1. A concealed wiring box, comprising:

the top surface of the box body is opened;

a plurality of sleeves fixed on the outer peripheral wall of the box body at intervals;

the self-destruction nail comprises a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion and an easy-to-break portion fixed between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, the first connecting portion is connected into the sleeve in a one-to-one mode, the second connecting portion is used for being connected onto the structural template in a one-to-one mode, and the diameter of the break portion is smaller than that of the first connecting portion and smaller than that of the second connecting portion.

2. The concealed wiring box according to claim 1, wherein the box body is a cube, and at least one of the sleeves is fixed to each of four sides of the box body.

3. The concealed wiring box according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the sleeves are perpendicular to a top surface of the box body, and upper ends of the plurality of the sleeves are flush with the top surface of the box body.

4. The concealed wiring box according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion is provided with an external thread, and the sleeve is provided with an internal thread adapted to the external thread.

The concealed wiring box according to claim 4, wherein a guide hole for inserting a screwdriver is outwardly extended from a lower side of the outer peripheral wall of the box body corresponding to each of the sleeves, and an axis of each of the guide holes coincides with an axis of the corresponding sleeve.

6. A method for mounting a concealed wiring box is characterized by comprising the following steps:

providing a concealed wiring box according to claim 1;

when the structure template is installed, the opening of the concealed wiring box is buckled on the structure template, the self-destruction nail is nailed in from the sleeve until the second connecting part is positioned in the structure template, the first connecting part is positioned in the sleeve, and the easily-broken part is positioned between the structure template and the sleeve;

and when the structure template is disassembled, the self-destruction nail is broken off from the easy-breaking part.

7. The mounting method of a concealed wiring box according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of guide holes are extended outwardly from the outer peripheral wall of the box body in correspondence with the lower side of each of the sleeves, and the axis of each of the guide holes coincides with the axis of the corresponding sleeve;

when the self-destruction nail is nailed from the sleeve, the self-destruction nail is aligned to the sleeve, and the self-destruction nail is nailed from the sleeve by penetrating the guide hole through the screwdriver.

The invention provides a concealed wiring box and an installation method thereof, and solves the technical problems that the concealed wiring box is not firm in fixation and an iron nail for fixing the concealed wiring box is not easy to detach in the prior art.

The concealed wiring box of the present invention includes:

a case body having an opening on a top surface thereof;

a plurality of sleeves fixed on the outer peripheral wall of the box body at intervals;

the self-destruction nail comprises a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion and an easy-to-break portion fixed between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, the first connecting portions are connected into the sleeve in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the second connecting portions are used for being connected onto the structural template in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the diameter of the break portion is smaller than that of the first connecting portion and smaller than that of the second connecting portion.

The concealed wiring box is further improved in that the box body is a cube, and at least one sleeve is fixed on each of four side faces of the box body.

The concealed wiring box is further improved in that the plurality of sleeves are perpendicular to the top surface of the box body, and the upper ends of the plurality of sleeves are flush with the top surface of the box body.

The concealed wiring box is further improved in that the first connecting part is provided with an external thread, and an internal thread matched with the external thread is arranged in the sleeve.

The concealed wiring box is further improved in that guide holes for inserting a screwdriver extend outwards from the outer peripheral wall of the box body corresponding to the lower part of each sleeve, and the axis of each guide hole is overlapped with the axis of the corresponding sleeve.

The invention also provides an installation method of the concealed wiring box, which comprises the following steps:

providing the concealed wiring box;

when the structure template is installed, the opening of the concealed wiring box is buckled on the structure template, the self-destruction nail is nailed in from the sleeve until the second connecting part is positioned in the structure template, the first connecting part is positioned in the sleeve, and the easy-to-fold part is positioned between the structure template and the sleeve;

when the structure template is dismantled, the self-destruction nail is broken off from the easy-breaking part.

The mounting method of the concealed wiring box is further improved in that a plurality of guide holes extend outwards from the outer peripheral wall of the box body corresponding to the lower part of each sleeve, and the axis of each guide hole is superposed with the axis of the corresponding sleeve;

when the self-destruction nail is nailed from the sleeve, the self-destruction nail is aligned with the sleeve, and the self-destruction nail is nailed from the sleeve by a screwdriver passing through the guide hole.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has positive and obvious effect. The invention solves the technical problems that the concealed wiring box is not firmly fixed and the iron nail for fixing the concealed wiring box is not easy to remove in the prior art through the self-destruction nail fixing box body and the structure template which are easy to break. The self-destruction nail provided by the invention is broken due to the shearing force applied to the structure template during the dismounting of the structure template, so that the self-destruction nail is broken in the structure template, and the step of grinding the iron nail after the structure template is dismounted is further omitted.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the concealed wire box of the present invention comprises:

a box body 1, wherein the top surface of the box body 1 is opened;

a plurality of sleeves 2 fixed on the outer peripheral wall of the box body 1 at intervals;

a plurality of self-destruction nails 6, this self-destruction nail 6 includes first connecting portion 8, second connecting portion 7 and is fixed in the easy portion 9 of rolling over between this first connecting portion 8 and the second connecting portion 7, and a plurality of these first connecting portions 8 are connected in this sleeve 2 one-to-one, and a plurality of these second connecting portions 7 are used for being connected to structural template 4 one-to-one, and the diameter of this rupture portion is less than the diameter of this first connecting portion 8 and is less than the diameter of this second connecting portion 7.

Preferably, the first connecting portion 8 should be provided with an external thread, and the sleeve 2 is provided with an internal thread matching with the external thread.

The invention also provides an installation method of the concealed wiring box, as shown in figure 2, comprising the following steps:

providing the concealed wiring box;

when the structure template 4 is installed, the opening of the concealed wiring box is buckled on the structure template 4, and the self-destruction nail 6 is nailed from the sleeve 2 until the second connecting part 7 is positioned inside the structure template 4;

when the structural template 4 is removed, the self-destruction nail 6 is broken off from the easy-breaking part 9.

The invention solves the technical problems that the concealed wiring box is not firmly fixed and the iron nail for fixing the concealed wiring box is not easy to remove in the prior art through the self-destruction nail fixing box body and the structure template which are easy to break.
