1. A level gauge for measuring liquid level in a horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder, comprising:

the liquid level sensor is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder so as to detect the change of the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and output a corresponding change signal;

the conversion unit is electrically connected with the liquid level sensor and is used for receiving the change signal of the liquid level sensor and converting the change signal into an electric signal;

and the heating unit and the liquid level sensor form an integral structure and are used for heating the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder when the interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is vacuumized.

2. The gauge of claim 1, wherein the level sensor is of the tube or plate type;

the heating unit is wound or stuck on the outer surface of the liquid level sensor.

3. The gauge of claim 2, wherein the heating unit comprises a resistive wire wound around an outer surface of the level sensor.

4. The fluid level gauge of claim 2, wherein the heating unit comprises a heating plate affixed to an outer surface of the fluid level sensor.

5. The gauge of claim 1, wherein the heating unit is secured to a support member, the support member being integral with the level sensor.

6. The liquid level gauge according to claim 1, wherein the liquid level sensor is a capacitive sensor which outputs a capacitance change signal according to a change of a liquid level in the horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder.

7. The gauge of claim 1, wherein the heating unit comprises:

the connector female head is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder;

the connector male head is detachably connected with the connector female head; the connector male head is connected with a cable, and the cable extends to the outside of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and is used for being connected with a power supply.

8. A horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder comprises a shell and an inner container positioned in the shell, and is characterized by further comprising a liquid level meter according to any one of claims 1 to 7; the liquid level sensor is arranged in the inner container and is vertical to the horizontal plane when the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is used.

9. The horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder according to claim 8, wherein the liquid level sensor is arranged in the longitudinal middle of the inner container.

10. The horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder according to claim 8, wherein the liquid level sensor is welded to an inner container of the horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of pressure containers, in particular to a horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and a liquid level meter thereof.

Background

The horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder has the advantages of small volume, light weight, flexible transportation and the like, and is widely used for containing various low-temperature liquefied gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, LNG and the like. The horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder mostly adopts a high-vacuum multilayer heat insulation mode, namely, the container adopts a double-layer structure of a shell and an inner container, and a sealed interlayer space between the shell and the inner container is a vacuum heat insulation layer. The vacuum degree of the interlayer space is the most critical factor influencing the heat insulation performance of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder. The interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder needs to be vacuumized at the highest temperature, so that the vacuumizing speed is effectively increased, and the high vacuum degree in the interlayer of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is better maintained.

Heating during the evacuation of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder has two modes of external heating and internal heating at present. The external heating mode, namely the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is integrally provided with a holding furnace, and the shell of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is heated by a heating source. The heating mode needs a holding furnace, so the occupied area is large and the investment is high; the natural gas is used for continuous heating, so that the energy consumption is high; the process flow of furnace feeding and discharging is complex, and the sealing ring of the gas cylinder valve and the sealing ring of the vacuumizing device are easy to age after being continuously heated, so that the sealing effect is influenced.

The main process of the internal heating mode is to circularly blow hot air into the inner container of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder. Because of using the air current heating inner bag, hot-air does not stop flowing, for reaching the heat preservation effect, need to use the natural gas heating air continuously, this type heating method also need to set up the heat preservation stove to the gas cylinder is whole, consequently also has the defect of above-mentioned external heating mode.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and a liquid level meter, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a liquid level meter for measuring a liquid level in a horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder, comprising: the liquid level sensor is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder so as to detect the change of the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and output a corresponding change signal; the conversion unit is electrically connected with the liquid level sensor and is used for receiving the change signal of the liquid level sensor and converting the change signal into an electric signal; and the heating unit and the liquid level sensor form an integral structure and are used for heating the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder when the interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is vacuumized.

Preferably, the liquid level sensor is in a tube type or a plate type; the heating unit is wound or stuck on the outer surface of the liquid level sensor.

Preferably, the heating unit comprises a resistance wire wound on the outer surface of the liquid level sensor.

Preferably, the heating unit includes a heating plate adhered to an outer surface of the liquid level sensor.

Preferably, the heating unit is fixed on a support member, and the support member and the liquid level sensor form an integral structure.

Preferably, the liquid level sensor is a capacitive sensor, and outputs a capacitance change signal according to the change of the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder.

Preferably, the heating unit includes: the connector female head is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder; the connector male head is detachably connected with the connector female head; the connector male head is connected with a cable, and the cable extends to the outside of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and is used for being connected with a power supply.

The invention also provides a horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder, which comprises a shell, an inner container positioned in the shell and the liquid level meter; the liquid level sensor is arranged in the inner container and is vertical to the horizontal plane when the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is used.

Preferably, the liquid level sensor is arranged in the longitudinal middle of the inner container.

Preferably, the liquid level sensor is connected with the inner container of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder in a welding mode.

According to the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

the liquid level meter can not only visually display the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder, but also heat the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder when the interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is vacuumized, and the heating unit and the liquid level sensor are of an integrated structure, so that the heating unit is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder along with the liquid level sensor, and the heating space can be sealed during heating, so that the heating speed is high, and the energy consumption is effectively reduced. The heating mode of the invention does not need to arrange a holding furnace, reduces equipment investment, simplifies the vacuumizing process, has no influence on the valve sealing ring of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and the sealing ring of the vacuumizing device, and solves the problem that the sealing ring is easy to damage. Furthermore, the heating mode of the invention can vacuumize and heat a single horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder without waiting, thereby improving the efficiency.

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments that embody features and advantages of the invention are described in detail below in the specification. It is to be understood that the invention is capable of other embodiments and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the scope of the invention and the description and drawings are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.

For further explanation of the principles and construction of the present invention, reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

When describing the direction, the invention takes the length direction of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder as the vertical direction and the width direction of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder as the horizontal direction.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1, which comprises a housing 11, an inner container 12 positioned in the housing 11, and a liquid level meter. A gap is formed between the outer shell 11 and the inner container 12 to form a sandwiched space 13. The inner container 12 is used for storing low-temperature liquid, and the interlayer space 13 is vacuumized to form a good heat insulation system.

The liquid level meter not only can visually display the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1, but also has a heating function, can heat the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 when the interlayer space 13 of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is vacuumized, and can finish the vacuumizing task of the interlayer space 13 in a short time.

The liquid level meter includes a liquid level sensor 141, a conversion unit 142, a heating unit 143, and a display 144.

The liquid level sensor 141 is disposed in the inner container 12 of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 to detect a change in the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 and output a corresponding change signal. In this embodiment, the liquid level sensor 141 is a capacitive sensor, and outputs a capacitance change signal according to a change in the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1. In other embodiments, the liquid level sensor 141 may also be a resistive sensor.

Specifically, the liquid level sensor 141 is welded to the inner container 12 of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1, and the liquid level sensor 141 is fixed in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1. And the liquid level sensor 141 is vertical to the horizontal plane when the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is used. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, when the horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder 1 is in use, the liquid level sensor 141 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane. When the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is used, the axis of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is in a horizontal state, namely the liquid level sensor 141 is vertical to the axis of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1. Preferably, the liquid level sensor 141 is located at the longitudinal middle part of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1, so that the liquid level meter can uniformly heat the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 when heating.

The conversion unit 142 is disposed outside the housing 11 of the horizontal cryogenic gas cylinder 1, is electrically connected to the liquid level sensor 141, and is configured to receive a change signal of the liquid level sensor 141 and convert the change signal into an electrical signal. Specifically, the conversion unit 142 converts the variation signal of the liquid level sensor 141 into a voltage signal or a current signal. In this embodiment, the converting unit 142 is a transmitter.

The conversion unit 142 is electrically connected to the liquid level sensor 141 through a signal line 145, that is, one end of the signal line 145 is connected to the output end of the liquid level sensor 141, and the other end is connected to the input end of the conversion unit 142. Preferably, the signal line 145 can shield the external signal, so as to prevent the external signal from affecting the signal transmitted to the converting unit 142 due to the variation signal of the liquid level sensor 141, thereby ensuring the correctness of the liquid level data displayed by the display 144. Further, the signal wire 145 is resistant to low temperature, so that the part of the signal wire 145 positioned in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 can bear the low temperature after the medium is loaded in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1.

The display 144 is disposed at the rear end of the conversion unit 142 and electrically connected to the conversion unit 142, and is configured to display the electrical signal converted by the conversion unit 142, i.e., the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1. The display 144 may be square or round, and may be arranged according to actual needs.

The heating unit 143 constitutes an integrated structure with the liquid level sensor 141, and is configured to heat the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 when the interlayer space 13 of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is evacuated. When the interlayer space 13 of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is vacuumized and heated, the required temperature in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is not more than 300 ℃, and the liquid level sensor 141 can bear the temperature.

The heating unit 143 is installed in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 together with the liquid level sensor 141, so that heat preservation treatment of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is not required, a heat preservation furnace is not required, equipment investment is reduced, and a vacuumizing process is simplified. In addition, a liquid level meter in the invention can be arranged in each horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1, so that the vacuum pumping can be carried out by only one horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1, and the vacuum pumping is not started after the furnace is full in the traditional heating mode, thereby improving the efficiency. And because the heating unit 143 is located in the inner container 12, the heating mode has no influence on the valve sealing ring and the vacuum pumping device sealing ring of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1, and the sealing ring does not need to be replaced.

Preferably, the level sensor 141 is in the form of a tube or plate. The heating unit 143 is wound or adhered to the outer surface of the liquid level sensor 141.

Referring to fig. 1 again, in the present embodiment, the heating unit 143a includes a heating plate adhered to an outer surface of the liquid level sensor 141. Specifically, adopt PTC hot plate in this embodiment, it has the advantage that the thermal resistance is little, heat exchange efficiency is high, is an automatic constant temperature, power saving's electric heating plate.

Referring to fig. 2 again, in other embodiments, the heating unit 143b includes a resistance wire wound around an outer surface of the liquid level sensor 141. Specifically, the resistance wire is wound around the outer surface of the liquid level sensor 141.

In another embodiment, the heating unit 143 may also be disposed on a support member, and the support member is fixed to the liquid level sensor 141, so that the heating unit 143 and the liquid level sensor 141 form an integral structure.

Preferably, the liquid level meter is of an integrated structure, and the installation process of the liquid level meter is consistent with that of a common liquid level meter.

The heating unit 143 is also electrically connected to the temperature control unit. The temperature control unit is used for comparing the temperature value in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 with a preset value; when the temperature value in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 reaches a preset value, the temperature control unit controls the heating unit 143 to stop heating, so that continuous heating of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is avoided, and further energy consumption can be reduced.

The heating unit 143 further includes a female connector head (not numbered) and a male connector head (not numbered). The female head of the connector is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1. The male connector is detachably connected with the female connector. The male connector is connected with a cable 146, the cable 146 extends to the outside of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 and is used for being connected with a power supply, and the heating unit 143 is powered on to heat. In this embodiment, the male connector has a slot, and the female connector has a protrusion, and the slot and the protrusion are engaged with each other to connect the male connector and the female connector. When the interlayer space 13 of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1 is vacuumized and heated, the male head of the connector is connected with the female head of the connector in a clamping manner; and after heating, removing the connection between the male connector and the female connector, pulling out the male connector, and not influencing the use of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder 1. In other embodiments, the male connector may be connected to the female connector by other separable connection methods.

The male connector is electrically connected to a power source via cable 146. The electrical cable 146 is specifically a single strand, two-core wire, which facilitates its passage through the jacket.

According to the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the liquid level meter can not only visually display the liquid level in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder, but also heat the interior of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder when the interlayer space of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder is vacuumized, and the heating unit and the liquid level sensor are of an integrated structure, so that the heating unit is arranged in the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder along with the liquid level sensor, and the heating space can be sealed during heating, so that the heating speed is high, and the energy consumption is effectively reduced. The heating mode of the invention does not need to arrange a holding furnace, reduces equipment investment, simplifies the vacuumizing process, has no influence on the valve sealing ring of the horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder and the sealing ring of the vacuumizing device, and solves the problem that the sealing ring is easy to damage. Furthermore, the heating mode of the invention can vacuumize and heat a single horizontal low-temperature gas cylinder without waiting, thereby improving the efficiency.
