1. A coil substrate for a motor includes:

a flexible substrate; and

a plurality of coils formed on the flexible substrate,

wherein the flexible substrate is folded such that a part of the adjacent coils overlap each other, and the folded flexible substrate is wound to form the coil substrate for the motor.

2. The coil substrate for a motor according to claim 1,

the coil is formed of a central space and a wiring surrounding the central space.

3. The coil substrate for a motor according to claim 2,

the flexible substrate is folded such that the wiring of the next coil is arranged in the central space of 1 coil.

4. The coil substrate for a motor according to claim 2,

the wiring is formed by an etching method or an additive method.

5. A method for manufacturing a coil substrate for a motor includes the steps of:

forming a plurality of coils on a flexible substrate;

folding the flexible substrate in such a manner that the mth coil and the (m +1) th coil partially overlap; and

and winding the folded flexible substrate.

6. The method of manufacturing a coil substrate for a motor according to claim 5,

the coil is formed of a central space and a wiring surrounding the central space, and the folding includes disposing the wiring of the (m +1) th coil on the central space of the mth coil.

7. The coil substrate for a motor according to claim 1,

the motor coil substrate is cylindrical.

8. The coil substrate for a motor according to claim 1,

the motor coil substrate is disposed around the magnet with a space therebetween.

9. The coil substrate for a motor according to claim 1,

the directions of currents flowing in the adjacent coils on the flexible substrate are opposite, and the directions of currents flowing in the adjacent coils on the flexible substrate after being folded are the same.

10. A motor, comprising:

a magnet; and

the coil substrate for a motor according to claim 1, which is arranged around the magnet.

The present invention relates to a motor coil substrate including a flexible substrate and a coil formed on the flexible substrate, and a method of manufacturing the motor coil substrate.

Background

Patent document 1 relates to an electric motor including a plurality of single coils made of metal wires.

Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2007-124892

The electric motor of patent document 1 includes a plurality of single coils made of metal wires. The coil is formed of a metal wire. It is considered that it is difficult to wind the metal wire if the passing wire is thin.

Consider the case where the wire is cut. It is considered that since the coil is formed of a wire, it is difficult to make the space factor high. According to fig. 6 of patent document 1, the single coils are overlapped. It is considered difficult to overlap the single coils made of the metal wires with high positional accuracy.

Disclosure of Invention

The coil substrate for a motor of the present invention includes: a flexible substrate; and a plurality of coils formed on the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate is folded such that a part of the adjacent coils overlap each other, and the folded flexible substrate is wound to form the coil substrate for the motor.

The method for manufacturing a coil substrate for a motor according to the present invention includes the steps of: forming a plurality of coils on a flexible substrate; folding the flexible substrate in such a manner that the mth coil and the (m +1) th coil partially overlap; and winding the folded flexible substrate.

[ Effect of the embodiment ]

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the coil is formed using a wire. For example, the coil can be formed by a technique of a printed wiring board. Therefore, the wiring forming the coil can be made substantially rectangular. In addition, a part of adjacent coils can be overlapped by folding the flexible substrate. The coils can be overlapped with high positional accuracy. The folded flexible substrate is wound to form a motor coil. Therefore, the space factor of the coil can be increased. A coil for a motor having a high efficiency can be provided.
