Further, the bag discharging device comprises a mounting support, a winding mechanism 10-1 is mounted at the upper part of the mounting support, a first support rod 10-2 and a second support rod 10-3 are sequentially arranged on the mounting support below the winding mechanism, and a driving clamping mechanism 10-4 is arranged below the second support rod; the driving clamping mechanism 10-4 comprises a rubber roller 10-4a, a gear roller 10-4b, a fixed clamping plate 10-4c, a movable clamping plate 10-4d, a clamping mechanism nut 10-4e, a clamping mechanism screw rod 10-4f, a motor base plate 10-4g, a motor support 10-4h, a clamping motor 10-4i and a gear roller motor 10-4j, wherein the rubber roller 10-4a is attached to the gear roller, and the gear roller 10-4b is driven by the gear roller motor 10-4j; the clamping screw rod 10-4f is driven by a clamping motor 10-4j; the clamping mechanism nut 10-4e is arranged on the movable clamping plate 10-4d and matched with the clamping screw rod 10-4 f; the motor support 10-4h is arranged on the motor bottom plate 10-4 g.
