The combined barbecue appliance comprises a barbecue basket (1) and barbecue pincers (2), wherein the barbecue basket (1) comprises a bottom (11) and a side wall (12) connected with the bottom (11); the barbecue tongs (2) comprises a hand-held part (21) bent into a V shape and two clamping parts (22), wherein each clamping part (22) is of a sheet structure, and the cross section of each clamping part is rectangular; the method is characterized in that:

the side wall (12) of the barbecue basket (1) is provided with a rectangular connecting hole (13);

the length of the connecting hole (13) in the horizontal direction is greater than the longer side of the cross section of each clamping part (22);

the width of the connecting hole (13) in the vertical direction is smaller than the longer side of the cross section of each clamping part (22) and is larger than two times of the length of the longer side of the cross section of each clamping part (22);

the two clamping parts (22) of the barbecue forceps (2) are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the end part, namely, an upper connecting groove (23) and a lower connecting groove (24) are respectively arranged at the positions corresponding to the two shorter opposite sides in the cross section;

the direction of each upper connecting groove (23) cutting into the corresponding clamping part (22) and the direction of the corresponding lower connecting groove (24) cutting into the corresponding clamping part (22) are on the same straight line;

the distance between the bottom of each upper connecting groove (23) and the bottom of the corresponding lower connecting groove (24) is less than the length of the connecting hole (13) in the vertical direction;

when the barbecue tongs are used, the two clamping parts (22) are firstly closed, the longer side of the cross section of the two clamping parts (22) corresponds to the length of the connecting hole (13) in the horizontal direction, then the connecting hole (13) is inserted into the side wall (12) and the upper connecting groove (23) and the lower connecting groove (24) are aligned, and finally the barbecue tongs (2) are rotated by 90 degrees, and the upper connecting groove (23) and the lower connecting groove (24) are respectively clamped on the two frames of the connecting hole (13) in the horizontal direction.

2. A modular barbecue appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that the barbecue spit (2) is made of a metal material and the hand-held portion (21) is coated with a heat insulating material.

3. A modular barbecue according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner surface of the bottom (11) of the barbecue basket (1) is evenly distributed with a number of circular holes or slots in a rectangular array.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cooking tools, in particular to a combined barbecue tool.

Background

Conventional cooking vessels and cooking utensils used in the catering industry are basic equipment for outdoor barbecue enthusiasts. In the prior art, various barbecue tongs, forks, spatulas, barbecue baskets of different sizes and shapes are available for outdoor barbecuing.

It is common for outdoor grilling baskets to grill food such as vegetables or ground meat. None of these baskets have long handles, which allow the grill to be hung on and then covered with a lid for better cooking.

However, since such a basket is heated to a high temperature, it is inconvenient to move the basket in practical use without a long handle, and it is easy to cause troubles such as scalding during the movement.

In addition, these grilling appliances are expensive to produce and use.

Accordingly, there is a need for an improved barbecue appliance of the basket type that is suspended from a barbecue grill that overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a combined barbecue apparatus, which has an improved structure of a barbecue clamp and a barbecue basket, and can be detachably connected to the barbecue basket to achieve the function of a long handle while maintaining the original functions, thereby overcoming the drawbacks of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a combined barbecue appliance, which comprises a barbecue basket and barbecue pincers, wherein the barbecue basket comprises a bottom and a side wall connected with the bottom; the barbecue clamp comprises a handheld part bent in a V shape and two clamping parts, wherein each clamping part is of a sheet structure, and the cross section of each clamping part is rectangular.

Wherein, the side wall of the barbecue basket is provided with a rectangular connecting hole;

the length of the connecting hole in the horizontal direction is greater than the longer side of the cross section of each clamping part;

the width of the connecting hole in the vertical direction is smaller than one longer side of the cross section of each clamping part and is larger than two times of the length of one side of the longer section of the cross section of each clamping part;

the two clamping parts of the barbecue forceps are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the end part, namely, the upper connecting groove and the lower connecting groove are respectively arranged at the positions corresponding to the two shorter opposite sides in the cross section;

the direction of each upper connecting groove cut into the corresponding clamping part and the direction of the corresponding lower connecting groove cut into the corresponding clamping part are on the same straight line;

the distance between the bottom of each upper connecting groove and the bottom of the corresponding lower connecting groove is smaller than the length of the connecting hole in the vertical direction;

when the barbecue clamp is used, the two clamping parts are firstly closed, the longer side of the cross section of the two clamping parts corresponds to the length of the connecting hole in the horizontal direction, then the connecting hole is inserted into the side wall and aligned with the upper connecting groove and the lower connecting groove, and finally the barbecue clamp is rotated by 90 degrees to be respectively clamped in the two frames in the horizontal direction of the connecting hole.

Preferably, the barbecue tongs are made of metal materials, and the hand-held part is coated with heat insulation materials.

Preferably, the bottom inner surface of the barbecue basket is uniformly distributed with a plurality of circular holes or grooves in a rectangular array.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention relates to a barbecue clamp which is characterized in that a connection port is arranged on a barbecue basket, and a clamping end of the barbecue clamp is reformed into a structure capable of being clamped with the connection port, so that the barbecue clamp can be detachably connected to the barbecue basket, and the function of a long handle is realized.
