Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of packaging machines in the tobacco industry, in particular to a method for monitoring the rejection effectiveness of an online quality detection system of a cigarette packaging machine.

Background

In the production process of cigarette products, three main processes of shredding, rolling and packaging are required. The cigarette appearance quality is composed of 2 parts, the first part refers to cigarette appearance quality of a rolling and connecting process, and the second part refers to packaging quality of a strip packet and a box packet. From the psychological point of view, the first feeling is very important for people to judge the quality of things. When a consumer takes a pack of cigarettes, the first action is often to appreciate the outer material, and a pack of cigarettes with an elegant appearance is undoubtedly close and liked to the consumer. Of course, the appearance quality of the cigarette should fully satisfy the psychological requirement of consumers.

According to the principle of the consumer's interest, currently, cigarette industry enterprises in the tobacco industry of China generally adopt various types of sensors (such as photoelectric sensors, color mark sensors, infrared sensors and optical fiber sensors) to be deployed on line at single detection points of different steps for detection on the basis of a method for guaranteeing the appearance quality, particularly the packaging quality of cigarettes, so as to guarantee the packaging quality of cigarette packaging machine products. For example, the GDX2 model with the largest proportion in the current tobacco industry is taken as an example, only the upstream machine is provided with various detection sensors (such as aluminum foil paper loss, positive and negative detection of aluminum foil paper, trademark paper loss, trademark paper positive and negative detection, white cardboard loss, aluminum foil paper skew and the like), and the sensors form an online quality detection system of the cigarette packaging machine. When any sensor of the online quality detection system detects abnormality, the detection system transmits a signal to a control system of the cigarette packaging machine, and then the control system is responsible for rejecting abnormal cigarette packets. When the machine set is designed, in order to ensure that abnormal tobacco packets can be correctly removed, the machine set is designed to have a function of detecting the existence of a group of tobacco packets behind a part of detection points and then rechecking whether the removal is successful or not (namely, an optical fiber is added at a fixed position behind a sensor and used for detecting whether the tobacco packets are really removed or not after a fixed process step), which is also a common practice in the current tobacco industry.

The disadvantages of such a process are:

1) the sensors are more in types and more in scattered layouts, and due to the limitation of mechanical structures of part of detection points, the rechecking function cannot be fully covered;

2) the photoelectric sensor adopted for the reinspection has higher requirements on the position, and has the possibility of deflection in the production process, thereby causing the distortion of the detection result of the reinspection function.

In summary, the existing technical means cannot completely meet the requirement of monitoring 100% of rejection effectiveness of the on-line quality detection system of the cigarette packaging machine, and there still exists a risk that a cigarette packet with quality defects flows into the next process because the cigarette packet is not completely rejected, so that a risk of market complaints is caused, and potential risks are brought to the image of an enterprise.

Therefore, under the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, a technical means is needed to solve the above technical problems and provide further guidance for quality improvement of the lean manufacturing process.

Disclosure of Invention

At present, cigarette packages are marked with corresponding identifiers such as RFID (radio frequency identification device) or NFC (near field communication) or one-dimensional bar codes or two-dimensional bar codes, and the like, wherein the identifiers contain related industry requirement information and self-defined information of cigarette industry enterprises; based on the background, the invention designs a method for performing data integration and centralized retest on the rejection result of each cigarette packet based on the identification analysis; specifically, the invention provides a method for monitoring the rejection effectiveness of an online quality detection system of a cigarette packaging machine, wherein a cigarette packet is attached with a mark, and the method comprises the following steps:

step 1) starting a cigarette packing machine, wherein the cigarette packing machine is provided with a plurality of working steps, and the working steps and an identification information cache table are initialized;

step 2) the semi-finished cigarette packet runs to an entrance working step, the first identification analysis device identifies identification information of the cigarette packet and caches the identification information in an information cache table, the identification information corresponds to the working step, the identification information can move forwards in the identification information cache table along with the gradual forward movement of the cigarette packet in the working step, and the moving step corresponds to the actual movement of the cigarette packet;

step 3), operating the semi-finished cigarette packets to a plurality of process steps provided with a plurality of online quality detectors, and transmitting detection results to an information cache table by the quality detectors;

step 4) if any online quality detector detects that the cigarette packet is unqualified, prejudging that the identification analysis result of the unqualified cigarette packet in the export process step is empty; when the on-line quality detector detects that all the cigarette packets are qualified, the identification analysis result of the qualified cigarette packets in the outlet process step is judged to be consistent with the inlet identification analysis result in advance;

step 5) the second identification analysis device carries out identification analysis on the cigarette packet in the export process step and transmits an analysis result to an information cache table;

step 6) comparing the pre-judging result of the step 4) with the analysis result identified in the step 5), if the pre-judging result of the step 4) is consistent with the analysis result identified in the step 5), the retest is passed; if the pre-judging result of the step 4) is inconsistent with the analysis result identified in the step 5), the retest fails;

and 7) circulating one by one, and performing rejection effectiveness recheck on each small box.

In some embodiments of the invention, if the on-line quality detector detects that all the cigarette packets are qualified and the analysis result of the cigarette packets in the outlet process step is consistent with the identification information of the inlet process step, the retest is passed;

if any online quality detector detects that the cigarette packet is unqualified and the label analysis result of the cigarette packet in the export process step is empty, the retest is passed;

if any online quality detector detects that the cigarette packet is unqualified, and the identification analysis result of the cigarette packet in the outlet process step is consistent with the identification information of the inlet process step, the unqualified cigarette packet is not correctly removed, and the retest fails, an alarm is given;

if any online quality detector detects that the cigarette packet is unqualified, and the analysis result of the cigarette packet in the outlet process step is inconsistent with the identification information of the inlet process step and is not empty, the whole machine process step is staggered, the recheck does not pass, and an alarm is given.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the identifier on the cigarette packet is an RFID, an NFC, a one-dimensional barcode, or a two-dimensional barcode, and both the first identifier analyzing device and the second identifier analyzing device are code readers.

By the method, the elimination effectiveness implementation of each packet of cigarettes can be realized, a rechecking function sensor is not required to be arranged, the elimination effectiveness is subjected to centralized single-station rechecking, and 'one-F-Tuopenmo-on' is realized; by using the identification analysis technology, the monitoring output signal is identification analysis information, the condition that all 0 or all 1 of the traditional sensor is kept does not exist, and the detection result can be ensured not to be distorted; when the detection device at a certain detection point is damaged, the alarm can be reminded at the first time.

Detailed Description

For better understanding of the technical solutions and objects of the present invention, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the course of the description of the present solution, the following tobacco industry is included: 1. the equipment adopted in the packaging process of the existing tobacco industry is a cigarette packaging machine, and the packaging process of the existing industry is basically divided into 3 large flows: 1) an upstream machine, also called a capsule machine, which completes the process of packing 20 cigarettes into capsules by various packing materials; 2) the downstream machine comprises a small box transparent paper machine (completing the process of coating a small box with a transparent paper layer) and a big strip machine (completing the process of combining every 10 small boxes with transparent paper into a big strip), the 3 sub-machines form the cigarette packaging machine and complete the main technical process of cigarette packaging: from 20 cigarettes to 1 pack, 10 packs to 1 large. 2. The upstream machine and the downstream machine are connected with each other by a belt or a toothed belt, the technical scheme can be applied to a single upstream machine or a single downstream machine, and can also be applied to a whole machine set, and for convenience of understanding, the description object of the technical scheme is set on the upstream machine or the downstream machine. 3. The embodiment is a rejection effectiveness monitoring method of a cigarette packaging machine online quality detection system of a ZB45 packaging machine produced by Shanghai tobacco machinery Limited liability company. The machine type is key and mainstream production equipment in the current tobacco industry, the production speed is 400 bags/min, and the machine type is respectively composed of a small box machine, a small box transparent paper machine and a big strip packaging machine, wherein the small box machine is used for conveying small boxes in a fixed working step, the small box machine and the small box transparent paper machine are conveyed by a belt, the small box transparent paper machine is used for conveying in a fixed working step, and the big strip packaging machine is used for conveying in a fixed working step. Since the present embodiment is applied to any one of the 3 slave machines, a small box machine, i.e., an upstream machine, is selected as an example. A schematic layout of an upstream machine (capsule machine), and its deployed identity resolution equipment and quality sensors is shown in fig. 2.

In the present embodiment, for example, assuming that the number of process steps of the upstream machine (small box machine) is 30 (actually about 100), the online quality detection system has an aluminum foil deviation quality sensor, an aluminum foil missing quality sensor, and a white cardboard missing quality sensor, which are respectively disposed in the process steps 3, 13, and 23.

In this embodiment, the cigarette packet is a hexahedron, and the identifier is attached to the outer surface of the cigarette packet and adopts a two-dimensional code, so that a first two-dimensional code reader is deployed in a process step 0, namely an initial process step, to perform two-dimensional code identifier analysis, and the function is to perform one-to-one correspondence between the identifier and the process step; in step 31, namely, the exit step, a second two-dimensional code reader is deployed to perform two-dimensional code identification analysis, and the function is to perform retest.

The result of information cache table is as in figure 3, and the horizontal direction is the direction of tobacco bale conveying, and along with the operation of machine, the two-dimensional code information that the first two-dimensional code reader of process step 0 read can pass the process step by step, when certain quality sensor detects unusually appearing, the two-dimensional code information of this tobacco bale just no longer transmits in follow-up process step, if do not have unusually, this tobacco bale two-dimensional code information of process step position in the information cache table can pass until last process step all the time, again by second two-dimensional code reader reexamination.

For example, the online quality inspection system rejection effectiveness monitoring method is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3:

step 1), firstly, initializing equipment, and completely initializing and clearing an information cache table, as shown in figure 3;

step 2) when the semi-finished product small box runs to the step 0, namely the initial step (entrance step), the system starts the first two-dimensional code reader to read the two-dimensional code information on the small box label paper and records the position of the step 0 of the information cache table, in this example, the two-dimensional code of the first small box is wertyui 4567.

Next, every time the machine turns to 1 turn, the two-dimensional code information wertyui4567 of the small box moves forward 1 step.

Step 3) when the machine rotates for 3 circles, the small box is transferred to the step 3, a detector 1 of the online quality detection system, namely an aluminum paper offset sensor, can detect, if the detection result is qualified, the small box continuously moves downwards, and information in the information cache table continuously keeps shifting; if the small box is not qualified, the small box is removed, and all the following steps are set to be 0 in the same way, which indicates that the small box is not to be transmitted backwards any more;

if the detection result is qualified, when the machine rotates for 13 circles, the detector 2-aluminum paper missing sensor of the online quality detection system can detect, if the detection result is qualified, the small box continues to move downwards, and the information in the information cache table continues to keep shifting; if the small box is not qualified, the small box is removed, and all the following steps are set to be 0 in the same way, which indicates that the small box is not to be transmitted backwards any more;

if the detection result is qualified, when the machine rotates for 23 circles, the detector 3-white cardboard missing sensor of the online quality detection system can detect, if the detection result is qualified, the small box continues to move downwards, and the information in the information cache table continues to keep shifting; if the small box is not qualified, the small box is removed, and all the following steps are set to be 0 in the same way, which indicates that the small box is not to be transmitted backwards;

step 4) if the detection results of the 3 quality sensors are qualified, the cigarette packet should exist in the step 31, and the information read by the second two-dimensional code is judged to be wertyui 4567; if any 1 of the 3 quality sensor detection results is unqualified (if the detection result of the aluminum paper offset sensor is 0), the cigarette packet should not exist in the step 31, and the information read by the second two-dimensional code should be empty;

and 5) when the machine rotates for 30 circles, reading codes by the second two-dimensional code reader, and comparing the read results with the information cache table. There are several situations:

example 1) when all the 3 quality sensor detection results are qualified (all the three sensor detection results are 1), the cigarette packet should be present in the process step 31, and at this time, if the information read by the second two-dimensional code is wertyui4567, the retest is passed;

example 2) when any 1 of the 3 quality sensor detection results is not qualified (for example, the detection result of the aluminum paper offset sensor is 0), the cigarette packet should be absent in the process step 31, and if the information read by the second two-dimensional code is empty, the cigarette packet is indicated to be correctly removed, and the retest is passed;

example 3) when any 1 of the 3 quality sensor detection results is not qualified (for example, the aluminum paper missing sensor detection result is 0), the cigarette packet should be absent in the step 31, and if the read information is wertyui4567, the result indicates that the retest fails, the cigarette packet is not correctly removed, and an alarm is required;

example 4) when any 1 of the 3 quality sensor detection results is unqualified (for example, the white cardboard missing detection sensor is 0), if the read information is not empty or is not wertyui4567, for example, is wertyui1234, the retest is not passed, and the whole machine step is already misplaced, an alarm is required, that is, the embodiment can also perform early warning on the step misplacement.

According to the method, the elimination effectiveness of the online quality detection system is monitored for each cigarette packet in sequence.
