A stacker is characterized by comprising a vertical moving mechanism (10), a tea taking and placing mechanism (20), a regulating mechanism (30) and a fixing frame (40); the vertical moving mechanism (10) is fixed on the fixing frame (40), the tea picking and placing mechanism (20) is connected with the vertical moving mechanism (10), and the regulating mechanism (30) is connected with the vertical moving mechanism (10) and the tea picking and placing mechanism (20).

5. A stacking machine as claimed in any preceding claim, characterised in that the tea pick and place mechanism (20) is provided with either or a combination of a holding assembly and a gripping assembly.

A stacker according to claim 5 wherein the supporting and placing assembly is connected with the vertical moving mechanism (10) and is a fork arm or a pallet or a combination of the fork arm and the pallet, preferably a combination of the fork arm and the pallet, the fork arm is provided with a clamping assembly, the pallet is arranged above the fork arm, and the pallet is separated from or fixedly connected with the fork arm; the clamping assembly is a manipulator.

7. A stacker according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein said stacker further comprises a horizontal moving mechanism (50), said horizontal moving mechanism (50) being connected to the fixed frame (40) and perpendicular to the vertical moving mechanism (10).

The stacker crane according to claim 7, wherein the horizontal moving mechanism (50) comprises a horizontal guide rail (51), a transmission device B (52) and a servo motor B (53), the horizontal guide rail (51) is parallel to the running direction of the transmission device B (52), and the servo motor B (53) is connected with the transmission device B (52).

Technical Field

Background

Tea leaves, depending on their raw materials and type, are often stacked on shelves during processing, such as spreading fresh leaves, drying green tea, withering white and black tea, fermenting or drying compressed tea, etc. Bulk tea leaves are generally placed in bamboo sieves, reeds or bamboo baskets and then placed on a shelf, and certain space is controlled between layers, so that air circulation is facilitated. Compressed tea includes fu brick tea, green brick tea, tuo tea, cake tea, square bag tea etc. has brick shape, cake shape or other multiple shapes, and in the production process, compressed tea generally need stack to the baking house goods shelves and carry out fermentation or drying for a certain time, and when tealeaves were put things in good order to the baking house goods shelves, inside water content was higher, for preventing the deterioration of tealeaves, need control certain interval between tea and the tea, guaranteed water dispersion and circulation of air. At present, the stacking of tealeaves is generally put through the manual work, and the stacker research about tealeaves is less, lacks automatic, the stacking equipment of cleaning, and intensity of labour is big, production efficiency is low and the cost is higher.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the requirements of the existing tea on mechanical and automatic production, the invention provides a stacker, aiming at solving the problem of stacking tea to a goods shelf, accurately controlling the placement distance between the tea, improving the production efficiency and reducing the labor cost.

The specific technical scheme is as follows:

a stacker is characterized by comprising a vertical moving mechanism, a tea taking and placing mechanism, a regulating mechanism and a fixing frame; the vertical moving mechanism is fixed on the fixing frame, the tea taking and placing mechanism is connected with the vertical moving mechanism, and the regulating mechanism is connected with the vertical moving mechanism and the tea taking and placing mechanism;

further, the vertical moving mechanism comprises a vertical guide rail, a transmission device A and a servo motor A, the vertical guide rail is parallel to the running direction of the transmission device A, and the servo motor A is connected with the transmission device A;

furthermore, the tea picking and placing mechanism is provided with any one or a combination of a supporting component and a clamping component;

further, the regulation and control mechanism is a PLC master control or a manual regulation and control mechanism, and preferably is a PLC master control;

further, the fixed frame is preferably a portal frame;

further, the vertical guide rail is preferably a double-sided T-shaped guide rail;

further, the transmission device A is a screw transmission or a belt transmission or a chain transmission or a gear transmission, preferably a chain transmission;

furthermore, the chain transmission comprises a chain wheel, a chain and a transmission shaft A, the chain is parallel to the vertical guide rail, the chain is wound on the chain wheel, the transmission shaft A is perpendicular to the running direction of the chain, and the servo motor A is fixed on one side of the transmission shaft A;

furthermore, the horizontal moving mechanism comprises a horizontal guide rail, a transmission device B and a servo motor B, the horizontal guide rail is parallel to the running direction of the transmission device B, and the servo motor B is connected with the transmission device B;

further, the transmission device B is a screw transmission or a belt transmission or a chain transmission or a gear transmission, preferably a gear transmission;

further, gear drive includes gear, rack, transmission shaft B, and the rack is parallel with horizontal guide rail, and transmission shaft B is connected with the gear, and servo motor B is fixed in transmission shaft B one side.

In order to further accurately stack the tea leaves to the goods shelf, the stacker further comprises a goods shelf positioning mechanism, and the goods shelf positioning mechanism is close to the terminal of the horizontal moving mechanism;

further, the shelf positioning mechanism comprises a movable shelf, two side columns and a positioning and clamping mechanism;

Compared with other stacking devices, the stacker has the following advantages:

1. the stacker vertical direction adopts servo motor + sprocket chain + vertical guide rail driven mode, can accurate control tealeaves get the position that the mechanism reciprocated, makes and holds in the palm and put the subassembly or press from both sides the subassembly and stack tealeaves to the portable goods shelf location point with accuracy.

2. The stacker adopts a mode of driving by a servo motor, a gear rack and a horizontal guide rail in the horizontal direction, and accurately controls the position of the tea picking and placing mechanism moving back and forth in the horizontal direction.

3. The shelf is provided with a positioning and clamping mechanism, the movable shelf is positioned and clamped by adopting four positions or two positions on two sides, and each position is jointly acted by two cylinders, so that the movable shelf is accurately positioned, and tea leaves are conveniently and accurately placed at a specified position.

referring to fig. 1 and 2, the stacker includes a vertical moving mechanism 10, a tea picking and placing mechanism 20, a regulating mechanism 30, a fixing frame 40, a horizontal moving mechanism 50, and a shelf positioning mechanism 60; the vertical moving mechanism 10 is fixed on the fixed frame 40, the tea picking and placing mechanism 20 is connected with the vertical moving mechanism 10, the regulating and controlling mechanism 30 is connected with the vertical moving mechanism 10 and the tea picking and placing mechanism 20, the horizontal moving mechanism 50 is connected with the fixed frame 40 perpendicular to the vertical moving mechanism 10, and the shelf positioning mechanism 60 is close to the end of the horizontal moving mechanism 50.

The vertical moving mechanism 10 comprises a vertical guide rail 11, a transmission device A12 and a servo motor A13, wherein the vertical guide rail 11 is parallel to the running direction of the transmission device A12, and the servo motor A13 is connected with the transmission device A12; the transmission device A12 is a chain transmission device and comprises a chain wheel, a chain and a transmission shaft A, wherein the chain is parallel to the vertical guide rail 11, the chain is wound on the chain wheel, the transmission shaft A is vertical to the running direction of the chain, and the servo motor A13 is fixed on one side of the transmission shaft A; the vertical rail 11 is a double-sided T-shaped rail. The tea taking and placing mechanism 20 is provided with a holding component connected with the vertical moving mechanism 10 and comprises two fork arms and a tray, the two fork arms are separated from the tray, and each fork arm is provided with a clamping component. The regulating mechanism 30 is a PLC master control, and the fixing frame 40 is a portal frame. The shelf positioning mechanism 60 comprises a movable shelf 61, double-side columns 62 and a positioning and clamping mechanism 63; the movable goods shelf 61 is positioned between the two side upright posts 62, and the bottom of the movable goods shelf is provided with a caster wheel; the positioning and clamping mechanism 63 performs positioning and clamping on the movable type goods shelf 61 by adopting four positions, and each position is jointly acted by two air cylinders from an X axis and a Y axis.
