A pre-binding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the die assembly (2) comprises a fixedly mounted frame (201), a fixing member (205) rotatably connected to the frame (201) via a rotating shaft (204), and a pressing block (203) provided at one end of the fixing member (205) for pressing the workpiece, wherein the rotating shaft (204) is further connected to and driven to rotate by a linear air cylinder (202).

the angle pushing mechanism comprises a support fixed on the pre-binding station, an angle pushing assembly arranged on the support and a driving assembly for driving the angle pushing assembly to perform pre-binding operation.

The combination of the turntable mechanism and the positioning mechanism can realize the switching among different vehicle types, and the beat is improved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

firstly, the production efficiency is improved: the time of pre-rolling is effectively reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the production quality is ensured.

Secondly, the angle can be pre-folded by unequal angles: the method realizes pre-edge rolling at different angles, can realize pre-edge folding at an angle of 5-15 degrees, and can be used for the position where the edge folding of the tail gate changes sharply.

Thirdly, the cost is reduced: compared with a gripper type die assembly, the rotary die assembly reduces the use of field equipment, such as a robot, a gun changing disc and the like;

fourthly, space utilization rate is improved: the clamping fixture, the die assembly and the angle pushing mechanism are integrated on the same clamping fixture, so that the space for parking the die assembly is reduced, and the space occupied by the clamping fixture is reduced by the turntable mechanism.

Fifthly, the overhaul is convenient: the invention has small structure, and the connecting mechanism is simple and convenient to maintain and replace, so that the connecting mechanism is very convenient to maintain.

Sixthly, the debugging period is short: although the multifunctional clamp integrates multiple functions, the clamp has a simple structure, is convenient for on-site early-stage debugging, and reduces the debugging time.
