1. A door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus, characterized in that the door assembly (300) comprises:

a first door assembly (301) comprising a first door cavity (301a) projecting rearwardly; and

a second door assembly (303) openably mounted to a front side of the first door assembly (301).

2. The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that in the closed state of the second door assembly (303), the first door inner cavity (a) of the first door cavity (301a) is formed as a closed chamber.

3. The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first door cavity (301a) has a cylindrical shape extending axially rearward and having a closed rear end.

4. The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the first door cavity (301a) is a light-transmissive material cavity through which the first door inner cavity (A) can be seen.

5. The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the first door component (301) comprises a first door body part which comprises a first door front cover plate (301d) and a first door rear cover plate (301B) which are connected in a front-back mode and a first door body through cavity (B) which axially penetrates through, the first door body through cavity (B) is formed with a first door front through hole (B1) on the first door front cover plate (301d) and a first door rear through hole (B2) on the first door rear cover plate (301B), the front end of the first door cavity (301a) is connected to the peripheral wall of the first door rear through hole (B2) along a sealing way, the second door assembly (303) is pivotally mounted to the first door front cover (301d) to open or close the first door front through hole (B1).

The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein an outer peripheral portion of the first door front cover plate (301d) and an outer peripheral portion of the first door rear cover plate (301b) are attached back and forth to form a circumferentially closed first door body outer peripheral portion (301 g).

The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the first door assembly (301) comprises a first door liner plate (301c), the first door liner plate (301c) being embedded around the first door body through cavity (B) between the first door front cover plate (301d) and the first door rear cover plate (301B);

the front end edge of the first door cavity (301a) is provided with a cavity flanging (301a '), and the cavity flanging (301 a') is clamped between the first door lining plate (301c) and the first door rear cover plate (301 b).

8. The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the first door liner (301c) includes a liner pressing portion (301c ') protruding rearward to press the cavity burring (301a '), the liner pressing portion (301c ') being formed with an annular seal groove opened rearward, in which an annular seal member (301e) is fitted.

9. The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the liner plate superimposing portion (301c ') is formed in a U-shape in cross section opened toward the cavity burring (301 a').

The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the second door assembly (303) includes a second door cavity (303a) protruding rearward, and in a closed state of the second door assembly (303), the second door cavity (303a) protrudes into the first door body through cavity (B) and closes the first door front through hole (B1).

The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that the door assembly (300) comprises a second door seal (301f) disposed around the first door front through hole (B1), the second door seal (301f) being sandwiched between the first door liner plate (301c) and the first door front cover plate (301 d);

wherein, under the closed state of the second door assembly (303), the second door seal (301f) is sleeved on the peripheral wall of the second door assembly (303) in a sealing manner.

12. The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the second door assembly (303) includes a front door cover (303c) and a rear door cover (303b) attached in front and rear, and the second door cavity (303a) protrudes rearward from a central portion of the second door cover (303 b).

The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the second door assembly (303) includes a second door body through cavity (C) formed with a second door front through hole on the second door front cover plate (303C) and a second door rear through hole on the second door rear cover plate (303b), a front end of the second door cavity (303a) is sandwiched between the second door front cover plate (303C) and the second door rear cover plate (303b), and the second door front through hole is covered with an observation window cover plate (303 d).

14. The door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the second door chamber (303a) and the observation window cover (303d) are made of light-transmitting materials.

15. A laundry treating apparatus comprising a built-in drum (100), characterized in that the laundry treating apparatus further comprises a door cover assembly (300) of the laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-14, wherein in a closed state of the second door assembly (303), a first door inner cavity (a) of the first door cavity (301a) and a drum cavity (D) of the drum (100) are formed as mutually independent closed chambers.

16. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the laundry processing apparatus is any one of a drum type washing machine, a drum type dryer, a drum type washing and drying machine which sorts washing.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a laundry treating apparatus, and more particularly, to a door assembly thereof.

Background

Various laundry treatment apparatuses, such as washing machines, usually have a drum with a large volume, but generally have only a single washing chamber. Therefore, when washing a small amount of laundry, water and electricity are inevitably wasted. In addition, the requirement of classified batch washing of clothes with different colors and types does exist in life, so that cross contamination or damage to the clothes is avoided, and the clothes washing machine is convenient for users to use. However, if double washing cavities such as double rollers are arranged, the machine body has large volume and large occupied space.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus and a door assembly thereof, the inner chamber of which is suitable for classified washing, the door is simple and compact in structure, and safe and reliable in use.

In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus, the door assembly comprising:

a first door assembly including a first door cavity extending rearwardly; and

and the second door assembly is mounted on the front side of the first door assembly in an openable and closable manner.

Wherein the first door lumen of the first door cavity may be formed as a closed chamber in a closed state of the second door assembly.

In one embodiment, the first door cavity is cylindrical with a rear end closed and an axial rearward extension.

The first door cavity may preferably be a cavity made of a light-transmitting material, which is capable of allowing the first door cavity to be seen through.

In one embodiment, the first door assembly may include a first door body including a first door front cover plate and a first door rear cover plate which are attached to each other in a front-rear direction, and a first door body through cavity which is axially through, the first door body through cavity may be formed with a first door front through hole on the first door front cover plate and a first door rear through hole on the first door rear cover plate, a front end of the first door body may be connected to a peripheral wall of the first door rear through hole in a sealing manner, and the second door assembly may be pivotally mounted on the first door front cover plate to open or close the first door front through hole.

In particular, the outer peripheral portion of the first door front cover and the outer peripheral portion of the first door rear cover are attached to each other in the front-rear direction, thereby forming a circumferentially closed first door body outer peripheral portion.

Specifically, the first door assembly may include a first door liner plate, which is embedded between the first door front cover plate and the first door rear cover plate around the first door body through cavity; the front end edge of the first door cavity is provided with a cavity flanging, and the cavity flanging is clamped between the first door lining plate and the first door rear cover plate.

More specifically, the first door liner may include an annular liner plate pressing portion protruding rearward to press the cavity flange, the liner plate pressing portion being formed with an annular seal groove opened rearward, in which an annular seal member may be fitted.

The cross section of the lining plate overlapping part can be formed into a U shape which is opened towards the flanging of the cavity.

In an embodiment, the second door assembly includes a second door cavity protruding rearward, and in a closed state of the second door assembly, the second door cavity protrudes into the first door body through cavity and closes the first door front through hole.

The door cover assembly can comprise a second door seal arranged around the first door front through hole, and the second door seal is clamped between the first door lining plate and the first door front cover plate; and under the closed state of the second door assembly, the second door seal is sleeved on the peripheral wall of the second door assembly in a sealing manner.

The second door assembly may include a front door panel and a rear door panel coupled front and rear, and the second door cavity may protrude rearward from a center portion of the rear door panel.

The second door assembly may include a second door body through cavity, the second door body through cavity is provided with a second door front through hole on the second door front cover plate and a second door rear through hole on the second door rear cover plate, the front end of the second door cavity is clamped between the second door front cover plate and the second door rear cover plate, and the second door front through hole is covered with an observation window cover plate.

The second door cavity and the observation window cover plate are preferably made of light-transmitting materials.

In addition, the invention also provides a clothes treatment device which comprises a built-in roller and the door cover assembly, wherein in the closed state of the second door assembly, the first door inner cavity of the first door cavity and the roller cavity of the roller form mutually independent closed chambers.

The laundry treating apparatus may be any one of a drum type washing machine, a drum type dryer, and a drum type washing and drying all-in-one machine, which perform classified washing.

In the laundry treating apparatus of the present invention, the door assembly includes a first door assembly and a second door assembly, and the second door assembly can open or close the first door cavity of the first door assembly to form an openable or closable first door inner cavity, which can be used as an independent laundry treating chamber suitable for sorting, washing, drying, and the like. The door cover assembly is simple in structure, good in sealing performance, safe and reliable to use, and does not need to be additionally provided with electrical equipment, a driving unit, a wiring line and the like.

Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the detailed description which follows.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.

In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like are generally described with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or the positional relationship of the components with respect to each other in the vertical, or gravitational direction. The directional words such as "inside and outside" are generally inner and outer positional relationships between the respective components with respect to the outer case of the laundry treating apparatus. The directional words such as "front and rear" are generally the front and rear positional relationships between the various components of the laundry treating apparatus with respect to the operating station for operating the user, the side closer to the user being the front side, e.g. the laundry input opening is generally provided at the front or top end of the apparatus.

The present invention relates to a laundry processing apparatus having a plurality of independent laundry processing chambers, such as a washing machine, a dryer, etc., which is focused on the current research to achieve the purpose of classified washing and drying, save space, and improve the reliability of the whole machine. To this end, the present invention is directed to a laundry treating apparatus and a door assembly thereof. The invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with specific embodiments.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 5, the door assembly 300 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention includes: a first door assembly 301 including a first door cavity 301a protruding rearward; and a second door assembly 303 openably installed at a front side of the first door assembly 301 to expose or close the first door cavity 301 a.

Therefore, the present invention is directed to designing an independent laundry treating chamber in the door assembly 300, which can be conveniently opened and closed and has good sealing performance. The separate laundry treating chamber is preferably provided within the first door assembly 301, particularly the first door cavity a including the first door cavity 301a, which has a relatively large volume and can be easily opened or closed by the second door assembly 303.

In a closed state of the second door assembly 303, the first door cavity a of the first door cavity 301a may be formed as a closed chamber. Therefore, the first door inner cavity A can be used as another independent clothes treatment cavity of the clothes treatment equipment to realize the classification washing and drying, and the integration in the door cover assembly also saves the equipment space and has compact structure.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a front view of the laundry treating apparatus, a door assembly 300 is mounted on a front cover assembly 200, fig. 1 shows a state where the door assembly 300 covers a drum 100, and fig. 2 shows an opened state of the door assembly 300, presenting a drum chamber D inside the drum 100, i.e., an independent laundry treating chamber of the laundry treating apparatus having a large volume.

As shown in fig. 2, the first door cavity 301a is generally cylindrical with a rear end closed and extends axially rearward. The first door cavity 301a is preferably a light-transmitting cavity, such as a conventional glass cavity, through which the first door cavity a can be seen. In the closed position, the first door cavity 301a extends inwardly into and covers the roller cavity D. The first door inner cavity a (i.e., the first door glass cavity) of the first door cavity 301a may have a suitable volume for independently treating small pieces of laundry, etc. Referring to fig. 3, the second door assembly 303 includes a second door cavity 303a protruding rearward, and the second door cavity 303a is used to open or close the first door cavity a, in other words, the first door cavity a is opened or closed by the opened and closed second door assembly 303.

Wherein door cover assembly 300 is pivotally mounted to front door assembly 200 via first door hinge portion 302 and second door assembly 303 is pivotally mounted to door cover assembly 300 via second door hinge portion 304. In fig. 2 and 3, the first door hinge portion 302 and the second door hinge portion 304 are located on the same side, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the positions may be modified according to a specific design space and a user operation habit.

Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, in order to simplify and make the door assembly 300 more compact as much as possible and meet the requirements of sufficient structural strength, ease of assembly, and reliable sealing performance, the overall structure and the constituent components of the door assembly 300 are particularly optimally designed. The first door assembly 301 includes a first door body portion of a square shape as shown in fig. 2, which includes a first door front cover plate 301d and a first door rear cover plate 301b attached front and rear, see fig. 5. The first door body portion only adopts a double-layer cover plate buckling mode, has few components and is convenient to assemble, and a first door body outer peripheral portion 301g with a closed peripheral direction can be formed by connecting the outer peripheral portion of the door front cover plate 301d and the outer peripheral portion of the first door rear cover plate 301b in a front-back mode, as shown in fig. 5.

More specifically, the first door assembly 301 has a first door body through cavity B therein, the first door body through cavity B has a first door front through hole B1 formed on the first door front cover plate 301d and a first door rear through hole B2 formed on the first door rear cover plate 301B, the front end of the first door cavity 301a is along the peripheral wall which is hermetically connected to the first door rear through hole B2, and the second door assembly 303 is pivotally mounted on the first door front cover plate 301d and pivotally opens or closes the first door front through hole B1. Thus, the assembly of the first door cavity 301a is also simple and convenient.

Further, first door subassembly 301 still includes first door liner plate 301c, first door liner plate 301c encircles first door body and passes through the chamber B and inlay and establish between first door front shroud 301d and first door back shroud 301B, first door liner plate 301c can strengthen first door subassembly 301's structural strength substantially, be equipped with the lock structure with first door front shroud 301d and first door back shroud 301B adaptation on the first door liner plate 301c respectively, thereby make things convenient for first door front shroud 301d, two liang of counterpoint of first door liner plate 301c and first door back shroud 301B to connect, form the more firm stable first door subassembly 301 of structure.

The front end edge of the first door cavity 301a is formed with a cavity flanging 301a ', and the first door liner plate 301c axially and rearwardly hermetically overlaps the cavity flanging 301a ' on the peripheral wall of the first door rear through hole B2, that is, the cavity flanging 301a ' is sandwiched between the first door liner plate 301c and the first door rear cover plate 301B. In this way, a mutually attached annular seal is formed between the first door cavity 301a and the first door back cover 301 b.

More specifically, in order to provide a fitting pressure of the annular seals fitted to each other, the first door liner 301c includes an annular liner pressing portion 301c ' projecting rearward to press the cavity flange 301a ', and the liner pressing portion 301c ' is formed with an annular seal groove opened rearward, in which an annular seal member 301e is fitted. Therefore, on the basis that the first door cavity 301a and the first door back cover plate 301b are pressed by the first door liner plate 301c to form a mutually fitted toroidal seal, the seal is further enhanced by the interference compression seal of the annular sealing member 301e, and any water or gas leakage at the end connection of the first door cavity 301a during washing or drying is prevented.

In this case, the cross section of the liner plate overlap portion 301c 'is formed in a U shape that opens toward the cavity flange 301 a' as shown in fig. 5, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the annular seal groove may be an arc groove or the like.

As shown in fig. 5, in the closed state of the second door assembly 303, the second door cavity 303a extends into the first door body through cavity B to close the first door front through hole B1.

The door cover assembly 300 includes a second door seal 301f surrounding the first door front through hole B1, and the second door seal 301f is installed in the first door assembly 301, specifically sandwiched between the first door liner plate 301c and the first door front cover plate 301 d. In the closed state of the second door assembly 303 shown in fig. 5, the second door seal 301f tightly fits over the outer peripheral wall of the second door assembly 303 to form an interference fit seal, thereby reliably closing the first door front through hole B1, so that the first door inner cavity a can be formed as an independent closed chamber. Further, more sealing elements or structures may be disposed between the first door front cover plate 301d and the first door rear cover plate 301b, and will not be discussed herein.

Likewise, the second door assembly 303 may include a second door body portion having a circular shape as shown in fig. 3, and including a second door front cover 303c and a second door back cover 303b coupled front and back, see fig. 5. The second door cavity 303a protrudes rearward from a central portion of the second door back 303 b. The front end peripheral edge of the second door cavity 303a is pushed by a second door front cover plate 303C against a second door rear cover plate 303b, specifically, a peripheral wall of a second door front through hole of a second door body through cavity C described below.

Referring to fig. 5, the second door assembly 303 includes a second door body through cavity C, the second door body through cavity C is formed with a second door front through hole on the second door front cover plate 303C and a second door rear through hole on the second door rear cover plate 303b, a front end edge of the second door cavity 303a is hermetically connected to a peripheral wall of the second door rear through hole, that is, the front end edge of the second door cavity 303a is clamped between the second door front cover plate 303C and the second door rear cover plate 303b, and the second door front through hole is covered with an observation window cover plate 303 d. Both the second door cavity 303a and the observation window cover 303d may be designed to be light-transmissive. Thus, when small clothes are independently washed or dried in the first door inner cavity a, the small clothes can be directly and clearly observed through the transparent visual observation window cover plate 303d and the second door cavity 303 a.

The door assembly 300 described above may be applied to various laundry treating apparatuses with a built-in drum 100, particularly, a drum type washing machine, a drum type dryer, or a drum type washing and drying all-in-one machine for classified washing, and may improve user satisfaction. In a closed state of the second door assembly 303, the first door inner cavity a of the first door cavity 301a and the drum cavity D of the drum 100 are formed as mutually independent closed chambers. When the second door assembly 303 and the first door assembly 301 are both closed, the laundry treatment apparatus may be activated to independently control washing or drying of laundry in the first door chamber a and the drum chamber D, respectively. Preferably, the large-capacity roller cavity D can prevent large clothes, and the relatively small-capacity first door cavity A can contain small clothes, or can be respectively placed in different cavities according to colors.

In operation, it is necessary to supply a cleaning liquid or gas into the door cover assembly 300, wherein the required lines may be routed through the first door hinge portion 302 shown in fig. 2, or the joint of the lines may be connected through the mounting surface between the first door assembly 301 and the front cover assembly 200.

When washing or drying, the inner cavity A of the first door adopts a static washing mode, and the roller cavity D adopts a rotary dynamic washing mode. In order to enhance the washing effect, micro-bubble water can be introduced to serve as washing water, the water flow is accelerated by utilizing the abundant kinetic energy contained in the micro-bubble water and the waves of bubble explosion, the washing effect is enhanced, negative pressure can be formed in the first door inner cavity A, the negative pressure environment promotes the generation of impact water flow, and the purpose of washing clothes is achieved. Certainly, the air flow auxiliary washing can also be further adopted, namely, the pressure air flow is introduced into the first door inner cavity A to stir the washing liquid, so that the fluidity of the washing liquid is improved, and the washing efficiency, the sterilization and the washing effect are improved.

It should be noted that, in the laundry treating apparatus of the present invention, the pipeline connection between the door assembly 300 and the apparatus body may be implemented by, for example, a hinge portion or an interface docking manner, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

In the clothes treatment equipment, the door cover assembly 300 is effectively utilized, classified washing and drying are realized without enlarging the size of the whole machine, the space is saved, the structures of the whole machine and the door body are more compact and simpler, the use is convenient, and the appearance is beautiful.

The present invention is not limited to the details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and the technical solution of the present invention falls within the protection scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
