Each filter screen 10 of the filter screen unit is connected to the inner side wall of the box body 1 through a mounting seat 11, two ends of each filter screen 10 correspond to one mounting seat 11 respectively, the mounting seats 11 are used for mounting the filter screens 10, the mounting seats 11 are preferably made of corrosion-resistant metal materials, and the mounting seats 11 and the filter screens 10 can be connected in a clamping and bolt mode, and other connection modes can be adopted; the installation seat 11 is in slidable elastic connection with the inner side wall of the box body 1, and is realized through a transverse sliding groove 17, a sliding block and a buffer spring 18, the transverse sliding grooves 17 are arranged on the inner side wall of the box body 1 provided with the installation seat 11 at intervals, preferably 2, and are respectively positioned at the upper end position and the lower end position of the installation seat 11, so that the stress can be uniform, and a plurality of the transverse sliding grooves 17 can be arranged according to the actual wastewater treatment amount; the transverse sliding groove 17 is transversely arranged, so that the mounting seat 11 can elastically slide along the length direction of the inner side wall of the box body 1, and the buffer springs 18 are respectively arranged between the sliding block and the side walls at two ends of the transverse sliding groove 17, so that the filter screen 10 can be effectively buffered under the action of large water pressure or loss, the acting force applied by waste water can be better borne, and the mounting seat 11 can move back and forth to a certain extent under the action of waste water flow, so that impurities can be prevented from being fixedly adhered to the filter screen 10 to a certain extent, the blocking probability of the filter screen 10 is smaller, and the mounting seat is practical and convenient; through setting up shielding plate 12, can effectually prevent that waste water and impurity from getting into first spout 171 and second spout 172, influencing convex slider 20's slip, can effectually prevent moreover that waste water from to the corrosion of its parts, of course, can adopt sliding seal between shielding plate 12 and the horizontal spout 17 of box 1.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, preferably, the transverse sliding groove 17 includes a first sliding groove 171 located at the outer side and a second sliding groove 172 opened at the bottom of the first sliding groove 171, and a step structure is provided between the first sliding groove 171 and the second sliding groove 172, the sliding blocks are male sliding blocks 20, the male sliding blocks 20 have their male ends slidably connected in the second sliding groove 172, and the male sliding blocks 20 have their male ends slidably connected in the first sliding groove 171; the buffer spring 18 is clamped in the second sliding groove 172.

Through the first sliding groove 171, the second sliding groove 172 and the corresponding convex sliding block 20, the sliding connection structure of the convex sliding block 20 and the first sliding groove 171 and the second sliding groove 172 is more stable, the large water pressure or large impact can be better handled, and the structure is simple and more practical; of course, there is another implementation structure in which the buffer spring 18 is disposed in the first slide groove 171 and the diameter of the buffer spring 18 is larger than the width of the second slide groove 172, so that the boss end of the male slider 20 is connected with the buffer spring 18.

Further, as a preferred option of different embodiments, the side walls of the two ends of the second sliding chute 172 are coaxially and respectively provided with a limiting hole 21, two sides of the protruding end of the convex sliding block 20 are fixed with a limiting shaft 22 matched with the limiting hole 21, the limiting shaft 22 penetrates through the buffer spring 18 and then extends into the limiting hole 21, and the limiting hole 21 is slidably connected with the limiting shaft 22.

By providing the stopper shaft 22 and the stopper hole 21, the reliability and stability of the sliding of the male slider 20 in the first and second sliding grooves 171 and 172 are further improved.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, the thickness of the shielding plate 12 is gradually decreased from one side close to the mounting seat 11 to the other side.

Through progressively decreasing the setting to the thickness of shielding plate 12 for frictional force between shielding plate and the waste water reduces, can prevent through the inclined plane moreover that waste water from getting into horizontal spout 17, can cooperate mount pad 11 to carry out cushioning effect, simple structure, practicality.

Further, as a preferred option of different embodiments, a longitudinal sliding groove 19 slidably connected with the filter screen 10 is formed in one side of the mounting seat 11 close to the filter screen 10 along the longitudinal direction, and an opening is formed at the top end of the longitudinal sliding groove 19.

Through set up vertical spout 19 and opening on mount pad 11, can be convenient for when filter screen 10 changes and blocks up the dismouting of handling, and is more convenient.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, as a preferred option of different embodiments, a vertical filter plate 13 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the filter screen 10 of the filter screen unit, the filter plate 13 is provided with uniformly distributed filter holes, and two ends of the filter plate 13 are provided with vertical baffles 15; the filter aperture of a plurality of filter screens 10 of the filter screen unit is gradually reduced from the inlet 2 to the outlet 3 of the box body 1.

Through set up filter plate 13 and the filtration pore of seting up on filter plate 13 in filter screen 10 bottom, can be convenient for clear up some impurity in box 1 through taking out filter screen 10 board for it is more convenient to clear up, and the filtration pore of setting can reduce the resistance that produces when filter screen 10 lifts up.
