The invention relates to a die cutting device, in particular to a die cutting chase.

Background

With the rapid development of the printing and packaging industry, the market demands the automation degree of post-printing processing equipment to be higher and higher, and the pursuit of high-speed and accurate processing equipment for improving the production efficiency so as to occupy market marketing demands is also a necessary development trend of post-printing equipment. The die cutting machine is a special device for indentation and die cutting processing of paper, paperboard and corrugated paper in printing, packaging and decorating industries.

The existing die cutting machine comprises an upper die cutting plate and a lower backing plate, wherein the die cutting plate of the upper die cutting plate is in hard contact with a die cutting plate frame, and errors caused by the height errors generated by a die cutting knife of the die cutting plate in the manufacturing process and the flatness of the die cutting plate frame can all cause uneven and inconsistent pressure generated by the machine in the die cutting production process. The operator is required to use special pressure-supplementing paper to supplement pressure to the place with lower pressure of the machine until the pressure is supplemented to be consistent, and the pressure needs to be supplemented again according to the condition of the knife board of the product after the product is replaced. Some upper die cutting plates use a backing plate to reduce the problem of uneven pressure, and because the hardness of the backing plate is generally low, the steel die cutting plate frame can cause great abrasion to the backing plate.

In view of the foregoing, it would be desirable to provide a die cutting chase that overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention aims to provide a die cutting chase that overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art. The object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical means.

One embodiment of the invention provides a die-cutting chase, which comprises a bottom plate assembly and a side plate assembly, wherein the bottom plate assembly comprises a first bottom plate, a second bottom plate and a third bottom plate, the first bottom plate, the second bottom plate and the third bottom plate are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, the bottom surface of the second bottom plate is attached to the top surface of the third bottom plate, the bottom surface of the first bottom plate is attached to the top surface of the second bottom plate, the bottom plate assembly is connected with the bottom edge of the side plate assembly, the side plate assembly surrounds the periphery of the bottom plate assembly, and a space between the bottom plate assembly and the side plate assembly is formed for mounting a die-cutting knife plate and a cushion plate mounting and mounting groove.

The die cutting chase according to the above one embodiment of the present invention, wherein the first base plate has a hardness lower than that of the second base plate, the second base plate has a hardness lower than that of the third base plate, and the third base plate is a steel plate.

The die cutting chase according to the above one embodiment of the present invention, wherein the first base plate has a hardness ranging from: 60-110HV, the hardness range of the second base plate is: 340 HV and 400 HV.

According to the die cutting chase of one embodiment of the present invention, the side plate assembly includes a first side plate, a second side plate and two third side plates, wherein the lower edges of the two third side plates are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the bottom plate assembly, the lower edge of the first side plate is connected to the third edge of the bottom plate assembly, the lower edge of the second side plate is connected to the fourth edge of the bottom plate assembly opposite to the third edge of the bottom plate assembly, two ends of the first side plate are respectively connected to the sides of the two third side plates located on the same side, and two ends of the second side plate are respectively connected to the sides of the two third side plates located on the other side.

According to the die cutting chase of one embodiment of the invention, the die cutting chase further comprises a plurality of clamping blocks, wherein the clamping blocks are respectively arranged on one sides of the tops of the first side plate, the second side plate and the two third side plates, which are close to the mounting groove, and the clamping blocks jointly fix the die cutting knife plate in the mounting groove.

Fig. 1-3 and the following description depict alternative embodiments of the invention to teach those skilled in the art how to make and use the invention. Some conventional aspects have been simplified or omitted for the purpose of teaching the present invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that variations or substitutions from these embodiments will fall within the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the features described below can be combined in various ways to form multiple variations of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not limited to the following alternative embodiments, but is only limited by the claims and their equivalents.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a die cutting chase, which includes a bottom plate assembly 1 and a side plate assembly 2, wherein the bottom plate assembly 1 includes a first bottom plate 11, a second bottom plate 12 and a third bottom plate 13, the first bottom plate 11, the second bottom plate 12 and the third bottom plate 13 are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, a bottom surface of the second bottom plate 12 is attached to a top surface of the third bottom plate 13, a bottom surface of the first bottom plate 11 is attached to a top surface of the second bottom plate 12, the bottom plate assembly 1 is connected to a bottom edge of the side plate assembly 2, the side plate assembly 2 surrounds the bottom plate assembly 1, a space between the bottom plate assembly 1 and the side plate assembly 2 forms a mounting groove, and the mounting groove is used for mounting a single die cutting knife plate a or for simultaneously mounting a die cutting knife plate a and a backing plate B.

The die cutting chase according to the above one embodiment of the present invention further comprises a plurality of clamping blocks 6, wherein the clamping blocks 6 are respectively disposed on the top of the first side plate 21, the top of the second side plate 22 and the top of the two third side plates 23 close to the mounting groove, and the plurality of clamping blocks 6 jointly fix the backing plate B and the die cutting board a in the mounting groove.

The die cutting chase according to the above one embodiment of the present invention further comprises two handles 4 and a connecting piece 5, the two handles 4 and the connecting piece 5 are fixedly installed at the outer side of the first side plate 21, the connecting piece 5 is located at the middle of the outer side of the first side plate 21, and the two handles 4 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the connecting piece 5. The handle 4 is used for carrying the die cutting chase, and the connecting piece 5 is used for fixedly connecting the die cutting chase to the die cutting machine.
