Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of gas pressure regulating equipment, in particular to a switching and regulating integrated pressure regulator and an integrated gas pressure regulating core.

Background

Most of the traditional gas pressure regulators in China are arranged on the ground, and a cut-off valve, a filter, a pressure regulator and the like are sequentially connected inside a box body through pipelines.

The pressure regulating box in the ground arrangement mode has the problems of complex installation structure and relatively complex maintenance. Technical personnel invent the gas pressure regulator of underground arrangement form in order to solve this problem, but the gas pressure regulator of underground arrangement form also needs to set up and cuts off valve, filter, pressure regulator etc. in the form of split, and these devices are integrated level lowly, occupy great space in the gas pressure regulator, lead to the volume of gas pressure regulator too big.

The above technical problem needs to be further solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a cut-and-regulate integrated pressure regulator and an integrated gas pressure regulating core, which can solve the problems of low integration level and large occupied space of a pressure regulating device and a cutting device in the prior art.

The purpose of the invention and the technical problem to be solved are realized by adopting the following technical scheme. According to the invention, the invention provides a switching and adjusting integrated voltage regulator, which comprises:

the top of the membrane shell of the cutting device is provided with a third channel, and the membrane shell of the cutting device is buckled with the outer surface of the top of the membrane shell of the pressure regulating device to form a valve cavity of the cutting device;

the cutting device valve core is arranged in the cutting device valve cavity and is divided into an upper cutting cavity and a sealed lower cutting cavity, and the cutting device valve core vertically penetrates through the first channel and the third channel and is coaxial with the regulating device valve core;

the upper pressure regulating cavity is communicated with the fuel gas output channel, the lower pressure regulating cavity is communicated with the fuel gas input channel, the upper cutting cavity is communicated with the atmosphere, and the lower cutting cavity is communicated with the fuel gas output channel;

when the gas pressure in the lower cutting cavity is larger than a preset value, the cutting valve core is in a cutting state, and one end of the cutting valve core is pressed on the pressure regulating device valve core, so that the valve port is sealed by the pressure regulating device valve core.

The object of the present invention and the technical problems solved thereby can be further achieved by the following technical measures.

Optionally, in the above-mentioned cut-and-adjust integrated voltage regulator, the first channel, the second channel, and the third channel are coaxial and are vertical channels.

Optionally, in the aforementioned cut-and-regulate integrated pressure regulator, the pressure regulating device valve element includes:

the first valve rod, the pressure regulating film and the cutting valve clack;

By the technical scheme, the switching-regulating integrated pressure regulator and the integrated gas regulating pressure core have the advantages that:

the switching integrated pressure regulator provided by the embodiment of the invention vertically integrates the pressure regulating device and the cutting device, so that the switching integrated pressure regulator has the pressure regulating function and the cutting function for natural gas, namely the switching integrated pressure regulator provided by the embodiment of the invention has higher integration level than a traditional split type cutting valve and a pressure regulator. In addition, after the pressure regulating device and the cutting device are vertically combined into an integral structure, the space occupied by the cutting and regulating integrated pressure regulator relative to a split type cutting valve and the pressure regulator is smaller. Furthermore, the switching-regulating integrated voltage regulator provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the problems of low integration level and large occupied space of the voltage regulating device and the cutting device in the prior art.
