Technical Field

The invention relates to a device for assisting in collecting liquid substance combustion flame spectrum and application thereof.

Background

In many accident cases, because the composition of the comburent in the fire scene is unknown, secondary explosion in the fire scene is caused, and further, fire fighters are injured and killed, it can be seen that the qualitative of the comburent in the fire scene has a great effect on the safety protection of the fire scene and the investigation of the accident afterwards.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the technical problems to be solved by the invention is that the prior art cannot provide an environment for keeping the combustion flame of the sample stable, and a novel device for assisting in collecting the spectrum of the combustion flame of the liquid substance is provided, which has the advantages of portability and capability of keeping the combustion flame of the sample stable. The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a device for assisting in collecting the spectrum of the liquid material combustion flame corresponding to the first technical problem to be solved.

In order to solve one of the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a device for assisting in collecting liquid substance combustion flame spectrum comprises a flame wind cap above and liquid outflow equipment below, wherein the flame wind cap is a cylinder with a trapezoidal section, an exhaust fan is arranged at the top, an air inlet is formed in the bottom, a square opening is formed in the position, away from the bottom of the flame wind cap, of which the total height is 1/5-1/4, of the flame wind cap, the square opening extends outwards to form a platform with a certain length, an opening and closing door is arranged at the opening, a spectrometer sensor is arranged on the extending platform, and the spectrometer sensor is connected with a spectrometer; the liquid outflow equipment below the device comprises a flammable liquid containing groove and a liquid guide pipe, wherein the liquid guide pipe is positioned above the flammable liquid containing groove, and an inflammable liquid ignition port is arranged at the outlet of the liquid guide pipe.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the inner wall of the flame windshield is pure black.

In the technical scheme, preferably, the rotating speed of the exhaust fan is adjustable, and the adjusting range is 20-500 r/min.

Detailed Description

[ example 1 ]

A device for assisting in collecting a liquid substance combustion flame spectrum is mainly composed of an upper flame windshield and a lower liquid outflow device, as shown in figure 1.

The invention is suitable for the combustion flame spectrum acquisition test of flammable liquid with better fluidity and without larger particle impurities.

Flame wind-proof cover

The part consists of a cylinder with a trapezoidal section and a speed-adjustable exhaust fan at the top.

The cylinder height is 450mm, the caliber of the top is 100mm, the caliber of the bottom is 200mm, and the inner wall is pure black; the top of the cylinder is provided with an exhaust fan with adjustable rotating speed, and the adjusting range is 20-500 r/min; a circle of the bottom of the cylinder is provided with small ventilation holes with the diameter of 2 mm; a square opening is formed in the position 100mm away from the bottom of the spectrometer, the square opening extends outwards for 50mm, an opening and closing door is arranged at the opening, a hole is formed in the middle of the bottom surface of the extending platform, and the aperture is the size of the spectrometer sensor which can be inserted in the hole.

(II) inflammable liquid outflow device

The part mainly comprises a liquid guide pipe and a liquid containing tank. The bottom of the liquid containing tank is provided with a lifting plate with one adjustable speed for extruding liquid out along the flow guide pipe.

The liquid containing groove is cylindrical, and the diameter of the bottom surface of the liquid containing groove is 220 mm; the top part is in a protruding conical shape, the diameter of the bottom surface of the cone is 200mm, the height of the bottom surface of the cone is 5mm, the groove depth is 100mm, and the overall height is 150mm (excluding the height of a liquid ignition port); the conical top is an opening with the diameter of 10mm, a pipeline with the height of 10mm extends out of the outer edge of the opening, and the outer wall of the pipeline is provided with threads for installing liquid ignition ports with different calibers (the calibers of the ignition ports are 7mm, 5mm and 2mm, and the length of the ignition ports is 90 mm); the depth of the containing groove is 150mm, the bottom of the containing groove is provided with a speed-adjustable extrusion plate, and the speed-adjustable range is 1-10 mm/s.

(III) connection mode

The flame windshield is directly placed above the liquid outflow device, the side opening of the windshield is opened, the onlooker is inserted and fixed, and the onlooker is connected with the spectrometer through the optical fiber.

The specific operation procedure is as follows:

(1) pouring flammable liquid to be detected into the containing tank by using a funnel, wherein the pouring amount is processed according to specific experimental conditions, if the instrument is used, a small amount of liquid to be detected is used for rinsing after the instrument is washed by alcohol or other organic solvents, and then the sample is poured;

(2) visually observing the viscosity of the sample, selecting a flammable liquid ignition port with a corresponding caliber according to the visual observation result, and installing the flammable liquid ignition port at the top inlet;

(3) starting the lifting plate in the groove to enable the liquid to flow out and ignite the liquid, and adjusting the speed of the lifting plate to enable the flowing-out liquid to be burnt completely and not to cause the flame to be too small;

(4) putting a flame wind-proof cover on the upper part of the containing groove, opening the exhaust fan, observing the shape of the flame through the side opening, and adjusting the rotating speed of the exhaust fan to make the flame in a water drop shape as much as possible;

(5) inserting the sensor into the small hole at the bottom of the extension platform from the bottom, adjusting the height, and closing the side opening door;

(6) connecting the optical fiber connected with the viewer to the optical fiber spectrometer, opening the spectrometer, connecting a computer, opening a corresponding program, and starting to collect data.

[ example 2 ]

The liquid containing groove is cylindrical, and the diameter of the bottom surface of the liquid containing groove is 220 mm; the top part is in a protruding conical shape, the diameter of the bottom surface of the cone is 200mm, the height of the bottom surface of the cone is 5mm, the groove depth is 100mm, and the overall height is 150mm (excluding the height of a liquid ignition port); the conical top is an opening with the diameter of 10mm, a pipeline with the height of 3-5mm extends out of the outer edge of the opening, and the outer wall of the pipeline is provided with threads for installing liquid ignition ports with different calibers (the calibers of the ignition ports are 7mm, 5mm and 2mm, and the length is 80-120 mm); the depth of the holding groove is 150mm, the bottom of the holding groove is provided with a speed-adjustable extrusion plate, and the speed-adjustable range is 1-10 mm/s.

(III) connection mode

The flame windshield is directly placed above the liquid outflow device, the side opening of the windshield is opened, the onlooker is inserted and fixed, and the onlooker is connected with the spectrometer through the optical fiber.

(III) connection mode

The flame windshield is directly placed above the liquid outflow device, the side opening of the windshield is opened, the onlooker is inserted and fixed, and the onlooker is connected with the spectrometer through the optical fiber.

(16) inserting the sensor into the small hole at the bottom of the extension platform from the bottom, adjusting the height, and closing the side opening door;

connecting the optical fiber connected with the viewer to the optical fiber spectrometer, opening the spectrometer, connecting a computer, opening a corresponding program, and starting to collect data.
