the inner flushing mechanism comprises a water distribution sleeve arranged at the top of the barrel cover, a water distribution shaft rotatably arranged in the water distribution sleeve, a motor arranged at the top of the water distribution sleeve and used for driving the water distribution shaft to rotate, and a detachable inner flushing structure arranged at the lower end of the water distribution shaft;

the outer washing mechanism comprises a water distribution sleeve arranged at the top of the barrel cover, a water distribution shaft rotatably arranged in the water distribution sleeve, a motor arranged at the top of the water distribution sleeve and used for driving the water distribution shaft to rotate, and a detachable outer washing structure arranged at the lower end of the water distribution shaft.

Preferably, the outer walls of the inner filter cylinder and the outer filter cylinder are provided with a plurality of water passing through holes, the upper end of the water outlet pipe is inserted into the inner cavity of the filter cylinder, and an elastic sealing ring is arranged between the water outlet pipe and the filter cylinder.

Preferably, the number of the outer washing mechanisms is at least 3 and the outer washing mechanisms are uniformly distributed in an annular array.

Preferably, the inner washing structure comprises a first shunt pipe, a plurality of first branch pipes arranged on one side of the first shunt pipe and spray heads arranged at the end parts of the first branch pipes, and the outer washing structure comprises a second shunt pipe, a plurality of second branch pipes arranged on one side of the second shunt pipe and spray heads arranged at the end parts of the second branch pipes.

Preferably, the sewage draining port is provided with a sewage draining valve, and the water outlet pipe is provided with a water draining valve.
