A composite set for removing low-boiling-point substances in polyether is characterized in that: the combined device comprises a thin film evaporator (1), a packed tower (2), a static mixer (3), a circulating pump (4) and a collecting tank (6), wherein a heating pipe (5) is laid on the outer side of the thin film evaporator (1), and a vacuum pumping hole (11) is formed in the top end of the thin film evaporator (1); the upper end of the thin film evaporator (1) is connected with the lower end of the packed tower (2), a first nitrogen inlet (21) is arranged at the packed tower (2), the upper end of the packed tower (2) is connected with the lower end of the collecting tank (6) through the static mixer (3) and the circulating pump (4), and the lower end of the thin film evaporator (1) is connected with the upper end of the collecting tank (6); a feed inlet (7) and a discharge outlet (8) are arranged at the collecting tank (6).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to a preparation method of an organic polymer compound, and particularly relates to a combined device for removing low-boiling-point substances in polyether.

Background

Polyether polyols are important raw materials for polyurethane materials, which have wide applications in the automotive industry. As people pay more and more attention to environmental protection and health and require low odor in automobiles, automobile polyurethane materials prepared from common polyether have certain odor, and are mainly aldehydes substances through detection, which affect the health of drivers and passengers, automobile manufacturers require to reduce the content of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in polyether, the common polyether is difficult to meet the requirement, and the conventional vacuum extraction method cannot effectively remove the formaldehyde and the acetaldehyde in the polyether. Particularly, acetaldehyde in the polyether is difficult to remove, and is continuously generated in the high-temperature removal process, so that the aldehyde content in the polyether is increased instead after vacuum extraction, and low-boiling-point substances in the polyether need to be removed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a combined device for removing low-boiling-point substances in polyether, which can remove the low-boiling-point substances such as water, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and the like in polyether polyol, and the obtained polyether polyol can better meet the production requirement of polyurethane materials. The device has high efficiency of removing low-boiling-point substances.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a composite set for removing low-boiling-point substances in polyether is characterized in that: the combined device comprises a film evaporator, a packed tower, a static mixer, a circulating pump and a collecting tank, wherein a heating pipe is paved on the outer side of the film evaporator, and a vacuum pumping port is formed in the top end of the film evaporator; the upper end of the thin film evaporator is connected with the lower end of the packed tower, a first nitrogen inlet is arranged at the packed tower, the upper end of the packed tower is connected with the lower end of the collecting tank through a static mixer and a circulating pump, and the lower end of the thin film evaporator is connected with the upper end of the collecting tank; a feed inlet and a discharge outlet are arranged at the collecting tank.

In the invention, the heating pipe is coated on the lower part of the thin film evaporator and covers the 3/4 part in the axial direction of the thin film evaporator, so that the material in the whole thin film evaporator is uniformly heated.

The packed tower is arranged at the upper part of the thin film evaporator; the top of the packed tower is provided with a first nitrogen inlet. And a second nitrogen inlet is arranged at the bottom of the static mixer.

The thin film evaporator is a wiped film evaporator. The wiped film evaporator is a high efficiency evaporation and distillation equipment which utilizes high speed rotation to distribute liquid into uniform film for evaporation or distillation.

The polyether to be removed of low-boiling-point substances is added into a collecting tank, then a material pump passes through a static mixer and a packing tower to a film evaporator through a circulating pump, a film is formed in the film evaporator through a scraper and flows down along the wall of the film evaporator, the low-boiling-point substances are efficiently heated, evaporated and vacuumed in the process, enter the collecting tank from the bottom of the static mixer, then pass through the static mixer and the packing tower through the circulating pump to the film evaporator, and the low-boiling-point substances are removed in a circulating mode until the requirements are met. And introducing nitrogen into the bottom of the static mixer and the upper part of the packed tower, fully mixing the nitrogen with the polyether, dispersing low-boiling-point substances in the polyether into the nitrogen, and finally vacuumizing the upper part of the thin-film evaporator to remove the low-boiling-point substances while extracting the nitrogen. The device has high efficiency of removing low-boiling-point substances.

The combined device can remove low-boiling-point substances in polyether polyol, and has high efficiency of removing the low-boiling-point substances. The obtained polyether polyol can better meet the production requirement of polyurethane materials, and has good environmental protection effect when being applied to the automobile industry.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples, but the present invention is not specifically limited to these examples.

A composite set for removing low boiling point substance in polyether comprises a film evaporator 1, a packed tower 2, a static mixer 3, a circulating pump 4 and a collecting tank 6, wherein a heating pipe 5 is laid on the outer side of the film evaporator, and a vacuum pumping hole 11 is arranged at the top end of the film evaporator; the upper end of the thin film evaporator is connected with the lower end of the packed tower, a first nitrogen inlet 21 is arranged at the packed tower, and the upper end of the packed tower is connected with the lower end of the collecting tank through a static mixer and a circulating pump. A feed inlet 7 and a discharge outlet 8 are arranged at the collecting tank, the feed inlet is arranged at the top of the collecting tank, and the discharge outlet is arranged at the bottom of the collecting tank. The heating pipe covers the lower part of the thin film evaporator and covers the 2/3 part in the axial direction of the thin film evaporator, so that the material in the whole thin film evaporator is uniformly heated.

The circulating pump is arranged between the static mixer and the collecting tank; a second nitrogen inlet 22 is provided at the bottom of the static mixer.

When the device is used, polyether needing to be subjected to low-boiling-point substance removal is added into a collecting tank through a feeding port, a material pump is circulated to a film evaporator through a static mixer and a packed tower by a circulating pump, nitrogen is introduced from the bottom of the static mixer and the upper part of the packed tower, the nitrogen is fully mixed with the polyether, the low-boiling-point substance in the polyether is dispersed into the nitrogen, and finally the nitrogen is pumped out and simultaneously removed through the upper part of the film evaporator. The materials meeting the requirements are collected through a discharge hole. The device has high efficiency of removing low-boiling-point substances.
