背景技术

润滑系统渗漏、密封不严、油液长期处于热负荷、开放式储油等原因空气中的水分、气体渗入油液中，导致润滑油中含水、含气体。由于润滑系统渗漏，空气中的颗粒尘埃进入或系统磨损粉尘脱落、润滑油液长期在高温、含水下工作必然导致部份油液裂解变质析出胶状物质。现有的机油润滑过滤装置结构设计不合理，因此亟需本领域技术人员技术处一种新型机油处理装置。

发明内容

本发明要解决的问题是提供了一种结构设计简单合理，防爆箱体一端装设有进油口，防爆箱体能够起到防爆的作用，有效保证机油组件整体的安全性；所述进油口一端装设有润滑夹座并与其相连通，润滑夹座能够对机油起到润滑的作用的一种机油润滑过滤装置。

为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种机油润滑过滤装置，包括精密过滤器、排气阀、压力表、安全阀、油泵、电动机、粗效过滤器、防爆箱体、润滑夹座、进油口和出油口，所述防爆箱体一端装设有进油口，所述进油口一端装设有润滑夹座并与其相连通，所述润滑夹座一端装设有粗效过滤器，所述粗效过滤器一端装设有油泵并与通过输送管道其相连通，所述油泵另一端与精密过滤器相连通，所述精密过滤器一端与出油口相连通。

作为本发明的进一步改进，所述输送管道上装设有安全阀。

作为本发明的进一步改进，所述所述安全阀一端装设有压力表。

作为本发明的进一步改进，所述油泵一端与电动机传动连接。

如图1所示，一种机油润滑过滤装置，包括精密过滤器1、排气阀2、压力表3、安全阀4、油泵5、电动机6、粗效过滤器7、防爆箱体8、润滑夹座9、进油口10和出油口11，所述防爆箱体8一端装设有进油口10，所述进油口10一端装设有润滑夹座9并与其相连通，所述润滑夹座9一端装设有粗效过滤器7，所述粗效过滤器7一端装设有油泵5并与通过输送管道其相连通，所述油泵5另一端与精密过滤器1相连通，所述精密过滤器1一端与出油口11相连通。

输送管道上装设有安全阀4，所述所述安全阀4一端装设有压力表3，所述油泵5一端与电动机6传动连接。
