the information input module (21) calls the bidding document template and the related engineering cost data stored in the engineering data storage module (12), the information input module (21) receives externally input information and fills the information into the bidding document template to generate a primary bidding document, and the information input module (21) transmits the primary bidding document and the related engineering cost data to the documentation module (22);

the file compiling module (22) receives the preliminary bidding document, calculates information such as specific required material quantity and equipment quantity according to the content of the preliminary bidding document and related information of engineering cost, fills the calculated information into the preliminary bidding document to generate a finished version bidding document, and transmits the finished version bidding document to the information storage module (13) for storage;
