1. The preparation method of the novel environment-friendly color paste is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

s1, toner pretreatment: grinding the organic color particles in a ball mill for 15-20 min to obtain organic toner;

s2, screening: screening the ground organic toner, collecting the part with the particle diameter less than or equal to 34 mu m as a raw material, and adding the rest part into a ball mill for continuous grinding;

s3, mixing materials: adding the ground organic toner into a mixer, sequentially adding polyethylene glycol, paraffin oil, cellulose, a silicon emulsion defoaming agent, a silane coupling agent, rosin, a rheological aid, sodium benzoate and sodium dimeric phosphate, adding deionized water, and mixing and stirring all the materials through the mixer to uniformly mix the materials;

s4, temperature rising treatment: during the second half of mixing the materials, raising the temperature inside the mixer to 65-72 ℃ and maintaining for 12-18 min;

s5, UV sterilization treatment: guiding out the mixed materials, and sterilizing the materials by using an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp;

s6, adding a sterilization and mildew-proof agent: after the sterilization treatment is finished, adding the sterilization mildew preventive into the sterilized material, and uniformly mixing to obtain the environment-friendly water-based color paste;

23-24% of organic toner;

12-13% of polyethylene glycol;

6-7% of paraffin oil;

7-8% of cellulose;

2.3-2.7% of silicon emulsion defoaming agent;

3.5-4.5% of a silane coupling agent;

3.5-4.0% of rosin;

2.5-3.5% of a rheological additive;

3.5-4.5% of sodium benzoate;

2.9-3.2% of sodium dimeric phosphate;

1.5-2.3% of a sterilization mildew inhibitor;

the balance of deionized water.

Background

The color paste is a pigment concentrated paste, is developed by using different pigments through the technologies of pigment surface treatment, surface coating and the like and strict processing technology, and is a semi-product formed by dispersing the pigments or the pigments and fillers in paint. According to the different solvents used by the color paste, the color paste is divided into water-based color paste, oil-based color paste, water-oil-used color paste and the like, and the oil-based color paste is called by taking pure oil as an adhesive. Resin paint is used as adhesive and is called resin color paste. The pigment and filler pulp which is formed by dispersing water as a medium and adding a surfactant is called water-based color paste. Because the paint types are various, the color paste types are also various. In order to better disperse pigments and the like in paints, it is often necessary to add small amounts of surfactants, such as zinc naphthenate and the like, during the manufacturing process. s4, temperature rising treatment: during the second half of mixing the materials, raising the temperature inside the mixer to 65-72 ℃ and maintaining for 12-18 min;

s5, UV sterilization treatment: guiding out the mixed materials, and sterilizing the materials by using an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp;

s6, adding a sterilization and mildew-proof agent: after the sterilization treatment is finished, adding the sterilization mildew preventive into the sterilized material, and uniformly mixing to obtain the environment-friendly water-based color paste;

s7, cooling and subpackaging: and (3) after the obtained environment-friendly water-based color paste is cooled to normal temperature, subpackaging the color paste into packaging bags or packaging barrels.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a novel environment-friendly color paste, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:

20-26% of organic toner;

10-15% of polyethylene glycol;

5-8% of paraffin oil;

6-9% of cellulose;

1.6-3.5% of silicon emulsion defoaming agent;

3-5% of a silane coupling agent;

2.9-4.2% of rosin;

2-4% of a rheological additive;

3-5% of sodium benzoate;

2.6-3.5% of sodium dimeric phosphate;

1-3% of a sterilization mildew inhibitor;

the balance of deionized water.

The preparation method of the novel environment-friendly color paste is preferable, wherein the addition ratio of the raw materials is as follows:

23-24% of organic toner;

12-13% of polyethylene glycol;

6-7% of paraffin oil;

7-8% of cellulose;

2.3-2.7% of silicon emulsion defoaming agent;

3.5-4.5% of a silane coupling agent;

3.5-4.0% of rosin;

2.5-3.5% of a rheological additive;

3.5-4.5% of sodium benzoate;

2.9-3.2% of sodium dimeric phosphate;

1.5-2.3% of a sterilization mildew inhibitor;

the balance of deionized water.

According to the preparation method of the novel environment-friendly color paste, the ball mill adopted in the S1 is a phi 900X 1800 ball mill, the rotating speed of a cylinder is 36-38 r/min, and the ball loading is 1.5 t.

According to the preparation method of the novel environment-friendly color paste, the feeding granularity of the ball mill is less than or equal to 20mm when the grinding treatment is carried out in S1.

According to the preparation method of the novel environment-friendly color paste, the stirring speed adopted when the materials are mixed in the S3 is 800-1000 r/min.

In the S5, the ultraviolet irradiation time during UV treatment is 3-5 min/L, and the energy density is 200-400 MJ/L.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method of the invention does not use toxic and harmful additives in the preparation process of the novel environment-friendly color paste, avoids volatilization of toxic and harmful substances, thereby reducing harm and influence to the environment and workers, and improves compatibility among materials by heating and sterilizing the mixed materials in the preparation process, and the antibacterial agent in the sterilized materials is added to inhibit subsequent mildew phenomenon, thereby preparing the novel environment-friendly color paste with strong tinting strength, good color development performance, good compatibility, thixotropic fluidity and no floating and flowering phenomenon.
