Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, front and rear" are generally defined according to the orientation of the human body, unless otherwise specified.

The invention provides a sleep-aiding device, which comprises a support and a hot compress piece 5, wherein the support is used for supporting the lower end of an occipital bone of the head of a human body so as to enable the head to lean backwards and stretch the neck, and the hot compress piece 5 is arranged on the part of the support, which is in contact with the head, so as to carry out hot compress on the head.

By the technical scheme, the lower end of the occiput of the head of the human body is supported, so that the head can lean backwards and stretch the neck by virtue of natural weight, and the head and neck are relaxed; meanwhile, the hot compress piece 5 applies hot compress to the supporting part, so that the blood circulation can be increased, and the person can fall asleep quickly.

That is, when in use, the lower end of the occiput of the brain behind the human body is supported by the bracket, the natural gravity of the head leans backwards based on the fulcrum of the lower end of the occiput, and the neck is stretched at the same time, so that the head and the neck are in a relaxed state; meanwhile, the lower end of the supported occiput is subjected to hot compress by the hot compressing piece 5, so that blood circulation can be increased, and in addition, the positions of the sleeping acupuncture points such as the Fengfu acupuncture point, the Fengchi acupuncture point, the Tianzhu acupuncture point, the bone completion acupuncture point, the sleeping acupuncture point and the nebula acupuncture point can be subjected to hot compress to massage the acupuncture points, so that people can fall asleep quickly (about 2-5 minutes).

In the present invention, the hot compress unit 5 may be an electrically driven hot compress pad, or may be a detachable preheating hot compress bag.

Wherein, the support may include a first support 1 for contacting the head and a second support 2 for supporting the first support 1, and the heat pack 5 is disposed on the first support 1. It should be noted that the first support 1 and the second support 2 may be connected in any manner, but they may be formed as a single body. In addition, the first support 1 and the second support 2 may have any suitable shape, such as shown in fig. 1 and 5.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first support 1 is formed in an arc shape extending in a width direction of the occiput, the first support 1 includes a support surface 11 for contacting the head and a mounting surface 12 opposite to the support surface 11, and the second support 2 is formed in a rod shape extending from the mounting surface 12 in a direction away from the support surface 11.

From the above, it will be appreciated that the first support member 1 is preferably shaped to conform to the contour of the human hindbrain to enable the entire support surface 11 to conform to the head.

It should be noted that the sleep-aiding device of the present invention can be used in both sitting and supine positions. When the human body is in a sitting posture, the bracket can be supported on the backrest of the seat for use; the stand can be placed in a bed for use when the person is in a supine position (see fig. 5). Of course, the sleep-aiding device of the present invention may also be used in conjunction with a headrest, or the like.

In order to improve the applicability of the sleep aid device, the second support member 2 is preferably arranged to be adjustable in length. For example, to accommodate a variety of different seat heights by adjusting the length of the second support 2 when used in a sitting position. The length adjustment of the second support 2 can be achieved in any known manner, for example, as shown in fig. 1, by using a sleeve and a rod that can be moved in the axial direction of the sleeve in a lockable manner relative to the sleeve. Of course, the length of the second support member 2 may be fixed in the present invention.

In order to protect the head during use and prevent discomfort due to excessive reclining of the head, as shown in fig. 1, the stand may include a support 3, and the support 3 is mounted above the first support 1 for supporting the reclined head (see fig. 2). Wherein, the protective support 3 can be formed into an arc shape extending along the up-and-down direction of the head, so that the protective support just conforms to the outline of the head. In addition, the support 3 may be fixedly connected or detachably connected to the first support 1, and the support 3 may also be connected to the second support 2 at a position close to the first support 1.

In the present invention, in order to facilitate the installation of the sleep-assisting device with other structures (such as a seat), the sleep-assisting device may include an installation frame 4, the support may be installed on the installation frame 4 through the second support member 2, and the installation frame 4 may be configured to be installed on the seat. In this way, the mounting frame 4 can be connected with other structures through various modifications and designs, so as to improve the flexibility of the installation and use of the sleep-assisting device.

In addition, in order to adapt the sleep-aiding device to various angles, namely to ensure that the supporting surface 11 of the first supporting member 1 can be accurately attached and supported on the lower end of the occiput, the second supporting member 2 can be rotatably mounted on the mounting frame 4, and the rotation axis of the second supporting member 2 is parallel to the extending direction of the first supporting member 1. In this way, the angle of the second support 2 and thus the first support 1 can be adjusted according to the specific use environment.

Furthermore, the mounting frame 4 may be arranged to extend in the height direction of the occiput (it is understood that the mounting frame 4 extends entirely in the height direction of the occiput, for example, the mounting frame 4 shown in fig. 1 is a rod extending in the height direction of the occiput; it is also understood that the mounting frame 4 includes a rod extending in the height direction of the occiput), and the second support member 2 may be arranged to be movable in the extending direction of the mounting frame 4. This allows the height of the first support 1 to be adjusted by moving the second support 2 to adapt the sleep aid to users of different heights.

In the present invention, the heat packs 5 are preferably formed in an arc-shaped sheet shape extending in the width direction of the occiput so as to be fitted to the head, thereby improving the heat pack efficiency. The hot compress member 5 can be directly attached to the supporting surface 11 of the first supporting member 1, or can be placed inside the first supporting member 1, i.e. between the supporting surface 11 and the mounting surface 12. In addition, a plurality of the heat packs 5, for example, two heat packs 5, may be provided on the first support 1, two heat packs 5 may be respectively located at both sides of the occiput, and each of the heat packs 5 may preferably have a length of 3-6 cm. Thus, the thermal pack 5 can cover a large area to apply heat to a plurality of acupuncture points. Of course, a thermal pack having a length of 6-12cm may be used.

Furthermore, hot compress spare 5 can include a plurality of heating plate 51, and is a plurality of heating plate 51 is followed hot compress spare 5's extending direction interval is arranged, help the dormancy device can be including being used for control the control unit 6 of hot compress spare 5 work, the control unit 6 sets up to be able to control a plurality of heating plate 51 heats simultaneously or heats in proper order.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the control unit 6 may include a waveform generator 61, a setting module 62, and a multi-way switch 63 respectively connected to the plurality of heat generating sheets 51, wherein the time and temperature of hot compress can be set according to a desired sleeping time period through the setting module 62, and the setting can be set through manual input, or through wireless connection with a mobile phone or a server; the waveform generator 61 may control the voltage and current supplied to the heat generating sheets 51 according to the setting of the setting module 62 or a default value set by the waveform generator itself, and control the temperature and the heat generating time period of each heat generating sheet 51 through the multi-way switch 63.

In addition, as the attention of the human body is attracted by the hot compress part under the micro-hot compress state, the whole body is easy to relax, thereby leading the human body to sleep; when the hot compress is applied, the hot compress can be used for waking up because of the awakening of the dry heat, so that the human body can naturally sleep and wake up. Therefore, by changing the temperature of the heat generating sheet 51, the human body can be helped to sleep and awaken within a set time.

In addition, since the best state is to reach the third stage of the sleep cycle, i.e., the deep sleep stage, during the short-term sleep of the human body, the short-term sleep does not disturb the self-action and rest rule of the human body, the work efficiency can be improved, the vigilance degree can be improved, and the sleepiness can not be dense after awakening, the default value of the waveform generator can be set to be 15-30 minutes, preferably 26 minutes (according to the research on rest of astronauts in 1994 by the American space agency, the work efficiency can be improved by 34% and the vigilance degree can be improved by 54% during the nap of 26 minutes), and the hot compress temperature can be set to be 33-48 ℃.

In another aspect, the present invention provides a sleep-aiding method, including: supporting the lower end of the occiput of the head of the human body to enable the head to lean backwards and the neck to stretch; and simultaneously, carrying out hot compress on the corresponding part of the supported head.

By supporting the lower end of the occiput of the head of a human body, the natural gravity of the head can lean backwards based on the fulcrum of the lower end of the occiput, and the neck is stretched at the same time, so that the head and the neck are in a relaxed state; meanwhile, the corresponding part of the head part which is supported can be hot-compressed, so that the blood circulation can be increased, and in addition, the positions of the sleeping acupuncture points such as the Fengfu acupuncture point, the Fengchi acupuncture point, the Tianzhu acupuncture point, the intact bone acupuncture point, the sleeping acupuncture point and the nebula acupuncture point are adopted, so that the acupuncture points can be massaged through the hot compression, and people can fall asleep quickly (about 2-5 minutes).

The sleep-aiding method of the invention can adopt the sleep-aiding device.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
