1. A level gauge for measuring liquid level in a horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder, comprising:
the liquid level sensor is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder so as to detect the change of the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and output a corresponding change signal;
the conversion unit is electrically connected with the liquid level sensor and is used for receiving the change signal of the liquid level sensor and converting the change signal into an electric signal;
and the heating unit and the liquid level sensor form an integral structure and are used for heating the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder when the interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is vacuumized.
2. The gauge of claim 1, wherein the level sensor is of the tube or plate type;
the heating unit is wound or stuck on the outer surface of the liquid level sensor.
3. The gauge of claim 2, wherein the heating unit comprises a resistive wire wound around an outer surface of the level sensor.
4. The fluid level gauge of claim 2, wherein the heating unit comprises a heating plate affixed to an outer surface of the fluid level sensor.
5. The gauge of claim 1, wherein the heating unit is secured to a support member, the support member being integral with the level sensor.
6. The liquid level gauge according to claim 1, wherein the liquid level sensor is a capacitive sensor which outputs a capacitance change signal according to a change of a liquid level in the horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder.
7. The gauge of claim 1, wherein the heating unit comprises:
the connector female head is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder;
the connector male head is detachably connected with the connector female head; the connector male head is connected with a cable, and the cable extends to the outside of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and is used for being connected with a power supply.
8. A horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder comprises a shell and an inner container positioned in the shell, and is characterized by further comprising a liquid level meter according to any one of claims 1 to 7; the liquid level sensor is arranged in the inner container and is vertical to the horizontal plane when the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is used.
9. The horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder according to claim 8, wherein the liquid level sensor is arranged in the longitudinal middle of the inner container.
10. The horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder according to claim 8, wherein the liquid level sensor is welded to an inner container of the horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pressure containers, in particular to a horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and a liquid level meter thereof.
Background
The horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder has the advantages of small volume, light weight, flexible transportation and the like, and is widely used for containing various low-temperature liquefied gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, LNG and the like. The horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder mostly adopts a high-vacuum multilayer heat insulation mode, namely, the container adopts a double-layer structure of a shell and an inner container, and a sealed interlayer space between the shell and the inner container is a vacuum heat insulation layer. The vacuum degree of the interlayer space is the most critical factor influencing the heat insulation performance of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder. The interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder needs to be vacuumized at the highest temperature, so that the vacuumizing speed is effectively increased, and the high vacuum degree in the interlayer of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is better maintained.
Heating during the evacuation of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder has two modes of external heating and internal heating at present. The external heating mode, namely the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is integrally provided with a holding furnace, and the shell of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is heated by a heating source. The heating mode needs a holding furnace, so the occupied area is large and the investment is high; the natural gas is used for continuous heating, so that the energy consumption is high; the process flow of furnace feeding and discharging is complex, and the sealing ring of the gas cylinder valve and the sealing ring of the vacuumizing device are easy to age after being continuously heated, so that the sealing effect is influenced.
The main process of the internal heating mode is to circularly blow hot air into the inner container of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder. Because of using the air current heating inner bag, hot-air does not stop flowing, for reaching the heat preservation effect, need to use the natural gas heating air continuously, this type heating method also need to set up the heat preservation stove to the gas cylinder is whole, consequently also has the defect of above-mentioned external heating mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and a liquid level meter, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a liquid level meter for measuring a liquid level in a horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder, comprising: the liquid level sensor is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder so as to detect the change of the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and output a corresponding change signal; the conversion unit is electrically connected with the liquid level sensor and is used for receiving the change signal of the liquid level sensor and converting the change signal into an electric signal; and the heating unit and the liquid level sensor form an integral structure and are used for heating the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder when the interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is vacuumized.
Preferably, the liquid level sensor is in a tube type or a plate type; the heating unit is wound or stuck on the outer surface of the liquid level sensor.
Preferably, the heating unit comprises a resistance wire wound on the outer surface of the liquid level sensor.
Preferably, the heating unit includes a heating plate adhered to an outer surface of the liquid level sensor.
Preferably, the heating unit is fixed on a support member, and the support member and the liquid level sensor form an integral structure.
Preferably, the liquid level sensor is a capacitive sensor, and outputs a capacitance change signal according to the change of the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder.

According to the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the liquid level meter can not only visually display the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder, but also heat the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder when the interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is vacuumized, and the heating unit and the liquid level sensor are of an integrated structure, so that the heating unit is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder along with the liquid level sensor, and the heating space can be sealed during heating, so that the heating speed is high, and the energy consumption is effectively reduced. The heating mode of the invention does not need to arrange a holding furnace, reduces equipment investment, simplifies the vacuumizing process, has no influence on the valve sealing ring of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and the sealing ring of the vacuumizing device, and solves the problem that the sealing ring is easy to damage. Furthermore, the heating mode of the invention can vacuumize and heat a single horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder without waiting, thereby improving the efficiency.
