(2) mixing a part of modified waterborne polyurethane transparent resin, deionized water, a cosolvent and a dispersing agent, and dispersing for a preset time at a high speed;

(3) and adding the rest part of the modified waterborne polyurethane transparent resin, the wetting agent, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent and the hand feeling agent into the dispersed mixture, and dispersing at a high speed until all the substances are uniform.

10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the first part of the modified aqueous polyurethane strike-through resin accounts for 70% of the total modified aqueous polyurethane strike-through resin.

The invention relates to a treating agent for synthetic leather, in particular to a water-based permeable polishing treating agent for clothing leather, and also relates to a preparation method of the treating agent.

Background

At present, the use of synthetic leather products is more and more common, the synthetic leather industry is rapidly developed, and the development of the surface treating agent for the synthetic leather is accelerated. The existing synthetic leather surface treatment mode is various, and the effect style changes thousands: high gloss and high solid, oil skin style, polishing style, crazy horse discoloration, sheep skin and the like. The trihydroxy polyether diol is adopted to enhance the flexibility of the soft segment in the polyurethane, and the hydroxyl in the trihydroxy polyether diol is beneficial to the action of the soft segment and the hard segment of the polyurethane in a hydrogen bond form, so that the compatibility of the soft segment and the hard segment is improved, the microphase separation in the polyurethane is inhibited, and the light transmittance of the material is improved. The methyl-phenyl-propylene glycol can prevent hard segments in polyurethane from crystallizing and improve the light transmittance of the material.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first part of the modified aqueous polyurethane resin composition accounts for 70% of the total modified aqueous polyurethane resin composition.

The water-based transparent polishing treatment agent for clothing leather and the preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention can obtain the following beneficial effects:

(1) through the optimization of the raw materials and the use amount of each component and the mutual coordination of the components, the polished leather surface has good permeability, strong layering and unique hand feeling.

(2) The modified waterborne polyurethane transparent resin with the large particle size and the small particle size is adopted, so that the bulk density of particles is increased totally and the roughness of a film is reduced when the treating agent is applied, leather made by the treating agent has natural luster and clear color, and the haze generated by the particles with different particle sizes enables the leather surface to present natural texture and road feeling.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The invention generally provides a water-based transparent polishing treatment agent for clothing leather, which comprises 30-40 parts by weight of modified water-based polyurethane transparent resin, 6-16 parts by weight of cosolvent, 35-45 parts by weight of deionized water, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of dispersant, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of wetting agent, 1-1.5 parts by weight of thickener, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of defoamer and 1-2 parts by weight of hand feeling agent. The cosolvent can adopt one or more of butyl ether or isopropanol.

In one embodiment of the invention, the modified waterborne polyurethane transparent resin comprises the following components in a weight ratio of 5-15: 100 of a first modified waterborne polyurethane clear resin and a second modified waterborne polyurethane clear resin. The particle size of the first modified waterborne polyurethane transparent resin is 30-50nm, and the particle size of the second modified waterborne polyurethane transparent resin is 110-130 nm.

In one embodiment of the invention, the modified waterborne polyurethane perspective resin is prepared by reacting materials comprising the following components: diisocyanate, polyether polyol, hydroxyl polyether glycol chain extender and methyl-phenyl-propylene glycol chain extender. In one embodiment of the present invention, the hydroxyl polyether glycol chain extender is trihydroxy polyether glycol, the methyl-phenyl-propylene glycol chain extender is 2-methyl-2-phenyl-1, 3-propylene glycol, and the weight ratio of the trihydroxy polyether glycol to the methyl-phenyl-propylene glycol chain extender is preferably 4:1 to 2: 1. the trihydroxy polyether diol is adopted to enhance the flexibility of the soft segment in the polyurethane, and the hydroxyl in the trihydroxy polyether diol is beneficial to the action of the soft segment and the hard segment of the polyurethane in a hydrogen bond form, so that the compatibility of the soft segment and the hard segment is improved, the microphase separation in the polyurethane is inhibited, and the light transmittance of the material is improved. The methyl-phenyl-propylene glycol can prevent hard segments in polyurethane from crystallizing and improve the light transmittance of the material.
