1. the pulley assemblies have 3 groups, and comprise pulley supports (2) and pulleys (3), as shown in fig. 4;

the steel cable tightness adjusting assembly comprises an earring bolt (17), a threaded sleeve (18) and a double-end stud (19), wherein the screwing directions of internal threads at two ends of the threaded sleeve (18) are opposite, and the screwing directions of external threads at two ends of the stud (19) are opposite, as shown in fig. 5;

the hinge bracket (20) is formed by splicing two steel plates into an inverted trapezoid, two lug plates provided with bearings are welded on the hinge bracket, and a rectangular hole for passing through a steel cable is formed in the hinge bracket as shown in figure 6;

Technical Field

Background

A large number of actuators are used on aircraft to deploy and deploy landing gear, manipulate aircraft control surfaces, and the like. The hydraulic pressure of the actuating cylinder on the machine is used for pushing and pulling a piston rod of the actuating cylinder which is disassembled or assembled. The hydraulic pressure is used for driving, labor is saved, hand feeling is not generated, control is not easy, the hydraulic cylinder can be used during decomposition, a broken rubber ring cannot be sensed during assembly, assembly quality is affected to a certain extent, and safety problems can also occur due to improper control. The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the support is provided with 2 parts, namely a support I and a support II, which are in funnel shapes with narrow middle and wide upper and lower parts, and the support is provided with a rectangular hole, a threaded hole, a round hole and a lightening hole;

the number of the guide rods is 4, and each guide rod is a steel bar with threads at two ends and smooth middle;

the beam comprises 1 part, and threaded holes, round holes, grooves, lightening holes and square holes are formed in the beam;

the bracket component has 3 groups, and each piece comprises a bracket, a V-shaped piece and an adjusting bolt;

the pulley components have 3 groups, including pulley, pulley support;

the hinge shaft components comprise a hinge shaft and a handle in a group 1;

the hinge shaft bracket is formed by splicing two steel plates into an inverted trapezoid, and two lug plates provided with bearings are welded on the hinge shaft bracket;

the fixed joints of the actuating cylinders comprise 2 pieces, one piece is an earring bolt type actuating cylinder fixed joint, and the other piece is a fork ear bolt type actuating cylinder fixed joint;

the steel cable tightness adjusting assembly comprises double-end studs with opposite thread turning directions at two ends, earring bolts and screw sleeves with opposite thread turning directions at two ends;

the connection relationship is as follows:

two supports are respectively arranged at two ends of the fixture, and two ends of four guide rods are fixed on the supports to form a bearing structure of the fixture;

a beam which can slide along the guide rod and three brackets which can move along the guide rod are sequentially arranged on the guide rod in series;

a group of pulley blocks are respectively arranged at the upper position and the middle position of the inner side of the bracket I close to one end of the cross beam, and a group of pulley blocks are arranged at the middle position of the outer side of the bracket II at the other end;

the hinge shaft bracket is fixed at the upper part of the outer side of the bracket II, and the hinge shaft assembly is arranged on the hinge shaft bracket;

the ear-ring bolt type actuating cylinder fixed joint is fixed on the cross beam and faces the bracket II;

a fork lug bolt type actuating cylinder fixing joint is fixed on the inner side of the bracket II;

three pulleys are also arranged on the cross beam;

the steel cable fixing joint II is arranged on the inner side of the bracket I;

one end of the steel cable tightness adjusting assembly is fixed on the inner side of the bracket II;

one end of the steel cable is fixed on the steel cable fixing joint, the middle of the steel cable sequentially passes through the pulley VI, the pulley I, the pulley III and the pulley II, then is wound on the hinge shaft, leaves the hinge shaft, sequentially passes through the pulley V and the pulley IV, and finally is fixed on the earring bolt of the steel cable tightness adjusting assembly. Thus, the steel cable, the pulley and the hinge shaft assembly together form a force reducing mechanism.

Except the pulley and the steel cable, the other components are made of steel;

the two actuator fixed joints and the three bracket assemblies are in a straight line.

Principle of operation

When the actuating cylinders are disassembled, the actuating cylinders are placed on the bracket component II and the bracket component III, and one end of each cylinder faces to the fork lug bolt type actuating cylinder fixed joint. After the height of the actuating cylinder is properly adjusted, one end of a cylinder of the actuating cylinder is connected to a fork lug bolt type actuating cylinder fixing joint, and one end of a piston rod is connected to an earring bolt type actuating cylinder fixing joint. And the handle of the hinge shaft assembly is rotated anticlockwise, the cross beam moves towards one direction under the pulling of the steel cable, the fixed joint distance of the two actuating cylinders becomes longer, and the piston rod is pulled out of the cylinder of the actuating cylinder. The bracket assembly I is adjusted to a proper height, and the piston rod can be ensured to just fall onto the bracket assembly I when leaving the actuating cylinder.

When the actuating cylinders are installed, the cylinders of the actuating cylinders are connected to the fork bolt type actuating cylinder fixing joints, the piston rods are connected to the ear ring bolt type actuating cylinder fixing joints, the three bracket assemblies are adjusted to be at proper heights, the piston rods are aligned to the cylinders, the handles of the hinge shaft assemblies are rotated clockwise, the cross beams move under the pulling of the steel cables, the distance between the fixing joints of the two actuating cylinders is shortened, and the piston rods are pushed into the cylinders of the actuating cylinders.

Advantageous effects

(1) According to the invention, no hydraulic system is used for assisting, and after certain experience is accumulated, whether the rubber ring on the piston rod is damaged by shearing can be known through hand feeling.

(2) The invention does not adopt a hydraulic system, avoids the leakage of hydraulic oil through the transmission of the hinge shaft, the steel cable, the movable fixed pulley and the like, and is convenient to maintain and use.
