaft sleeve.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention comprises a base 1, wherein a front elastic rotating shaft support (elastic rubber) 13, a pressing die, a rear elastic rotating shaft support (elastic rubber) 15 and a bearing seat 7 are sequentially arranged on the base 1 along the longitudinal direction; the bearing seat 7 is elastically connected with the base 1, so that the bearing seat can move downwards along with the movement of the rotating shaft to the fixed die when the rib is pressed; a bearing 6 is arranged on the bearing seat 7, a rotating shaft sleeve 2 for a rotating shaft to pass through is arranged on the bearing 6, and the rotating shaft sleeve 2 passes through a shaft hole of the bearing 6 and is connected to the bearing 6; the rotating shaft sleeve 2 is provided with a first cylinder 3, and the rotating shaft sleeve 2 is provided with a radial through hole 9 for a piston rod of the first cylinder 3 to penetrate through; the bearing seat 7 is provided with a second cylinder 8, and the rotating shaft sleeve 2 is provided with a pressure arm 5 extending to the lower part of the piston rod of the second cylinder.

The bearing seat 7 is elastically connected with the base 1, namely a fixing pin 11 is arranged on the base 1, a pressure spring 10 is arranged on the fixing pin, a pin hole 12 matched with the fixing pin is arranged on the bearing seat 7, and the fixing pin 11 is inserted into the pin hole 12 and elastically connected through the pressure spring 10.

The pressing die consists of a movable die (not shown in the figure) and a fixed die 14, the fixed die 14 is connected with a front elastic rotating shaft support 13 and a rear elastic rotating shaft support 15 into a whole, and the rotating shaft fulcrum of the front elastic rotating shaft support 13 and the rear elastic rotating shaft support 15 is slightly higher than that of the fixed die 14 so as to prevent the rotating shaft from contacting with the pressing die before rib pressing.

The invention is provided with a punching device above the fixed die 14, and the movable die is fixed on the punching device.

The movable die is pressed down, the front elastic rotating shaft support and the rear elastic rotating shaft support are compressed, and the rotating shaft is pressed down to the fixed die to finish the rib pressing of the front four ribs; then, the movable die resets, the first air cylinder works and pushes a piston rod of the first air cylinder to penetrate through a radial through hole in the rotating shaft sleeve to compress the rotating shaft, then the first air cylinder works and pushes the piston rod of the first air cylinder to press a pressing arm below the piston rod downwards, the pressing arm drives the rotating shaft sleeve and the rotating shaft to rotate for 45 degrees, finally the first air cylinder is pressed down by the movable die, the front elastic rotating shaft support and the rear elastic rotating shaft support are compressed, the rotating shaft is pressed down to the fixed die, and then four ribs are pressed on the rear.
