Background

With the high-speed development of the electrified railway, the contact net operation vehicle has irreplaceable effects in the overhaul and emergency repair work of traction power supply equipment. In the daily maintenance operation process of the operation vehicle, the oil seal of the platform oil cylinder suddenly fails or the balance valve for controlling the oil cylinder to lift goes wrong, so that the platform suddenly and automatically descends. If the operation platform suddenly and automatically descends to cause a fault, the operation platform cannot return in time, and the operation vehicle can collide with trackside equipment or influence the running safety of a subsequent train and an adjacent train in the operation process, so that the consequence that the railway traffic safety cannot be measured is caused.

At present, if a platform of a contact network operation vehicle suddenly drops automatically, an effective quick recovery device and a recovery method are not available. The platform can not be lifted and restored and the operation platform can not invade into the railway clearance, the current processing method is to climb the roof by manpower, remove the platform return limiting stop block of the roof and then rotate the platform to the center so as to prevent the platform from invading into the railway clearance.
