Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of containers, in particular to a container.
Background
The existing transportation equipment for goods like rolls generally comprises a groove with an inclined plane. The inclined plane of the groove can limit goods such as rolled goods and columnar goods, so that the goods are prevented from moving due to impact force and swinging bias force in the transportation process, and can be in a stable state. The grooves are generally provided to be depressed downward from the top surface of the bottom chassis, or the grooves are formed by a load bearing member having a slope protruding from the top surface of the bottom chassis. Because the grooves are generally fixedly arranged on the chassis structure of the transportation equipment, the maximum bearing capacity of the goods is limited by the number of the grooves, and the transportation equipment can only transport the rolled goods generally and can not transport the goods different from the return journey, such as the rolled goods with different sizes or other flat goods, in the return journey.
There is therefore a need for a container that at least partially addresses the problems of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In this summary, concepts in a simplified form are introduced that are further described in the detailed description. This summary of the invention is not intended to identify key features or essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended to be used as an aid in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter.
In order to at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container including a base frame provided with:
a pair of first grooves having opposing first slopes; and
a pair of covers corresponding to the first grooves and being reversible with respect to the chassis between a covering position covering the first grooves and an opening position supported at a top surface of the chassis, the covers having support slopes;
wherein the covers in the open position are each located between each pair of the first recesses and the respective support ramps of the covers of each pair form a second recess.
According to the scheme, the cover bodies can cover the first grooves, the two corresponding cover bodies can form additional second grooves at the respective opening positions, the number of the grooves in the underframe is increased, and therefore the maximum bearing capacity of cargoes such as rolled cargoes and columnar cargoes in container transportation can be improved.
Preferably, the cover in the covering position forms a bearing plane with the chassis. According to the scheme, when goods such as a roll-shaped goods and a column-shaped goods need to be transported, the cover body can be turned to the opening position, and the goods are loaded by means of the first groove and the second groove. When flat goods such as plates, boxes and the like need to be transported, the cover body can be placed in the covering position, and the goods are loaded by means of the loading plane. This avoids the empty case back transport situation, has improved the transport efficiency of container.
Preferably, the cover of each pair is hinged to the chassis at one end adjacent to each other in a covering position, the cover being pivotable between the covering position and the opening position.
Preferably, the cover body is detachably connected with the underframe, the cover body is arranged at the covering position and clamped with the first groove, and the cover body is arranged at the opening position and fixedly connected with the underframe.
Preferably, the first groove, the cover body and the overturning axis of the cover body all extend along the width direction of the bottom frame; and/or
The cover is integrally located above a top surface of the chassis in the open position.
Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the first groove corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the cover; and/or
The support inclined surface abuts against the first inclined surface in a state where the cover is located at the covering position.
Preferably, the chassis is further provided with:
an additional groove having an opposing first additional slope; and
an additional cover covering the additional groove at a covering position, the additional cover being positioned over the chassis at an opening position.
According to this scheme, can also increase recess quantity on the chassis through setting up additional recess to further improve the maximum bearing capacity of goods such as roll-like class, column class of container transportation.
Preferably, the additional groove is provided between the pair of first grooves, the additional cover is located at the covering position or the opening position in a state where the cover is located at the covering position, and the additional cover is located at the covering position in a state where the cover is located at the opening position.
According to the scheme, the grooves can be selectively used according to the requirements of goods transported by the container in the outward journey and the return journey. For example, when the transportation amount of the roll-shaped goods is large, the goods can be carried by means of the first groove and the second groove; when the transportation amount of the rolled goods is small and the flat goods need to be transported, the goods can be loaded by means of the additional grooves and the loading plane.
Preferably, the additional cover is a split cover, the additional cover forming an opposing second additional ramp at the open position. According to the present aspect, the first additional inclined surface and the second additional inclined surface can form a larger additional groove when the additional cover is opened.
Or the additional cover body is an integral component. According to this aspect, the additional cover can be turned over as a whole.
Preferably, the container is a general cargo container, a rack container, a platform container, a side-door container or an open-top container.
